Guest Reviews
- Donald (10/5): - The owners were wonderful people and provided helpful information about all the things we were doing. Breakfast was amazing. Can't say enough good things about this place.
- Paula (8/5): - It's a nice place to stay. When I checked in, I met Tom, a pleasant and kind gentleman who provided me with a straightforward and informative check-in service. My room was nice, well decorated, and had a comfortable bed, except the pillows, and shower.
This B&B does not offer a continental breakfast, but provides a self-service option for hot drinks, juice and cereals at any time of the day. There is a good selection of cereals and teas.
Overall, the service is good and I would rate this single room as very good, the quality was much better than any I have experienced before.
- Maria (10/5): - Tom was an excellent host and went above and beyond for us. Welcoming us, recommending places, great breakfast and even getting us a cab. The property is very nice and close to the airport.
- Brian (10/5): Fabulous Nice B & B - The Flyover Bed and Breakfast is conveniently located 5 minutes by car or 15 minutes by bus (one bus) from downtown.
It is a very well kept, clean and quiet place to stay. Hosts Tom and Sallyanne work hard to make your stay comfortable and are more than willing to help you give/find answers to any questions. An awesome stay! Hope to stay there again sometime!
- Julie (10/5): - Excellent B&B. Lovely, well equipped rooms with nice ambience. Breakfast was also wonderful. Owners are very pleasant and helpful. Accommodation is very close to public transport links. All in all, a great stay thanks.
- Kathryn (10/5): - Very easy to get to the airport by bus - stop is right outside. Owner was very keen to make this an excellent stay. Great breakfast.
- Daniel (10/5): - Great host, was able to accommodate my departure time with a slightly earlier breakfast. Really close to the bus station.
- Vickie (10/5): - A wonderful place to stay. Very comfortable bed and a great breakfast. Bus at the door. The last time we were in Dublin we stayed at a hotel in the city centre our future trips we will
- Rachel (10/5): Highly recommended! - This was the perfect accommodation for a solo female traveler arriving early in Dublin. I initially picked Flyover BNB because they offer an early check in time (noon) but I felt incredibly safe there alone and the room was clean and quiet. It was easy to get to from the airport by taxi or bus. The folks who run this bnb are very friendly and welcoming with good tips for riding the buses and getting around the city, and they offer a tasty breakfast. I let them know I would be arriving in Dublin at 8am after flying overnight and they went above and beyond by letting me check in when I arrived so I could get some sleep. Perfect way to start a month long trip!
- Anastasia (10/5): - Friendly people close to everything.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Very helpful and wonderful stay.
- Brenda (10/5): - Very clean property, nice people, delicious home cooked breakfast
- Marty (10/5): Simply Excellent!! - Joe is an absolute gentleman, meet us at the door with a huge smile and a very welcoming greeting. He also had an excellent sheet with bus/taxi/local information on it to help get you to where you wanted/needed to be. The cooked breakfast was superb!! The room was spotlessly clean, the facilities where spot on, fast WiFi, great room set up, the bathroom was superb and the shower really woke me up the next morning đ I'll be staying with Joe again when next back in Dublin.
- Andreas (10/5): - This is excellent value for money with a very friendly and helpful woner.
- Thomas (8/5): Comfortable and Convenient - A good place to stay when traveling through Dublin. It's convenient, comfortable, and breakfast is enjoyable.
- Josephine-Diana (10/5): - The property owners are LOVELY! so kind and helpful with any questions or situations, i would definitely recommend this place for any solo travelers (especially women) as its very cosy and safe!
itâs (super easy) a 20-30 min bus ride to the city center, but if your wanting a quieter and calmer place to sleep then this is your place!
absolutely wonderful!
- Hisaaki (10/5): - The owner family is quite friendly and considerate to make the guests comfortable in every aspect. The facility is tidy and clean, and, whatâs more, the breakfast was excellent!!!
- Michelle (10/5): - Really lovely couple, excellent breakfast and location.
- Anna (10/5): - The breakfasts were delicious and plentiful. The hosts were kind and responsive, and offered lovely recommendations. The location is right on four useful bus lines and two run 24 hours! So easy. Room is comfortable and has everything I needed.
One note: area is rather empty if you are looking for dinner, and local pub is good but a bit loud on weekends.
- Stacie (10/5): - It was a perfect stay for an early morning flight from the Dublin airport.
- eugene (10/5): - I love my stay. The host were great. Easy bus stops
- Donald (10/5): - Paul and Sallyann were fantastic. The property was pristine and quiet. The room was cleaned and the breakfast was sumptuous with 3 options. The property is an equidistant to a shopping mall and only 10 stops to Dublin Airport. Also, all the buses go to the City Centre which is about 20 minutes away. You can buy a pass for the duration of your stay to travel around Dublin, which is cheaper.
- Daniel (10/5): - Tom met me and showed me around. He was ready with a lot of information and had all the information printed out which was really useful. Cleanliness was top class and the room was comfortable. The full Irish breakfast was amazing and sets you up for any adventure you would wish to undertake. They have made a tremendous effort to provide a professional service mixed with a welcoming and friendly welcome.
- Krisztian (10/5): - I really enjoyed my stay. The hosts were friendly and helpful, the breakfast was plentiful and satisfying, and the location is excellentâa short bus ride from both the airport and the city with a bus stop at the door. Restaurants, bars, and shops are all within walking distance.
- Michael (10/5): Excellent B&B - We had a great stay , the room was excellent. Michael was a great host always asking if we needed anything and gave us advice on sightseeing all over the country . Very knowledgeable! Would recommend!
Breakfast was outstanding!
- Ruth (10/5): - Great friendly staff and comfortable room.
- William (10/5): A friendly stay in the Flyover B&B. - Enjoyed our stay a the Flyover B&B. Room was clean and tidy. Tom served up a tasty breakfast, and there was tea and coffee also available at night to take to our room. Tom was also very helpful with local travel info etc. There was easy travel into Dublin centre as bus stop situated just across the road. The same for Dublin airport with plenty of buses throughout the day.
Would highly recommend the Flyover B&B.
- Kenneth (10/5): - Great stay! Tom was a great host and the location has easy access to airport and center city right outside the door!
- Carolina (10/5): - This is a very nice place to stay.

