• Ali (2/5): Stay away - No water. Can't shower or wash hands after using the damn toilet. Noise almost 24 hours a day. Staff always speaking loudly with each other and you can hear it in your room.

The room was freezing when I entered the first day, the windows must have been open the entire night. No shower curtain. The toilet didn't flush. The staff was unfriendly and some of them didn't know a single word in English. The wifi didn't work.

• Benjamin (7/5): Good value as a landing pad when I first arrived looking for budget accommodation - It was out of the main city center which allowed me to see more as I was a walking self guided visitor. There were a lot of non functioning things in the two different room I stayed in. The morning staff and the late night check in were well attended and I really liked the owner when I had a chance to visit with him.

• Serhii (5/5): - Дешево Брудно, поломано. В номері курити можна. Постільна білизна була погано попрана, там були засохлі плями чи то соплі чи інші біологічні речовини... Ще поставив помите авто на пару годин а птахи його забруднили знову, і враження ніби не птахи а птеродактилі

I asked for a blanket because it was cold and they said we don't have one. I asked for a blanket because the bathroom wasn't working and I asked them for a mosquito repellent because my whole room was full of mosquitoes and they didn't give me one. These are just basic requests.

• Sonja (8/5): It was actually very OK - Everything worked as expected. I promptly got a small room with own bathroom and air-conditioning, acceptable clean. Wifi was good, easy to park just on the front of the hotel. Perfect for one night stay. God price Towels were exceptionally hard

• Dawid (10/5): Fantastic! - This hotel is fantastic! I traveled by car and enjoyed a lot that I could park for free directly on site practically in front of the hotel entrance, which avoided having to carry luggage for longer distances. I had a single room (nr 304). The room was clean, had 2 fresh towels, a well functioning air conditioning with which I could nicely cool down the room plus a tv. The receptionist was very welcoming and friendly. I slept very well and woke up with full energy the next morning. I don’t really understand how people can complain when they pay just a few euros more than a hostel to have their own private room. Yes, the hotel and furniture are old, but for 20 € / night, parking included, you can do nothing wrong. The price / quality ratio is unbeatable! Will gladly stay there again on the next opportunity. All good. No curtains in the shower, but when you travel all over Albania, you will find many places like this. It is not really a problem.

When you show up, they say they do not understand what an online reservation is and charge you double the rate that you booked online. And they don't take cards, only cash. Total scam. They shouldn't be on the website. Oh, and the front desk person was drunk and passed out when we arrived.

• Sheta (1/5): That place it’s a total disaster - That hotel it’s a scam The receptionist lied me for the room that I booked for and he give me an other room in higher price. He tryed to scam me with the drink prices available there. There is no elevator (as receptionist told me) the air conditioner turns on but it doesn’t work at all.. so I couldn’t sleep until the morning hours because the hot weather now in July. TV has less channels then in prison cell. So it was the worse experience ever I had in a hotel in my entire life.
• Amna (2/5): Scary - Location was efficient but check reviews always. No running water, balcony doesn’t close, taps weren’t working, drawers had no bottoms, just not a nice place to be. The lack of running water and the drawers that had no bottoms and the balcony not closing meant I got bit all night. Would have inferred with the host but he was a bit grumpy as Booking.com says you pay online whereas he says you have to pay cash in person so be mindful of this

• Domagoj (6/5): Need to stay overnight? You'll survive - Old guy that welcomed us is a great. He helped us a lot. Even when ordering simple things like pizza.... There are no barriers when You have staff that wants to please You It needs renewing. Cleaning service should be much better.
