• Vahur (8/5): - Oli maitsev, kuid üsna napp (üks croissant). Ei meeldinud ka see, et ei õnnestunud tellida hommikusööki sobivaks kellaajaks. Põhjuseks toodi, et personal ei jõua läbi linna liikluse selleks ajaks tööle.
• Federico (5/5): Posizione strategica per spostarsi verso il centro di Roma in metropolitana, per il resto abbiamo dovuto un po’ adattarc - Ottima posizione, a due passi dalla fermata della metropolitana. Molto gentile la receptionist. La camera e la struttura in generale risentono molto dei segni del tempo, solo per fare alcuni esempi: la porta della stanza faceva fatica a chiudersi, lo scarico del bagno difettoso e la presenza di una piccola perdita nel lavandino. La camera era molto rumorosa perché dava su una via molto trafficata e le pareti erano molto sottili per cui si sentiva tutto quello che succedeva nelle altre camere. Rapporto qualità prezzo decisamente non buono.

• Angelina (10/5): Отличное расположение🙌🩷🥰 - Отличное расположение - метро B Bologna сразу возле дома как и 62 автобус. Много баров, ресторанов, кафе по отличным ценам. Район больше для местных, но рядом от центра. Отличное соотношение - цена / качество. Так же магазин под домом, по отличной цене и с хорошим выбором. Может быть слышно соседей, потому как тонкие стены. Но при этом вы отлично и комфортно высыпаетесь. Хорошие окна и не плохая ванная комната, удобная и чистая (фен, полотенца, жидкое мыло).

Todas las mañanas servían el desayuno, que era para elegir entre café/zumos y un cruasán pero de pastelería Además entraban a limpiar y hacer la cama todos los días, siempre olía a limpio Todos los que trabajan allí son muy simpáticos y amables Si vuelvo a Roma, repetiría sin duda La parada de metro estaba a 1 minuto, abajo además hay un supermercado y todos los alrededores llenos de bares para comer o tomar algo, todo muy a mano aunque llegar al centro era cuestión de 10 minutos en el metro Tenía además un buen armario, la cama y las almohadas cómodas, un frigorífico, cafetera con cápsulas, una mesa con dos sillas, calienta toallas, calefacción, aire acondicionado … no falta detalle Además estaba todo muy nuevo A mejorar la cadena del wc (tragaba poco) pero sin más

• Shehryaar (1/5): Booked for €164, charged an additional €150 off the books, outside of the Booking.com - We had an incredibly disappointing experience at Cappuccino. We booked a room for €164, but upon our late check-in, the staff demanded an additional €150, claiming it was peak season. This was outrageous, as our booking confirmation clearly stated €164. Their justification was that other hotels would charge the same due to the season, which is irrelevant when we already had a confirmed booking at the advertised rate. When we expressed our frustration, the staff showed no willingness to help and bluntly told us, "If you don't want it, you may cancel; we can't do anything." Given the late hour, we had no other choice but to stay, leaving us feeling taken advantage of. The total cost for what was supposed to be a €164 stay ended up being €314, almost double the promised amount! The lack of empathy and professionalism from the staff made the situation even worse. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Avoid it if you value transparency and good service.

• Cesar (6/5): good location. good transportation in vicinity. Great manager who is very helpful. - This was rated as a kosher bed and breakfast. We worked with the facility manager, Yardena-who is a doll, to get us kosher meals for the Jewish sabbat, which she did. Though the price was steep 50 Euros/meal, we were able to get 4-6 meals out of the amount of food that was delivered to us. The area is nice and lively with restaurants and other amenities. We found at least two farmacies within 5 minutes walking distance, at least 7 kosher-rated restaurants within 7 minutes, and at least two synagogues within 7 minutes as well. Good location for subway (Piazza Bologna) and buses. Colosseum was 5 minutes by train. The room is equipped with a small refrigerator and a small TV. The room had a good wifi system. Though our room was big, we actually had to go across the hallway to our bathroom. One bed in the room had one of the bedboards collapse when I sat on the edge of the bed. Yardena "fixed" it but it appears this has happened before. The bed held for the rest of our trip. The decor needs to be updated and the room needs to have the multicolored material headboard and the multicolored material side board vacuumed of dust. my wife had several coughing fits because of it. The furniture for sure needs to be updated.

• Michael (8/5): Very good - Pros: Great location for kosher travelers in Rome. Great value. Yardena and Simone were both very kind and helpful. First floor location is great for Shabbat. Would recommend for any observant travelers on a budget. Cons: The room and the bathroom especially had a strange smell, and the AC unit did not work very well. Very small room, but a great value, and you get what you pay for. Sometimes Yardena quotes inconsistent prices for additional charges for things like Shabbat meals and Shabbat item rentals, so be sure to specify and double-check with her on everything. Very difficult to find the property.

• Ermina (10/5): Great room at a great location! - Very nice accommodation at a very convenient area, right next to the Bologna metro station and the Triburtina train station! Clean room (on a daily basis), at a nice location, with fast Internet and also a supermarket next door. A big plus was the hostess, who was exceptionally polite and helpful, giving us tips on what to do and how to move around the city! Would definitely recommend it!

• Fortino (4/5): Disappointing - The b&b is next to the metro station and also the waiter was nice. The b&b is crumbling. I felt a strange feeling when I was in the structure. Even if I paid 140 euro per day the room was small with old forniture, the bathroom was ugly. There was a cradle in the room even if we didn't ask it. Windows fixtures were rusted. They didn't close. Anyway it seems a low income house.

• José (8/5): Really nice and cozy place - It is a lovely and cozy place. A bit away from the main touristic sites, but it has a metro station right at the corner that can take you anywhere. It also has a very good supermarket, pizza place and pharmacy nearby. Yardena is a very lovely and caring host. She attended everything we asked for.

• Giuseppe (3/5): To be avoided! - Only the location because is very near to metro station piazza Bologna but the ambient has been very silent. Very old and badly maintained building, the bathroom poorly maintained, the shower stall full of mould and broken. Personally I was disgusted to use it to wash myself. There was no bidet but a tap that ran directly from the toilet, very unhygienic. In addition, the day of the ceck out, after I left the city I received a very rude call from those who manage the facility to pay the tax of stay that I had not been asked before, as if I had been the one who had been smart and not them unprofessional. To be avoided.

We were super happy and comfortable during our week's stay, we came with two small kids, and they loved it too. Yardena took care of everything we could ask, and the breakfast was great, with different options of kosher and delicious goods. We loved our stay in Rome, and the hotel experience was an essential part of this. Thank you so much!

When we left the room at 10:00 am and went back at 14:25pm to collect our suitcases for Airport and needed TOILETS the lady refused for us to use it. We hold the need until we have reached the airport, very disappointed. I will never stay there again.

The value was amazing— for the price we paid, we had a kosher coffee and croissant every morning and a spacious room close to the Chabad and still easy to get to the main sites by a 15-20 minute taxi ride. The room was also very clean. The room was very simple, nothing fancy. There’s also no formal reception area, but Yardena makes herself very available.
