- Meike (9/5): Alles zu unserer vollen Zufriedenheit - Sehr aufmerksames Personal. Stehen einem bei allen Fragen zur Seite. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig oder mit Tram zu erreichen. Die Dame beim sehr guten Frühstücksbüffet ist unermüdlich dabei, alles aufzufüllen und das Rührei wird aus richtigem Vollei frisch hergestellt. Die Zimmer sind einfach eingerichtet, aber alles vorhanden.

Hôtel charmant et confortable. Très plaisant de pouvoir prendre le petit-déjeuner sur la terrasse en hauteur avec vue mer! On y voit aussi un bout de la Mosquée bleue.

- mariana surya (8/5): Buenas atención en general . - El personal super amable ,Kenan en la recepción y su compañero siempre colaborando con lo que necesitábamos les chicas del desayuno y la limpieza atentas y simpatícas Un poco ruidoso algunas veces y que quería un taxi para ir a la estación y ellos solo usan sus taxis , me lo conseguí yo sola en la esquina , pero me pareció raro, cualquier hotel llama un taxi para un cliente . Pero eso lo tiene que arreglar la administración del hotel creo , no lo empleados
- Capodieci (9/5): Splendida terrazza sul Bosforo, personale top! - Io mio marito e due miei amici abbiamo adorato lo staff ma anche, e sopratutto, la terrazza! La sera fino alle 11 è possibile prendere bevande calde e godersi il panorama sul Bosforo. Le camera sono pulite, silenziose grazie agli ottimi infissi. Lo staff è gentile e parla un ottimo inglese. Perfetta anche la posizione. Forse le camere sono un po’ piccole e il soffitto basso fa un po’ mancare l’aria di notte. Ovviamente Si risolve tenendo un po’ aperta la finestra.

- Françoise (10/5): Un moment agréable, sympathique et reposant. Je reviendrai! - L'emplacement en face d'un petit parc dans un coin tranquille est parfait, pas loin du parc de Kadirga. La chambre était jolie et calme. Le personnel est particulièrement sympathique et serviable, on se sent entouré dans une atmosphère familiale et souriante d'entraide. Et que dire du petit-déjeuner... abondance et plaisir des sens! Je ne vois rien à signaler de négatif.

Отдельное спасибо хочется сказать женщине, работнице отеля Лия (Лиа), она очень нам помогла в день размещения, оставаясь человечной и вежливой, в отличие от персонала на ресепшен. Sessiz bir konum, kahvaltı için güzel bir teras, Boğaz manzarası ve lezzetli kahvaltılar. Otel çalışanı Lia'ya (Lia) özel teşekkürler; giriş günümüzde çok yardımcı oldu, resepsiyon personelinin aksine cana yakın ve kibar davrandı. Отношение работника на ресепшене (дневная смена). Была заминка в размещении, после решения которой, работник ресепшена, начал недовольным тоном рассказывать другому работнику отеля про сложившуюся ситуацию. Я при этом сидела рядом и все слышала. Он думал я не понимаю, но у меня было включено приложение, которое переводит разговор с турецкого на русский и я прекрасно все понимала. Считаю это неприемлемым поведением персонала на ресепшен. Проблема была решена и недопустимо с его стороны было говорить об этом при гостях отеля. Resepsiyon görevlisinin (gündüz vardiyası) tavrı. Giriş işleminde bir sorun yaşandı ve sorun çözüldükten sonra resepsiyon görevlisi, durumu başka bir otel çalışanına son derece duygusal bir tonda anlatmaya başladı. Türkçe-Rusça çevirmen açıktı ve her şeyi mükemmel bir şekilde anladım. Lafı dolandırmadı. Bu davranışı resepsiyon personelinden kabul. Sorun çözülmüştü ve otel misafirlerinin önünde bu konudan bahsetmesi kabul edilemezdi.

- Maciek 40 (9/5): Dobry hotel polecam ❤️ - Pokój ładny z małym balkonem z widokiem na morze.Bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa,blisko sklepy i główne atrakcje.Do tramwaju również blisko a nim dojedziesz praktycznie do każdej atrakcji.Dobre śniadania również na ciepło choć codziennie to samo.Natomiast kawa i herbata dostępna nieograniczona ilość przez cały dzień. Obok jakąś budowa i hurtownia i oczywiście dochodzą hałasy ale można to znieść.

