• Susanne (5/5): Okay für einen kurzen Aufenthalt - Die Lage war gut nahe der Tram Station. Das Badezimmer war etwas herunter gekommen. Der Abfluss in der Dusche lief nicht ab und es fehlte eine vernünftige Duschabtrennung dadurch wurde es auch vor der Dusche nass und die Fugen der Fliesen waren brüchig. Ein Geruch von Feuchtigkeit machte sich im Zimmer breit. Das Zimmer ist ruhig zum Hinterhof gelegen aber insgesamt ist das Haus hellhörig.

• Kalle (9/5): - Room and the premises seemed clean, towels were changed for us every day, sheets after 3-days. Upon arrival, our two-bed room had only one bed made, but luckily we met the cleaning person on the hallway and they made the other bed when asked. Located in a quiet area that felt safe. There was no reception at all; the check-in was fully automatic. Only staff we met was the cleaning people. We got only one key for the room for two people. Bathroom/shower door had a weird peep-though window at chest level, though it was possible to cover it with a poster.

The room was cosy and clean. The building felt safe. The stairway of the building is not clean. There was no sound proofing between the bathroom and sleeping room. I would have loved to be able to make coffee in the room.

• Ulrike (5/5): Geht so - Gute Lage Unser Zimmer ging zur sehr lauten Strasse, die Verdunklungsgardine reichte nur für das halbe Fenster, sehr helle Straßenbeleuchtung die ganze Nacht. Für die zweite Nacht haben wir ein ruhiges Zimmer bekommen, allerdings sehr klein.

• Colin (7/5): Zimmervermietung mit gutem Bad, kein Hotel - Die Lage ist gut, aber eben auch an einer Hauptstraße mit Straßenbahn und damit auch etwas lauter. Die Zimmer sind okay, das Bad ist schön groß mit Dusche und Wanne. Die Hotline funktioniert bestens, sehr nett und hilfsbereit Vorab: für mich ist sowas kein Hotel. Man holt den Schlüssel mit Code aus einer Box, geht durch den Hausflur in sein Zimmer, fertig. Das ist klassisches Airbnb… Es gibt keinen Kaffee, keinen Getränkeautomaten. Warum ein Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer ist, aber kein Tee oder Kaffee, erschließt sich mir nicht. Es wäre schön, wenn das Wasser abläuft in Dusche und Waschbecken und man nicht warten müsste. Vielleicht vor Ankunft mal prüfen.

Check in and out was very easy. In a great area with cafes nearby and a tram stop 2 minutes walk away. Hand soap placed as shower gel! (Small detail which didn't affect overall thoughts). The safe wasn't working for me which wasn't great (could have just been me).

Arrivi metti il tuo cognome ti arriva la chiave ma non sai che camera ti hanno dato. Ho dovuto chiamare due persone diverse per capirlo. Non mi è piaciuto per nulla.

• Nora (8/5): Great apartment for a weekend trip, comfortable for many people, good facilities and management. - The location was very nice, and the check in and out went very smoothly. The space was nice, and although the layout was a little quirky, it worked well and the space felt large. The beds are large and comfortable, and the living area is well laid out. Both the kitchenette and bathroom were not very clean and quite dusty. There is only one key, and the entrance went straight to the street, which was a surprise.

• chiara (7/5): - Lo staff è stato disponibile e ci hanno permesso di anticipare il check in due ore prima del previsto. L'abbiamo molto apprezzato perché abbiamo lasciato i bagagli in stanza. La camera e il bagno sono ampi. Ottima posizione, due fermate di tram da Alexanderplatz. La fermata della M4 a pochi metri dall'hotel. Molti ristoranti e un supermercato nelle vicinanze. Durante la permanenza di 6 giorni abbiamo avuto cambio asciugamani giornaliero e un cambio lenzuola. L'albergo è silenzioso. Le tende oscuranti sono più corte dell'ampiezza delle finestre, perciò le tende semitrasparenti da sole non riescono a garantire una completa privacy e inoltre la mattina entra tanta luce dalle prime ore della giornata. C'era parecchia polvere sui comodini e anche sul pavimento della stanza. L'ultimo giorno non hanno lasciato nemmeno un rotolo di carta igienica di scorta e la mattina della partenza ci siamo ritrovati senza.

• Pamela Silupú Rivera (8/5): Es buena la estacion, solo alguans cosas que cambiar - La ubicacion, cerca de la estación del tren, es una zona muy comercial, hay restaruantes, está cerca a un cementerio, así que si son sensibles espiritualmente deben tener cuidado no me gustó el autocheckin porqeu a pesar de que me dieron el supuesto codigo correcto, resulta que éste no lo era y estuve casi 40 minutos esperando que lo soluciones, otro punto es que no hay ascensor

Bed was a good size and comfortable enough, bathroom was a really good size and the shower was excellent. Small table and chairs came in handy and the location was great. We primarily used public transport and it was a 2 min walk to the nearest tram stop and it took less than 10 mins to get to Alexanderplatz from there. Plenty of small coffee shops and eateries nearby and there's both an Aldi and a Netto within a short walk too. Could do with refresh of the pillows or additional....there was only one each and they weren't the best in terms of support.

Little nooks and for a hotel room very different (not an apartment as advertised) kids liked the loft (however was very low - only 8yr old could stand up). Beds were very comfortable. Very little privacy. The shower was in the middle of the sitting and bedroom. There were no doors separating these rooms - even though it says 2 bedroom apartment? For 6 people including teenage children not ideal. The kitchen area was in the bedroom (very strange layout). The old tiled floor had no rugs. We also found a broken bottle top on the floor and cigarette filter on arrival.

• Fangmann (1/5): - Esa noche en Berlin hacian -3 grados y en la habitacion no funcionaba la calefaccion, hable con la gente del hotel y ellos estaban sabiendo del problema y no lo informaron al momento de hacer la reserva. nos fuimos a buscar otro hotel

Der Zimmerservice hat sich sehr bemüht und war auch sehr nett. - Die Badewanne 😂 war super und ja es sah schon schick aus also das Gesamtbild war schön Die Matratze war nicht sooo weich muss ich sagen , und ich hatte Heizungsprobleme es war kalt
