- Anita (6/5): Preis - Leistung hat für uns nicht gepasst - Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Restaurant, Bar und Zimmer waren sehr schön. Leider mussten wir das Wellness separat bezahlen, weil wir über Booking gebucht haben, dies wurde aber leider nicht im voraus kommuniziert. Der Wellness Bereich, welchen wir dann trotzdem benutzen gegen Bezahlung, war sehr enttäuschend. Die Hälfte funktionierte nicht und von Hygiene kann man nur träumen. Wir haben für drei Erwachsene gebucht, im Zimmer war ein Doppelbett und ein Notbett welches sehr kurz und hart war, nichts für Menschen über 180 cm.

Too hot in the Spa, fitness room was a big dissapointment and outside pool was under construction which we were not informed about in advance at booking.

- Helene (10/5): Fantastic and too short - Highly recommend. We only got to stay one night sadly. The hotel was kind enough to hold our bags until check in. The staff were EXTREMELY nice! The rooms were nice and spacious especially with young children. The restaurant in the hotel was the best food we had in Spain. The steak was excellent! Only con is location. A little far from the hustle and bustle so we used car service!

Ako 4* hotel by si na tom mohli dať záležať. Naopak, ráno sme po odchode z izby zavesili na dvere odkaz "Nerušiť", nakoľko sme chceli, aby nám v daný deň neupratali - večer po príchode na izbu bolo ustlané a vymenené uterák y, takže tam upratovačka nakoniec bola. Považujem to za nerešpektovanie súkromia.

- nicolas (8/5): ça restera un merveilleux souvenir. - hotel luxueux et personnel très sympat. la chambre 2118 est accollée à un conduit bruyant. je pense que toutes les chambres qui finissent en 118 le sont. donc à tous les étage il doit y en avoir une. C'est vraiement le seul bémol. sinon j'ai passé un excellant séjour et je remercie le personnel de l'hotel tout était impeccable, gentillesse, propreté.

The outdoor pool was out of service and this isn’t detailed whilst booking. Made the trip more difficult with small kids. The indoor pool was only for 14+ also. Maybe needs reconsidered whilst the work continues on the outdoor pool.

Breakfast buffet very good, overall good value for money. Location is not very central for the historical city and limited restaurants / cafes in the neighborhood. The pool was only available on reservation which meant I couldn't use it, which was a disappointment.

My mum and siblings said they loved it so much that they can't wait to go back!! They loved the location, the staff and the room, Thank you for looking after my family. :) No complaints
- KateM80 (9/5): Lovely hotel, amazing spa. - Suite was a lovely size, beds were really comfortable and we really loved having 90 mins every day in the spa. Location was great and the facilities and staff were brilliant. We were able to check in much earlier than stated on the website which we really appreciated. Shower heads were scaled, and shower drain hadnt been cleaned for some time as a result we managed to flood the bathroom. That said, staff were really reactive and sorted the issue within 30 mins. Also, the hotel is located next to a nightclub that opens at midnight and closes at 6am, we did hear the music at night so something to consider.

- Simon (7/5): Overall an ok experience, pool work and the heat of the room on first night let it down. - Bar and restaurant area were good, reception and staff were very helpful and nice. Spa was lovely. Pool was closed, looked like a building site with steel fences up, no mention of building/maintenance work on website or when I booked which was disappointing when we arrived. Room was incredibly hot on first night, when we told reception the following morning they were quick to help and got maintenance to check air con was working correctly, it wasn’t, it was quickly fixed then it was fine but the first night was very unpleasant. Didn’t get much sleep as a result.

- Olivier (1/5): Trop cher pour un hôtel aussi merdique - Elvira ! La réceptionniste du premier jour. Nous gardons malheureusement un goût amer de notre séjour dans cet hôtel. Nous avions réservé deux nuits via Booking.com pour un montant total de 445,12 € (taxes et frais compris). À notre arrivée, on nous demande finalement de payer 457 €. Une différence de prix injustifiée et peu professionnelle. En arrivant dans la chambre, nous découvrons ensuite que le Wi-Fi ne fonctionne pas et que le coffre-fort est hors service. Après l’avoir signalé à la réception, le réceptionniste affirme immédiatement que le problème de Wi-Fi vient de nos appareils, alors que nous avions deux iPhones et un iPad incapables de se connecter. Après près de deux heures de discussions et de tests, l’hôtel finit finalement par reconnaître le problème et nous change de chambre. Le Wi-Fi fonctionnait enfin, mais le coffre-fort restait inutilisable. Résultat : nous avons dû passer notre séjour à transporter tous nos objets de valeur avec nous dans Barcelone. Le lendemain, jour de pluie, nous avons décidé de profiter du spa pour nous détendre, pour un coût de 90 € par personne. Première déception : le spa est situé sous une verrière laissant passer la pluie, ce qui n’est pas particulièrement agréable. Concernant le massage, l’expérience a été extrêmement décevante. Pendant toute la séance, la masseuse riait régulièrement, ce qui a rendu le moment particulièrement inconfortable et peu professionnel. À plusieurs reprises, nous avons eu le sentiment qu’elle n’était pas concentrée sur le soin, allant même jusqu’à consulter son téléphone durant le massage. Au lieu d’être détendu, je suis ressorti encore plus tendu qu’en arrivant. Pour un spa facturé 180 € à deux, le niveau de prestation était clairement insuffisant. Au final, malgré une belle chambre, une décoration réussie et la gentillesse d’Elvira à notre arrivée, le reste de l’expérience a été très décevant pour un établissement de cette catégorie.