- Ali (10/5): إقامة سعيدة - بداية شكرا لجميع العاملين في فندق ساروهان ونخص بالشكر كل من : - موظف الاستقبال ( كنان ) الذي كان يتواصل معنا قبل السفر ولترتيب سيارة نقل من مطار صبيحة الى الفندق والعكس مقابل 45 يورو ' وكذلك الاجابة عن جميع الاستفسارات والخدمات . - موظف الاستقبال كان يلبس نظارة كانت معاملته جداً راقية وممتازة وكانوا يجيبون عن جنيف استفساراتنا . - موظفات المطعام الذي كان بنظام البوفيه وكان منوعاً ولذيذا . - موظفة التنظيف كانت متقنة لعملها والتنظيف اليومي للغرفة ودورة المياه . الفندق صغير وجميل ونظيف والأمان في الفندق عالي . كانت اقامتنا في غرفة في الطابق -1 ثم نخرج من الخلف والغرفة مصعد اليها بدرج سهل جدا وكانت هادئة جدا وكذلك دافئة وحجمها واسع وكذلك الحمام واسع وموفر صابون للأيدي والاستحمام وتوفير حذاء للغرفة . الغرفة كانت مكونة من سريرين : الأول لشخصين الثاني طابقين في الاسفل يتسع لإثنين وفي الاعلى لشخص . في اليوم الثاني كانت الغرفة باردة قليلا واخبرنا موظف الاستقبال وتم التعامل بسرعة وتم حلها . الموقع مقابل بحر البسفور وخاصة اطلالة المطعم في الدور الرابع رائعة . كثرة المطاعم المتوفرة خلف الفندق مشي لمسافة 10 دقائق وأقل . كذلك منطقة الفاتح القديمة كانت مشي والاسعار جميلة وأرخص من السوق الكبير وتقسيم . توجد سوبرماركت قريبة ولكن في الخلف على جهة اليسار مشي 5 دقائق . لا شيء

What I appreciated the most, however, was the staff. They were extremely kind, helpful, and welcoming throughout my stay. Their professionalism and warm attitude made my experience even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

- Rosanna (10/5): You feel very well taken care of. - The hotel is located in the historical centre and it is only a few minutes away from seaside, optimal to take a walk enjoying the view along a comfortable promenade, and about 15 minutes from Sultanahmet and public transport. The streets around the hotel are quite narrow, so, there is no real traffic. Breakfast is excellent with a great selection of typical products: olives, cheeses, different kind of salads among others, but also Turkish pastries. It is nice to be able to use the breakfast room also during the rest of the day to make coffee or tea, while enjoying a quiet time and the amazing view. The terrace offers a stunning view on the sea and historical sites. In front there is also a nice small park. The personnel is extremely kind, helpful and considerate. You feel very well taken care of. On the first days one of the guests was making some noise in the morning, like bad cough, not clear what it was. Unfortunately it was loud in my bathroom and very unpleasant to hear, but except for these two times it was always very quiet.
- tom (5/5): - De mevrouw die het ontbijt runde was super gastvrij; maakte ook een deel dingen in-house: super lekker! Wij hadden kamer geboekt met zicht op park/zee. Toen we arriveerden was deze niet beschikbaar maar "we give you free upgrade with city view". De city view gaf zich op een soort bouwstort met oude autobanden. Foto in bijlage. - Maciej (10/5): - Bardzo klimatyczny i komfortowy hotel. W pobliżu wiele restauracji, supermarket czy sklep monopolowy. Główne atrakcje oddalone o kilkanaście minut spencerem; podobnie przystanek tramwajowy czy stacja metra. Hotel serwuje bardzo różnorodne śniadania na najwyższym piętrze - przeszklonym tarasie z którego można podziwiać panoramę miasta lub morze. Tam też przez cały dzień dostępna darmowa kawa lub herbata. Osobnym tematem jest wspaniała obsługa - niezwykle pomocna i sympatyczna. My nie czuliśmy się jak turyści tylko jak honorowi goście🙂. Dlatego też bardzo polecam hotel. Special greetings to Mr. Metin. Your hospitality was the great example of the service which exceeds customer’s expectations. Thank you!