- Jason (10/5): - I loved everything about my stay. The room was spotless, the bed was very comfortable, the TV had Netflix available without needing to sign into your own account, the bus station to the city centre is right outside the front door, and there was an abundance of tea options for free. I am definitely coming back to Dublin and this will be the first place I check for an availability.
- Dolores (10/5): - Tom and Sallyann are wonderful hosts: pleasant, friendly and kind. You get choices for breakfast; snacks are available anytime. Both were helpful with a couple of situations that came up, which I appreciated. Tom was usually around when we came back from our day's adventures and greeted us to see how things went. I would highly recommend this b & b for anyone who wants to stay in the Dublin area.
- Aaron (10/5): - Fantastic hosts and stay. Enjoyed the room and all it provided. Location was great, close to shopping, restaurants, pubs and public transportation (bus stops). Would highly recommend and will stay again in the future.

- Danielle (10/5): - The hosts were top notch and so very kind. I cannot stress how wonderful they are. Being the first time i have traveled abroad alone, the extra conversation and information was so appreciated.
- Sonia (8/5): - Visited for 3 nights for Coldplay concert at Croke park. Lovely B&B, modern and clean and the host Tom was very friendly and attentive to my needs. Having only four rooms it gave a nice atmosphere at breakfast. Food was good. Only slight downside if I had to say something was no hot drink facilities in bedroom but you were able to go down to dining room 24/7 and make drinks with plenty selection and cereals for late night snacks as well. Also bus stop to centre was close to property though you could walk it, equally easy access to airport.
Would definitely stay again when visiting area.
- Jenna (10/5): - This bed and breakfast is very charming, and suitable for all kinds of travelers in the Dublin area. The hosts were exceptionally warm and hospitable, and the hot breakfast was lovely. Highly recommend.
- Manolita (10/5): - What a gem. The place gives you the homey feel. Even though the place is right on the street itâs quiet. Very convenient. Close to the airport and a few steps outside is the bus stop , walking distance to a central convenience store and omni shopping center. Highly recommended
- Miss (10/5): Will be back - Everything I needed it to be and more, with great service thrown in. Many thanks

