- Matthias (7/5): schönes Haus aber nicht nachvollziehbare Abrechnung - Sehr gut zentral gelegen, die Innenstadt ist zu Fuss erreichbar. Die Zimmer waren sehr schön ausgestattet und extrem sauber. Das Frühstück war sehr umfangreich. Auch wurde uns für 20€ ein extra großes Taxi zum Flughafen vermittelt, was sher nett war statt der angezeigten 279,90 wurden uns fast 400€ abgerechnet. Das ist im Nachgang sehr unangenehm. Ich empfehle ggf die Zahlung vorab um Unannehmlichkeiten zu vermeiden. 9190 Lek x4=36.760 LEK . Auch bei einem schlechten Kurs, den das Hotel für Geldwechsel verwendet ergeben sich 395€, was deutlichg mehr ist als bei der Buchung
- Emma (8/5): Great location and lovely room - We had a one bedroom suite which was lovely and spacious. The pool although was supposed to be closed, was ready and open ahead of the date on the site. In the hot days it was welcomed! Great space on the terrace with a few sun beds and lots of tables and chairs near the pool area. Drinks and food super reasonable especially for a hotel. Free breakfast included, although as a Brit no black tea at bfast was disappointing, although I later found I could buy it in the terrace bar. Great location and easy to walk everywhere. Lovely bars, coffee shops and restaurants easily accessible from the hotel Parking was available at a fee and need to pre book ahead of arrival Air con didn’t seem to work properly and never seemed to get warm. Road is noisy as it’s busy - not hotels fault but you could ask for a room away from the front I’m guessing

Frühstück stark verbesserungsfähig! Für ein Apartment für vier Personen nur eine einzige Zimmerkarte - trotz Nachfrage. Vorsicht bei der Bezahlung: Es wird verlangt, in albanischer Währung zu bezahlen, wobei der gebuchte Euro-Preis mit einem sehr schlechten Kurs umgerechnet wird (nämlich 1:100 statt 1:95). Erst nach längerer Diskussion konnte ich den gebuchten Preis bezahlen.

Cleaning staff, and parking attendants were just as kind, helpful and charming as ever! Change from our last stay 3 years ago- much less friendly/welcoming.

- Petra (8/5): Prima verblijf - Mooi hotel met zwembad en mooie grote kamers. Het ontbijt is super uitgebreid en lekker. Service was ook goed. Enige nadeel vond ik dat het hotel toch wel een stukje van het centrum vandaan ligt
- Guido (8/5): Comfortable business hotel - Nice complete hotel. Central to where I needed to be. Good breakfast and very nice restaurant. The top terrace is nice, but the pool was not yet filled up. Great sports bar (Magnet) nearby! The airco did not work. With the window open, you suffer from the street noise and esp. from Albanian honking habits and over-sized police sirens.

- Nicola Turner (8/5): Nice mid range hotel - The inclusive breakfast was lovely and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Room was cleaned daily. The room was too hot and super noisy with being so close to the main road into centre Tirana.

- Sylvia (10/5): Mooi hotel op een uitstekende ligging in Tirana - Mooi en heel comfortabel hotel. Erg lekker ontbijt. Goede ligging Heel grote kamer, fijne douche Erg proper. Rooftop is leuk, mooi uitzicht. Prijs-kwaliteit top! Drukke baan maar dat is erg duidelijk vermeld. Met oordoppen is dit geen probleem.

Le petit déjeuner est bien complet, avec du choix et des produits de qualité. Dans l’ensemble, tout s’est très bien passé, c’est un endroit que je recommande sans hésiter 👍

- Hassan (8/5): - Reception & breakfast staff were great. Room was very good. Room was dark & quiet at night, making sleeping easy. A member of staff moved my hire car out of the hotel parking space & into the road. He went into matcho connol mode. I didn't need the attitude. Later I found the car had been scratched, and wandered if the way he'd pushed & reversed into traffic caused a moped rider to scratch the car. I'll never know.

The overall cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, and everything felt well maintained throughout. The room was comfortable, modern, and had everything needed for a pleasant stay. I also particularly liked the rooftop bar, which had a great atmosphere and views, and the pool area was a nice bonus for relaxing during the stay The air conditioning did not work properly, so we had to keep the window open to stay cool, which may be quite uncomfortable during the summer months. The plugs on the left-hand side only worked when a wall switch was turned on, which wasn’t clearly explained. The TV had no signal and did not function during our stay. We also requested assistance to reset the safe so we could use it, but no one attended to this. In addition, some of the lights in the room were not working. The mini bar price wasn’t clearly displayed, I rang reception and she said scan the QR code but I couldn’t find correct code.

- Anja (8/5): Lækkert hotel, men i et meget støjende område. - Utroligt venligt og hjælpsom personale. Hotellet ligger relativt centralt, men direkte ud til en støjende hovedvej. Der er meget rent og pænt overalt på hotellet. Hvis du er til det pulserende byliv med støj 24/7, så er hotellet ok - men vi fandt det ucharmerende at have begge vores balkoner direkte ud til en meget støjende vej.

- Brett (10/5): - What a great spot that caters both to local and foreign tourists. Rooms and communal spaces are perfect, staff wonderful. As a 'grown up backpacker' this feels like the place to be Tirana if you want something fun and nice.

- Kelly (9/5): Wonderful, comfortable stay in the heart of the city. Would definitely return. - The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful - nothing was too much trouble. They were also very prompt in responding to queries I had prior to my stay. Excellent location for exploring the city by foot. I stayed in a one bedroom suite which was spacious and comfortable. The hotel is located alongside a busy road. While it makes exploring the city easy and convenient, it is a bit noisy. It’s definitely less noticeable when the windows are closed, but light sleepers may want to request a room not facing the street.
