Вы должны понимать, что в отеле небольшие комнаты, чисто условный завтрак и нет каждодневной смены белья - однако этого и не требуется, т.к. расположение отеля просто изумительное! Если в номере только ночевать - на мой взгляд это лучшее предложение в городе -

Это подкупило и мы готовы были мириться с маленьким и довольно старым номером. Но на 3-4 дня вполне сойдет. Номера уже требуют обновления, если обновят номера,то мы обязательно вернемся снова.

- Alabergenkyzy (10/5): Really liked the location, food, staff, rooms, and view from rooms - Really liked friendly staff, and that everyday the make improvements in hotel to look better, clean and perfect. Terrace in 3rd floor and bathrooms needs little improvements.

- Simonetta (4/5): - La posizione, molto vicina ai principali siti turistici Il cambio della sistemazione: avevo prenotato una camera famigliare (mq35) e al check-in (insolitamente lungo) ci hanno detto che non era disponibile. In cambio ci hanno offerto due camere matrimoniali (molto molto piccole). Preciso che viaggiavo con mio marito e mio figlio pertanto il disagio è stato evidente. In una delle camere c'era un forte odore di scarichi fognari La semplice richiesta di una cuffia per capelli non è stata esaudita Colazione molto distante dallo standard europeo/internazionale con sala sottodimensionata rispetto alla capacità dell'hotel

- Julie (7/5): Good value hotel in very convenient location. - The location was excellent, seemed to have been recently upgraded. The room was modern and clean. Staff, other than front desk were very helpful. Coffee was great. There were no hand rails to enter/exit the building with steep steps. The room although newly fitted had no usb/usb-c charging points. The double glazing was quite poor, our bedroom, on the front, was quite noisy. Breakfast was not to our liking, with poor quality fruit juices, dry bread. Food offered would have benefited from a label identifying it. There was no toaster.

- Fjell (6/5): Helt ok hotell - Det var en bra beliggenhet og gangavstand til severdigheter. Togskinner tett opp til hotellet, men ble ikke et problem da det ikke gikk tog på natten. Sengene var gode, og det var rent. Frokosten var dårlig. Grønnsakene var ikke friske, og bar preg av å ha vært tilberedt dagen før, og stått i kjøleskap utildekket. Smakte ikke godt, og mye av maten hadde samme smak. Nøyer du deg med melon og kaffe, var frokosten ok. Hele hotellet var trangt; både rom, spisesal, ganger og trapper. Egner seg ikke for bevegelseshemmede.

La posizione è perfetta, nella parte migliore della città con le più importanti attrazioni a due passi. L'hotel pulito, personale gentile. La struttura è nuova e elegantemente rifinita. Pulizia quotidiana della camera. La colazione è tendenzialmente locale, ma piuttosto varia. Le camere sono un po' piccole ma pulite e ben organizzate.

- Ndi (3/5): Poor - The location was very good. The breakfast was fine. I had a bad experience with this hotel. The receptionist was not respectful. I was told that I could check in earlier, but when I arrived, the receptionist made me wait almost two hours to check in because there was no electricity! Finally, when I told him that it was already 2:00 PM and it was time, he just wrote my name on a piece of paper—something he could have done when I first arrived. I heard that they do this to save electricity! The sheets were very old and dirty. I asked them to change them, and he became grumpy. The towels were also old and dirty. I do not recommend this hotel!