- Linda (10/5): Tutto perfetto - Struttura pulita e di recentissima ristrutturazione, punti in più per la presenza del bidet, camera molto grande luminosa, letto comodissimo. Spa molto piacevole, personale gentile. A 5 minuti a piedi c’è la fermata della metro, ottima per gli spostamenti.
- paolo (10/5): Barcelona è unica e viverla al Villa Olimpica è il massimo. - Un ottima struttura, uno staff ineccepibile, plateatico attrezzato con bar, camera dotata di ogni confort, taxi 24 su 24 fuori dall'Hotel, ristorante interno con service room a disposizione, reception sempre aperta, piscina, palestra ... a poche centinaia di metri dal mare. Consigliatissimo. Nulla da eccepire o migliorare.

- Joanna (7/5): - Pokój był czysty. Łóżko wygodne. Śniadania bez rewelacji, ale było co zjeść. W nocy jest bardzo głośno, co noc w pobliskiej imprezowni do rana trwa bardzo głośna zabawa. Internet nie działa, więc podawanie go jako atutu jest nadużyciem. SPA nie jest w cenie, trzeba dokupić pakiet żeby korzystać. Basen przy hotelu jest bardzo mały.

Restaurant was nice but could have some more choice for lacto- vegetarians but they did their best. Breakfast was lovely with fresh fruit, toast, lovely hot drinks. Staff were very helpful and courteous. Made us feel at home. Taxis close by right outside making it easy to get to the airport. It was noisy all night on our first night (Friday) due to the bar below. Loud music etc

Nous nous en sommes aperçu 2 jours avant donc impossible de réserver un autre hôtel. La piscine extérieure était un de nos critères principaux. Aucune compensation ou geste commercial n'a été fait.

- Xenia (6/5): Non ci torneremo. - La colazione era top e anche l’entrata dell’albergo Una receptionist molto maleducata rispondeva in modo seccante alle spalle dei clienti pensando che noi non capissimo ma ahimè siamo italiani e lo spagnolo non va tanto lontano. Ps: siamo stati anche fin troppo gentili senza dire nulla per non creare disagio. La camera era piena di polvere, vasca con macchie marroni sul fondo, sotto il letto a castello abbiamo trovato una cartaccia di uno snack che é rimasta lì per tutto il tempo del soggiorno, al terzo giorno siamo entrati e abbiamo notato delle lenzuola sporche vicino al letto matrimoniale (le donne delle pulizie l’hanno lasciato lì) sono entrate in maniera arrogante come se fosse stata colpa nostra.

L’hôtel est vraiment impeccable niveau propreté : que ce soit la chambre, les couloirs, l’accueil ou encore le restaurant, tout est parfaitement entretenu et très moderne. - Alessandro (10/5): Ottimo hotel - L'arredamento della camera è molto curato e con stile moderno. Il bagno ha una doccia spaziosa e soprattutto ha il bidet (rarità negli hotel spagnoli anche di livello alto). La pulizia della camera e del bagno è eccellente. Gli spazi comuni dell'hotel sono molto gradevoli, sia nel ristorante all'interno, sia nello spazio con tavolini all'aperto. Lo staff è estremamente disponibile: sono arrivato all'hotel di prima mattina con qualche ora di anticipo rispetto al consueto orario di check-in, ero molto stanco per il volo notturno e su mia richiesta mi è stato concesso di entrare subito nella camera, perciò ho potuto riposare qualche ora prima dell'appuntamento di lavoro. Ho gradito molto la cortesia. Unico appunto: nella dotazione della camera mancano le ciabattine.

- Anouska (10/5): - Staff, restaurant, breakfast, rooms, pool and spa. A wonderful hotel. The outside pool was closed due to a refurb, minor issues in the grand scheme of things.
