Son muy acogedores y siempre dispuestos a solucionar cualquier duda etc. Las instalaciones también muy buenas el entorno la naturaleza la tranquilidad impagable. Cerca del centro de Villa la Angostura lo hace el lugar perfecto para descansar y desconectarse.

Tuve que trabajar un par de veces y el wifi anduvo perfecto para las videollamadas. El hotel es hermoso, muy limpio y bien ubicado, cerca de buenos restaurantes, paseos y hasta lugares para alquilar bicicletas o embarcaciones. Las habitaciones son cómodas y la sensación de estar rodeado de bosque es increíble. Sin dudas volvería. Nada

- Chris D. (10/5): Cosy spa hotel with very helpful staff - This is a very neat hotel. The room design is cosy and every room is equipped with a spa bath tub. Somewhat surprisingly there is no minibar in the rooms. This was somewhat unlucky because I caught the flue the day before we arrived at the hotel and i needed a lot of beverages. But the staff was really helpful and provided me with tea regulalry and organized a doctor who came by. But be careful: The hotel is not located where hotels.com shows it on the Map. It's far more outside (about 4km) of Villa la Angostura.