- Mohammed (9/5): Fantastic , a hidden gem and highly recommended - I am writing this as single traveller . The room was small but cosy, I went in the winter but the heating was on . I had a lovely balcony with a nice view . The breakfast was the best breakfast I had in terms of variety and taste and the balcony there had an astonishing view too . It was clean and cost friendly with very polite staff . I highly recommend ( this was the 7th or so hotel I’ve stayed in Istanbul ) it was also very close to the main tourist sites Nothing that comes to mind at the moment maybe the immediate local area was somewhat isolated but it was a quiet back road to be fair

- Dyan (10/5): Excellent stay - This was probably one of my best stays for my recent trip. The location was great. You could walk everywhere. The staff was so nice. I love hanging out at the top terrace rrading my book, having coffee and enjoying the amazing view. Also, Zahide was my favorite person, she is an angel who made us incredible breakfast everyday. I would go back here with no hesitation. The beds could be a little more comfortable. Still decent enough for resting.

- Ildiko (10/5): Hangulatos hotel gyönyörű tengeri kilátással - A szállás a leírtaknak megfelelt, teljesen elégedettek voltunk vele. Mindegyik recepciós kedves volt. Elsősorban az elhelyezkedése miatt választottam, sétatávra volt minden fő látnivalótól, és kb.12 perc sétatávra volt a Havaist buszállomástól is. Amibe már a képek alapján beleszerettem, az a tetőtéri reggelizőhely volt. Nem csalódtunk, fantasztikus látvány volt innen a kilátás reggeli közben. Szerencsénk is volt, januárban is kinn tudtunk reggelizni és kávézni a teraszon, nagyon szép időnk volt, gyönyörű volt a tenger. Az ott dolgozó hölgy is rendkívül kedves volt. A szoba kicsit kisebb volt, mint a képeken tűnt, de tiszta volt, csak aludni jártunk haza, tökéletes volt. Kényelmes volt az ágy, a fürdőszoba is rendben volt, mindig volt meleg víz. A környék is csendes volt, pár méterre volt egy kis éjjel nappal nyitva tartó bolt. A kicsekkolás után a csomagunkat a hotelban hagyhattuk egészen délutánig. A wifi tökéletes volt mindenhol, a leírás alapján azt gondoltuk, hogy csak a közös helységekben lesz, de volt a szobában is. Minden rendben volt, nem tapasztaltunk negatívumot.
- Sílvia (10/5): Hotel familiar i acollidor prop de Sultanahamet - Hotel molt acollidor i familiar, situat aprop del centre de Sultanahamet i les línies de transport públic. Tot el personal ha estat molt amable i el buffet d esmorzar molt bo i variat . La neteja de les habitacions també perfecte. Hi ha restaurants bonics i on es menja molt be a pocs minuts de l'hotel. Ens hem sentit molt ben acollides.
- Giulia (8/5): Ottimo per la prima volta ad Istanbul - Ottimo rapporto qualità - prezzo. Stanza piccolina ma accogliente. Il ragazzo della reception è stato sempre disponibile a rispondere ad ogni nostra richiesta, così come la signora che si occupa delle colazioni. In linea d' aria vicino alle principali attrazioni di Istanbul anche a piedi, zona comunque molto tranquilla e silenziosa. Colazione buona con prodotti freschi e locali, forse con un po' poca varietà se soggiorni per più di tre giorni ma considerando il prezzo speso, direi comunque ottima. Il letto della camera standard era un po' piccolino, ed il copripiumino un po' corto che non copriva bene né ai lati né in fondo al letto.. La struttura è centrale ma per arrivare alle principali moschee bisogna camminare per una decina di minuti un po' in salita.

