• Neil (7/5): Fine provided you only really want a place to sleep. - Cheap and cheerful and adequate for a couple of nights. Clean and comfortable bed… all I needed for this trip! Also right next to the DLR and only 2 mins from District Line. Little cafe opposite provided a similarly cheap (but excellent) breakfast. This is not a fancy hotel… it is absolutely minimal and parts resembled a builders yard.

• Carole (1/5): Fuyez ! - Rien J'ai atterri dans cet établissement suite à l'annulation le jour même à 17h d'un logement sur Booking: merci ! Cet établissement est sordide, usé jusqu'à l'os, tout part en lambeau: les murs sont sales et plein de trous, la salle de bain (dans une seule des deux chambres) est un nid à microbes, moisissures et rouille, sans parler de la crasse et du calcaire; chambre 1: fenêtre à demi murée; chambre 2 sans wc ni sdb, rideaux pendouillants et crasseux; salle de bain partagée épouvantablement salle et repoussante. Mobilier cassé ou bancal et limité à la plus simple version. Saleté repoussante dans tous les coins; linge de toilette sales et sacs poubelle traînent à tous les étages toute la journée, des matelas sont stockés dans les couloirs et dans la cour qu'il faut traverser pour accéder aux chambres. Bref, fuyez !

• Giorgia (8/5): Perfetta per stare pochi giorni - Posizione perfetta, a pochi minuti 2 metro con linee diverse che permettono di raggiungere qualsiasi punto. Camera normale Il bagno non era il top, nella doccia mi sembrava ci fosse un pochino di muffa (il bagno non aveva finestre, forse per questo)

• Maria Cristina (3/5): Posizione ottima per i trasporti, ma condizioni igieniche da incubo per la presenza di insetti nel letto e scarsa pulizi - L'unica nota positiva è stata la posizione, molto comoda perché vicina alla fermata della metro e della DLR, ben collegata anche con la Elizabeth Line. Tutto il resto è stato inaccettabile. La camera era sporchissima e, cosa gravissima, abbiamo trovato degli insetti nel letto. Lo staff, invece di risolvere il problema o cambiarci stanza, ci ha dato un inutile spray per mosche e zanzare. Un'esperienza pessima a livello igienico e gestionale.

• Rita (2/5): I was really scared for my safety staying in the hotel - I didn’t have breakfast because I stayed only one night and I had to leave at 7am in the morning for my engagement. I arrived at the hotel from the airport early (10.40am), check in was 2pm so I liked that I could sit in the lounge until 1pm to be booked into my room as I had requested an early 1pm check-in. • Sam (3/5): There's a reason why this hotel was so cheap. Your money is better spent elsewhere. - The staff were friendly and the transport link is very convenient, with the nearest tube station being a small walk away. Although the shower is very basic and difficult to adjust it works pretty well. We were told the wrong room number at first. The beds were uncomfortable. There was a fan in the room, however it was not enough to cool the room down.The bathroom was dirty and both the bathroom door and the wall next to the room door were damaged. The window only had single glazing, which is quite shocking in this day and age, and as a result the sound of traffic seeped into the bedroom.

• Teresa (3/5): Okay für kurzen Aufenthalt - Die gute Anbindung an die U-Bahn war super! Das Zimmer an sich war sehr klein und hat den Zweck erfüllt.Das Zimmer war gut geheizt und auch das Wasser in der Dusche war warm. Wer relativ „günstig“ mit guter Anbindung zum Zentrum nächtigen möchte (und nicht empfindlich ist bei Schmutz) ist hier richtig. Leider war es nicht sauber und im Bad wirklich sehr schimmelig und schmutzig. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt nur zum Schlafen war die Unterkunft okay, ansonsten leider nicht wirklich empfehlenswert. Man darf wirklich nicht empfindlich sein, an den Wänden waren Flecken und im Bad überall Schmutz..

• Ana Maria (1/5): La mayor basura de londres - Lo único bueno que tienes es que estas bajo un techo y no te mojas, pero prefiero dormir en la puerta del McDonalds. Al mismo llegar estaba deseando irme. Todo literalmente, estaba todo sucio el suelo con trozos de heces, las paredes manchadas de rojo (no sabemos si sangre o ketchup), el ventilador todo lleno de mierda, el vater sucisimo con restregones igual que las paredes del baño, donde se pone el papel lleno de polvo tambien y suciedad y detras del lavabo telarañas. El pie de ducha daba asco menos mal que llevaba chanclas, si te quieres lavar el pelo olvidate porque no hay ni secador. Resumidamente no vuelvo ni gratis, no se quien llevara esto pero la limpieza es nula, entraran a hacer las camas como mucho. Gracias por nada Paco (pakitillo)

• Peachy (7/5): Clean,warm and comfortable - Breakfast was not part of the booking. The room and bathroom were very clean and the room was warm which was great as it was very cold outside. The bed was very comfortable and the bedding spotless. I had very early start the next morning but I slept really well in a very clean, comfortable bed and felt good even though I was up at 04.00am! I have stayed at CityStay on a previous trip and was pleased that everything was still as good. Nothing.

• Alexistssd (2/5): Hôtel sale, chambre fournie sans ménage - L'emplacement proche de métro donne accès très rapidement à plusieurs activitées au centre de Londres Ménage non fait. Des poils dans la douche, une moquette pas aspirée (donc pas lavée), de la poussière partout, des mégots de cigarette dès qu'on ouvre la fenêtre, une chaleur étouffante... Une tenue des lieux déplorable. On cherchait un logement pas chère, proche du centre, même avec des équipements vétustes simplement pour y dormir. On a été servi niveau vétusté, mais bon pour le coup au vu du prix je peux comprendre. Par contre la propreté de l'hôtel est inadmissible. Petits points bonus, la clé ouvrant la porte d'accès à l'hôtel ne fonctionnait pas. Il fallait appeler le concierge en espérant qu'il se lève pour venir nous ouvrir ( petites frayeurs, mais il s'est levé à chaque fois ) et murs fins...
• tania (4/5): Mejorable - La ubicación y el personal Usamos habitacion con baño privado, la ventana estaba rota, nos ha tocado dormir cn la ventana abierta en diciembre en londres… a parte del frío la ventana hacia ruido cuando soplaba el aire lo que dificultaba bastante conciliar el sueño.
