• personalrobot (1/5): Nie wieder Appartments - Die Lage war Gut Wir mussten warten ca 20min. Es hies das es Rollstuhl Kompatible ist oder Kinderwagen das sei aber NICHT!!! Lift viel zu klein wie erst treppen dann der Lift. Stromdosen waren defekt und mann konnte mit den Fingern reingreifen. Fur Kinder ein NO GO!!!! Sauberkeit gleich Null. Der Boden wurde glaube ich noch nie Nass aufgenommen und habe alles Fotografiert. Am Aben Laut der Restaurants. Der Preis fur das was es ist war viel zu Teuer.

• Martina (9/5): - Lo Staff è stato davvero disponibile e pronto a dare un riscontro ogni volta che ho avuto bisogno di informazioni, supporto o chiarimenti. L'appartamento è davvero accogliente, le camere sono comode ed hanno una buona metratura, compreso il bagno. La struttura era ben collegata, 10 minuti di bus da San Babila, e la fermata era praticamente sotto l'appartamento. La zona è piena di locali e ristoranti molto carini. Trovandoci a Milano per lavoro, avremmo apprezzato avere un ferro da stiro per poter stirare alcuni capi che inevitabilmente durante il viaggio si erano stropicciati. Purtroppo non lo abbiamo trovato, questa è stata l'unica pecca.

Schöne Handtücher, gute Bettwäsche, gute Betten. Flüssigseifen. Die Fotos entsprachen nicht der Realität. Sie sind wohl eine Mischung aus mehreren Appartements. Es gab keine Badewanne und kein Sofa. Am schlimmsten fand ich, dass es ausschließlich eine Regendusche gab. Welche Frau will sich so duschen? Der Lärm nachts (bestens besuchte Bar, vor dem Lokal waren Gehsteig und Straße voller feiernder Leute) unter dem Schlafzimmerfenster war nur bei geschlossenem Fenster erträglich.

• Rachel (10/5): Perfect home base for a visit to Milan - The interior was clean and spacious, with tall ceilings and large windows that opened easily onto the charming courtyard and street. The bed was firm and comfortable to share. Bathroom was thoughtfully and functionally designed, and all very clean. We appreciated the closet which had plenty of hangers and shelves for shoes; also the iron and ironing board. The location is excellent! We were central to everything we wanted to see, including Il Duomo, Bosco Verticale, and Navigli. Numerous cafes in the area excel at caffe lattes & pastries, cocktails, also fun vintage stores. Highly recommend nearby Vero for gelato. Can't wait to go back!

Muy atentos Estuvimos en el dúplex y a pesar de estar renovado, tuvimos varios problemas. Para empezar, la calefacción de la primera planta no iba bien. Nos tuvieron que traer dos estufas portátiles. Después, el baño de esa misma planta hacía muchísimo olor a tubería. Había que dejar la puerta cerrada porque olía todo el apartamento. Por último, cuando llegamos estaban pintando algo en el bloque y olía muy fuerte a pintura todo el edificio, incluido el apartamento.

Initially hard to find but wasn’t a big deal for us. Bar downstairs can be noisy on weekends until 2am, wasn’t a problem for us but if you had children might be different.

• Corina (7/5): Tolle Wohnung, extrem gross. Leider nicht so sauber. - Viel Platz, hell, genügend Badezimmer, für 4-6 Personen komfortabel. Wäre auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt denkbar. Es war teilweise schlecht geputzt worden. Die Küchenamatur war kaputt. Die Wohnungstüre schloss nur mit Schlüssel vollständig und auch die Balkontüre konnte nicht richtig geschlossen werden.

• Marina (8/5): Spacious and clean apartment in the most beautiful area of Milano - The apartment is located in the beautiful Brera area with a lot of nice restaurants and shops as well as a beautiful park and castello close by. From this area it is very easy to visit the rest of Milano. The apartment itself was nice and clean and the bathroom was comfortable. We would definitely come back if we visit Milano. During the weekend the bars below hosted a lot of people on the streets (they were all outside) which was quite loud. The main bedroom was in the back of the apartment so that was OK, but sleeping in the room at the street side was a bit more difficult with all the noise. It did stop at 1 o clock though.

• Tabea (5/5): - Das Apartment ist sehr gut in Brera gelegen und man kann eigentlich alles zu Fuss machen. An sich ist die Wohnung nett renoviert. Der Schnitt der Wohnung ist für mehr als zwei Personen nicht wirklich geeignet, da das Bad en-suite ist und es nur eines gibt. Ausserdem hat die Heizung ohrenbetäubend laut geklopft, wenn jemand das Wasser aufgedreht hat. Da stand jeder senkrecht im Bett, wenn man nachts aufs WC musste. Die Schiebetür zum Badezimmer ist ein Witz mit riesigem Spalt. Privatsphäre hat man da keine und uns ist noch der Duschkopf auseinander geflogen.

Purtroppo siamo stati sfortunati. Nell’appartamento non funzionava il riscaldamento, non era perfettamente pulito e non era stato arieggiato e non era indicato che essendo un immobile vecchia Milano c’era un odore di muffa.

L’appartamento era già stato preparato in vista del nostro arrivo con i condizionatori accesi e la giusta temperatura (a Milano faceva molto caldo, 37 gradi ed entrare in un appartamento già climatizzato ha fatto la differenza). The air conditioning was strong in all of the apartments, and the staff was very helpful. Anytime we texted, they communicated immediately and helped with anything we needed. We rented four apartments. When renting them, I was very careful to choose apartments that would be at the same address. All of the apartments were in separate buildings at the same address. Each building is lettered, while the address is just one number. It would have been nice if this was clearer on the description of the apartments. However, all of the apartments exited onto one courtyard together. The courtyard was gated off from the outside, so it was very safe even if you had to run out at night and go to another apartment. Also, each apartment had an elevator, so it really was not that big of a deal if you needed something from one of the other apartments.

Sadly only negative thing was that there was no flexibility for check out not even an extra 30 minutes like you'd get even at a hotel. But other than that, everything was great and we enjoyed our stay.

There was only one set of keys for four people, which was very inconvenient and we had to constantly figure out who’s gonna have the key and who’s gonna come down and open the door. The Wi-Fi was barely working and was not really usable. The bar below created a lot of noise late into the night. the shower was very narrow and tiny.

There’s a bar on the street right outside the living room windows, and it gets very lively and quite noisy at night. It didn’t bother me — on the contrary, it added to the atmosphere — but it might be useful for sound-sensitive people to know this (especially if someone plans to sleep in the living room). The location was truly perfect, and the ambiance was full of character. It seems that due to the old plumbing system, there was a strong sewage smell in the shower room from time to time. As for the kitchen — everything was great, but there were very few coffee machine capsules and some basic items were missing, like salt and cooking oil

However the bathroom was not clean. Check out at 10 is simply unacceptable and when we requested late check out the host didn’t even bother to respond.