- Roger (10/5): Wonderful small hotel with a friendly, welcoming staff and a breakfast to die for. - Great location in the historic district. Fantastic, friendly and informative staff. Plenty of choice for breakfast on the roof top terrace; with great views towards the Princes Islands. Get a room with balcony overlooking the park and sea.
- Lorenzo (10/5): - Il Saruhan hotel è stata una grande scoperta, a partire dalla posizione, molto buona nel quartiere di Sultanahmet, praticamente a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro. La colazione è ottima e ogni mattina si scopre qualcosa di nuovo sul banco delle pietanze. Lo staff è simpaticissimo, molto cordiale ed estremamente disponibile: hanno un numero WhatsApp dal quale rispondono sempre (al massimo richiamano dopo qualche minuto), anche alle chiamate. La stanza in cui ho alloggiato (per due persone) era piccolina ma deliziosa, molto pulita e dotata di tutti i comfort. L’hotel offre anche un servizio di transfer dall’aeroporto, a pagamento, sia per l’arrivo sia per la partenza. Durante il transfer dall’aeroporto all’hotel abbiamo avuto un problema con l’autista, che non si è comportato correttamente e ci ha fatto perdere due ore. La cosa, però, non è dipesa dallo staff dell’hotel, che si appoggia a ditte esterne. Inoltre, lo staff, una volta informato del comportamento del driver, si è premurato di farci pagare solo la metà del servizio di trasporto. Al ritorno, dal hotel all’aeroporto, tutto è stato perfetto. Non posso che consigliare questa struttura: se dovessi tornare a Istanbul, sicuramente prenoterei di nuovo qui.
- Maya (9/5): Notre séjour était génial et le personnel toujours à l’écoute. - Le petit déjeuné est excellent, et la personne qui s’en occupe veille toujours à être aux petits soins avec les clients de l’hôtel. L’insonorisation est limite, mais c’est un détail.

- Kostyrenko (1/5): В первый раз сталкиваюсь с таким в Стамбуле и Турции в целом, цена-качество не совпали совершенно! Кроме красивого фаса - Отличное расположение в центре города, но в тихом парке, до ближайшего трамвая идти минут 10, возможно не всем будет удобно, но я всегда бронирую отели в районе Кадырга и мне все нравится Я приезжаю в Стамбул по несколько раз за год, но с таким столкнулась впервые! С момента заселения все пошло не так, 1) сначала на ресепшене выяснилось, что фиксированная цена на букинге в моем приложении отличается от той, что запросили в отеле, пришлось оплатить больше, объяснить сотрудники это никак не смогли, а мы были уставшие с дороги и разбираться не было сил, пришлось оплатить больше 2) отель был выбран из начала по причине того, что в нем был лифт, т.к. с нами был человек, которому тяжело ходить по лестнице, по факту дали не тот номер, что бронировали, а во внутреннем дворике, к которому вела довольно большая лестница, пришлось на следующий день переезжать в другой номер на цокольном этаже 3) в номере было холодно, батареи периодически отключались, приходилось ходить на ресепшен и просить решить проблему 4) в отеле нет парковки для машины, на ресепшене скрипя зубами разрешили припарковать машину на 15 минут, чтобы усадить пассажиров, при этом оказалось, что напротив (в 1 минуте от отеля) есть платная парковка, но о ней сотрудники отеля умолчали (клиентоориентированность) пришлось искать и решать этот вопрос самим, благо я разговариваю на Турецком 5) если надеетесь на стандартные косметические наборы в номере, то не ждите, из там не будет, максимум тапочки, большой флакон шампуня и мыло для рук🤦🏻♀️ 6) апофеозом было включение насоса для воды за стенкой номера, который врубили в 23:30, после скандала выключили, а в 7 утра опять включили, если представляете звук работающей болгарки, то это именно он, не то что отдохнуть было не возможно, невозможно было спать

- Sabina (10/5): Обязательно вернёмся еще! Очень советую! - Очень удобное месторасположение, до исторического центра можно дойти пешком за 10-15 минут. Напротив отеля небольшой уютный парк, нет шума толпы, по вечерам очень спокойно и красиво. Отель очень чистый и уютный, интернет был, кондиционер работал (были летом), персонал очень отзывчивый, завтрак свежий и разнообразный. Всё понравилось. Особых замечаний нет.
