• Annelies (9/5): Boeking voor groep nabij termini - Een klein ontbijt op de kamer dat toch uitgebreid uitviel. Supervriendelijke mensen aan de receptie, ook de nachtwacht. Vrij ruime kamers met gemoderniseerde badkamer. Proper. Bagage in bewaring kunnen geven. Als groep hadden ze ons ook nabij elkaar gezet wat fijn was voor iedereen. De trap naar boven, maar er was ook een lift! Weinig viel ons tegen!

• Michael (8/5): Great place to stay in central Rome. - Location was excellent. Staff was friendly and fairly accommodating. Wifi was excellent and consistently fast -- no issues making video calls home and doing anything else I needed to do. Room was small but met our basic needs. Just personal taste but croissants they served were all very sugary (jam-filled, chocolate-filled, coated with Icing sugar, etc). They were unable to satisfy our request for plain croissants with butter.

Secure and safe hotel. We enjoyed the breakfast. Croissants and cappuccino were delicious. Lots of restaurants in walking distance. Short cab ride to main attractions. Walking distance to some attractions if you are physically fit to walk 20-30 minutes. . Appreciated they held our luggage securely before checking in and after checkout. A convenience type store next door which we visited several times. Felt safe walking around hotel after dark. Air conditioning was a huge plus. Close to train station.

• Ana Carolina (6/5): Boa localização - Localização bem central. Ao lado da estação Termini. Funcionários extremamente queridos e solícitos. Fiquei em quadro individual que era em frente a recepção. Todos os dias tinha falatório de manhã e de noite. O café da manhã era extremamente limitado. Diariamente eu precisava escolher o tipo de café que receberia no dia seguinte: americano, capuccino e nao lembro os demais, alem de ter que agendar o horario para receber. Pontualmente uma senhora batia no meu quarto com a bandeja. Era uma xícara do café que tinha escolhido, um copo de suco, um croissant e as vezes 2 torradinhas ou um Iogurte.

• Justyna (10/5): Polecam !! - Miejsce idealne. Przylecieliśmy na szybki weekend, hotel okazał się strzałem w dziesiątkę. Blisko do dworca Termini. Obsługa cudowna i pomocna. Śniadanie do pokoju o umówionej godzinie. Atrakcje typu Coloseum, Fontanna DiTrevi w odległości 1,5 km wiec przyjemny spacerek. Pokój - wszystko czego potrzeba, wygodne łóżko, szafa, tv, mała lodówka, łazienka czysta. Wszystko zadbane. Hotel usytuowany na 5 piętrze, jest winda. Zdecydowanie polecam, jeśli miałabym przylecieć znowu do Rzymu wróciłabym tu na 100%.

• PANAGIOTA (9/5): - Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία, κοντά στο σταθμό Τέρμινι, όπου υπάρχουν τρένα για το αεροδρόμιο. μετρό και λεωφορεία για την περιήγηση στην πόλη της Ρώμης, και μαγαζιά για να ψωνίσεις και να φας, αν πεινάσεις. Το πρωινό ήταν χυμός, ζεστό ρόφημα κι ένα μεγάλο κρουασάν με γέμιση ή χωρίς (διαλέγεις τι θέλεις), πολύ νόστιμα. Το προσωπικό άριστο, ευγενικό, εξυπηρετικό, χαμογελαστό. Τα δωμάτια καθαρά και με αυτά που προβλεπόταν να έχουν. Το wi-fi άψογο! Περάσαμε ένα τετραήμερο άνετα και ευχάριστα.

W pokoju jest klimatyzacja i telewizor. polecam na krótki pobyt. Hotel znajduje się na 5 piętrze co jest trochę kłopotliwe. Jest winda ale bardzo mała.

• Cintia Renata (2/5): Prédio velho, elevador com problemas crônicos - O único fator positivo foi a cordialidade dos funcionários. A localização é boa para quem chega à estação Termini, mas para ir aos principais pontos turísticos precisa usar transporte público. Tem regiões melhores pra se hospedar pensando em turismo. O hotel fica no quinto andar de um edifício muito antigo no centro da cidade. Existem mais dois hotéis no mesmo prédio, o recepcionista do hotel de baixo fumava o dia todo no hall, o prédio inteiro fedia cigarro. O elevador é adaptado, também muito velho, e dos 5 dias que fiquei hospedada, teve problema em todos. Minha recepção foi ficar presa nesse elevador antes mesmo do check-in. Estava com meus sogros idosos, e foi muito inconveniente a questão do elevador. A roupa de cama e toalhas estavam limpos, mas havia marcas de mofo no quarto e banheiro. O café da manhã é entregue no quarto, um croissant doce, 100ml de suco industrializado, e uma bebida quente (café, capucino, chocolate quente ou chá). Enfim, péssima experiência, não voltaria nem recomendo a ninguém.

Oda çok büyük değil fakat bizim için yeterliydi.Ayrıca yatak, tuvalet, havlular temizdi. Odamız toplandı. Tüm personel güleryüzlü, ve ilgiliydi. Ayrıca onlardan da çok memnun kaldık. Chek_out sonrasında valiz lerimizi otele 2-3 saatliğine emanet ettik, sorun yaşamadık. Teşekkürler Odamız depo yanıydı sabahları biraz gürültü oldu. Ama personel gürültü yapmama konusunda dikkatliydi.

• ALESSANDRO (8/5): Gradevole esperienza - Posizione strategica. Distante 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione Termini e con altri 10 minuti di passeggiata sei al Colosseo. Pur affacciandosi sul traffico di via Cavour, la nostra stanza era silenziosa, perché le finestre si aprivano su una corte interna. L'ambiente semplice e pulito. I letti comodi. La colazione è basica e non ha il salato, ma viene servita in camera e questo la rende senz'altro speciale. Il punto di forza della struttura a mio avviso è rappresentato dallo staff. Il personale alla reception e quello che ci ha servito la colazione, infatti, era composto da persone gentilissime, disponibili e professionali. Ottima esperienza

• Joao Paulo (10/5): Hotel confortável com equipe acolhedora um - Os funcionários foram sempre muito cordiais. O quarto é bastante confortável e a localização é bastante conveniente. Importante ter em conta que a água quente demora uns dois minutos para vir depois que abre a torneira. Não é uma crítica, apenas uma dica para quem for se hospedar no inverno.

La cama muy cómoda, no se escucha nada de la calle y eso que estás en plena avenida Lo que menos me gustó fue el ascensor que es muy pequeño y solo caben dos personas si llevas maleta y tres sin maleta, da como un poco de miedo, parece que se vaya a caer y que en el desayuno debería de llevar algo salado también
