Персонал не говорит на русском, но при помощи аппликации переводчика разобрались.номера чистые, но слегка подуставшие, но приличные. У нас был номер с ванной с гидромассажем, что компенсировало остальные бытовые недостатки.После длительных прогулок по Стамбулу ванна с гидромассажем было как блаженство для ног. Завтраки были хорошие, всуссные, всего по немножко выпечка, фрукты, сладости, чай.Яишницу готовили очень вкусно, салаты разные. Не понравилось то, что номер не имел окно на улице. Окно выходило в шахту которая была между зданиями и было мало свежего воздуха

- Helena (9/5): Triada, near Taksim - View from rooftop terrace of the Taksim Mosque & Hagia Triada Church. Location, location, location. Istikhal street, Taksim Square, public transport all conveniently located within short walking distance. I wish they had twin beds for friends. My friend decided to sleep on the floor (on a thin comforter) because I was sick. Not the fault of the hotel, but it's a +++ point If they could offer twin beds.

- Hayati (10/5): I leave Triada but Triada stays in my heart - Close to everything, good staffs, 100m to Taksim Metro which can connect to Ist Airport by change line to M11 at Gayrettepe. Superb Night life. Can see Taksim Tunnel (popular red slow train) from room 602 balcony!!! Was a very good stay and value for money None

- Mohamed (10/5): - The hotel is awesome, staff are so friendly and helpful, very well organized, rooms are new and clean, the area were we stayed is so beautiful and full activities, close to Taksim square, except in peace tome it will take a while and some effort. Otherwise it’s awesome.
- Aysen (4/5): Es war ok - Die Lage Die Türen waren nicht sicher. Man konnte die nebenliegenden Zimmer hören. Das Licht und die Schritte vom Flur, haben wir die ganze Zeit mitbekommen ..selbst in der Nacht! Das Frühstück war gut, das Personal dort auch. Am ersten Tag hat unser Fernseher nicht funktioniert. An 2 Tagen hatten wir keine Badetücher, trotz Anforderungen habe wir keine bekommen. Es war ok aber nochmal würde ich nicht dorthin.
- Colette (10/5): Great location to explore Taksim Sq area - Helpful desk staff and typical nice Turkish breakfast. Excellent coffee machine! Room was a great size. We were concerned about noise being in Taksim Square district but luckily our room faced inward so it was not a problem. Loads of restaurants and shops and nightlife.

- Waleed (10/5): Excellent - I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The services were excellent, everything was very clean, and the nightly rates were outstanding compared to other budget hotels. The hotel has multiple locations, and I was very pleased with the building I stayed in. Although it was the farthest, I personally found it to be the most beautiful. I must also highlight the hotel management, which was truly exceptional. Highly recommended!

- Paula (2/5): Hellish!!! - The bathroom was filthy. I paid for a spa bath. It was broken. Next day moved but had intruders knocking on my door at 12:30am. I was sleeping and woken by a strange ph call from reception asking about my a/c. I don’t use a/c. I live in the tropics and dont like my room cold. I sent a message to yr office as I was very concerned. YOU didn’t answer me. I wanted the police called but they just ignored me. Should I go on??? Read above

- Rachel (10/5): - I didn’t realize the entrance to where I stayed was on the busiest street (Istiklal street) but I actually loved it. Normally I’d prefer quieter areas but I loved being amongst the action and being able to walk to everything. I surprisingly felt more safe there and walking around as a solo woman than if it were quieter. As soon as you entered your place the buzz of the street faded and I was surprised how quiet it was. The view from the balcony was incredible, wish I could share the pic I took of the full moon over the cathedral. It’s a cool experience staying here, highly recommend!
- sonia (4/5): - Well, I requested a room with four people. They give me a small apartment with one full bed and an open sofa bed who was broken on the second night. They never fix it. It was not covered properly. It was kind of disgusting. The sofa was dirty to shower fill up with water every time we shower water will come out outside the door. The entrance of the building construction was being done outside and it looks more like a construction site inside on the first floor all the equipment was being safe. It was dirty with paper all over dirt so they didn’t care about the cap of the property.

- Ives (8/5): - I arrived at the wrong time because there was issues with internet which means I had to wait to be checked in. This was not the fault of the staff. After that all went smooth. The facility was very clean. I would stay there again in the future.

- aftab (8/5): - The hotel was clean and located on a shopping street with lots of different dine in options from Turkish kabab places to American food chains. Hotel service was good except the laundry was rip-off we end up paying $70 for dry cleaning whereas we just wanted regular laundry. Prices of the stuff on shops on street were better than Grand Bazar and shops were modern.

- Jason (4/5): - ***Shocking*** ***updated**** Today no hot water **2nd update*** Still no hot water , now 2 days no hot water , 3 days of no water and no hot water Not up to European standards, This hotel is best for 3rd world country’s For context I am an international traveller luckily enough to visit all the continents of the world for both business and pleasure Let’s start with the positive Great location , staff generally friendly , good breakfast location on the roof terrace Now the negatives On arrival our jacuzzi room had no windows , it smelt of cigarette's We then moved room, shabby chic would be the way to describe the room , worn around the edges, Issues as follows One towels for 2 people on occasions Hotel ran out of shower gel for the dispenser in the shower. No water for a day and no notice or update from the hotel ,no note under the door ? Nothing. Shower head leaking everywhere , thankfully fixed , but should I have to point this out ? The storage in the room has not been thought about , bed side units are cubes with no draws or function , where do you place small items Only local tv stations available , all international channels not working ? I really, really wanted to like the hotel, but it felt more like a hostel and has fell short on to many elements to over look Expedia should not list this hotel for European customers SOME of the staff are helpful

- Ole Ray (8/5): - Great location just steps from the heart of Istanbul, and the staff truly go above and beyond – incredibly warm, helpful, and service-minded. While the hotel is a bit dated, it’s still comfortable and offers good value. I wouldn’t recommend the jacuzzi rooms, as they have no windows and an unpleasant smell. However, thanks to the fantastic team, especially the person managing breakfast, our stay was still a very positive experience.