- Catherine (10/5): - I highly recommend staying here for a visit to Dublin. The accommodation and breakfast were both lovely. Quiet location with easy access to the airport and city centre. The hosts were very helpful and welcoming. 10/10 recommend!
- PATRICK (6/5): - Tom was friendly and welcoming. Room floor very slippery. Toilet seat poor fit. No toilet roll holder. No soap holder in shower.
Location very convenient to airport and city.
- Patrick (10/5): - Very comfortable bed and room. Excellent service and hosts served a good breakfast. The neighborhood does not offer much, but the easy access to the airport and into Dublin were worth it to me.
- Jeffrey (10/5): - Convenient location. Walking distance to a shopping mall, bus stop to the city at the door.
- Maxwell (10/5): Perfect Place to Stay - Excellent location with bus stops (to city center and to/from airport) directly in front of unit. Spotless facility. Bathroom clean and very nice. Excellent breakfast (custom order and cooked fresh). The host could not be more helpful with recommendations/information. Room was very quiet.
- Ioan (8/5): - The owner was friendly and helpful.
I wish they had more choices of hot breakfast. My room was the smallest in the house and oriented to the backyard. Overall, the stay was fine.
- Duncan (10/5): - Lovely friendly and helpful hosts. Easy bus commute into the city. We were allowed to check-in early which worked well for us as we had an early flight into Dublin. Great breakfast too. Highly recommended.

Owners are super helpful.
Breakfast is great.
Rooms is large and clean.
- Richard (8/5): - Very clean and tidy. Excellent range of teas and breakfast options.
Just a few issues.
As a light sleeper I found the main road difficult. It's a busy road.
The wifi in the bedroom was not secure and kept dropping out. Operating the TV was challenging too.
- Audrey (10/5): - Absolutely amazing, the best hosts ever. So kind and helpful and funny. Room was great, right near the bus line and a few minutes walk to the pub/restaurant, corner store and pharmacy. Phenomenal all around, we will be back!!

- Stephen (8/5): Weekend in Dublin - Competitively priced B&B. On 24-hr bus route, 30 mins town, 20 mins airport. Friendly host, great breakfast. Near Omni Park mall. Cooked breakfast only between 08.00 and 09.00 was a bit limiting. Hot drinks available in breakfast room, not in bedrooms. Overall, great. Would stay again.
- Abigail (10/5): - breakfast was good, and the bed was comfortable
- Wahid (10/5): Dublin marathon weekend stay - Arrived at hotel easy enough and was well located to find . Was greeted at door by Tom and given all information needed for my stay . Room was great with everything needed. Had a minor issue with the hot water in the shower taking forever to get hot but when it did it was fantastic . Following day the shower was fine .could of done with a shelf in the shower to put shower gel/shampoo on rather than having to put them on the shower floor .
Wooden polished floor was a nice touch in the room, although it was very slippy trying to walk around.
Had a great hot breakfast with a pot of coffee before leaving .
Overall hotel was immaculately clean . Excellent location to get into Dublin and the airport.
- Shirley (10/5): Solo travellar - home from home - Tom greeted me professionally with a print out of all my passwords, advice on getting into town, restaurants eat in locally etc. I ate a late lunch in the pub 9 doors up and it was gorgeous. The room I stayed in was huge, warm, clean and quiet. Ensuite huge. Tom then served up a lovely full Irish breakfast the next morning along with some great conversation and advice. Recommend to the max.
- Collin (10/5): Incredible B&B - We only stayed for one night, but our stay was absolutely wonderful. The owner was incredibly kind and accommodating and really went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. I couldn't recommend staying here more.
- Sebastian (10/5): - This place is absolutely lovely. Tom is a fantastic host/owner and he and his team are very attentive, helpful, and lovely people thay ake your stay welcoming and delightful. The space is very clean and the rooms are very comfortable. You get served a delicious breakfadt that could be either hearty or light, as they have various options to choose from. The spot itself is very convenient as it is located outside of bus stops that take you to and from the city center and airport. We would definitely recommend it here for any traveler's coming to visit Dublin.
- Reg (10/5): - Terrific hosts. Very engaging and helpful. Very convenient for the bus system. Stop right outside the door.
Good pub just down the street. The information sheet was very helpful.
Friendly atmosphere. Many thanks!
- Peter (8/5): Nice stopover spot between airport and city center - Tom is a great host! He greeted me at the door and showed me around. He verbally told me and then also gave me an informational page about foot entertainment and transportation.
This place is halfway between town and the airport right on the main bus route. Make sure you have exact change ready for the buses which was 2.6⏠downtown and 1.7⏠to the airport if I remember correctly.
The breakfast was deliciousâŚbest bacon and coffee that I had in Ireland.
The bed was ok, shower fine, room ok. No negatives except that there was a general light body odor smell in the pillows and covers. This was the only minor issue that I had, everything else was super!
- Chris (10/5): - Room was clean. Breakfast was top notch and Tom and his wife were very helpful. Would certainly recommend this B&B and intend to visit again.
- Donal (10/5): Good place for stop over - Handy place to stay and competitive pricing given current market. You'll get a warm welcome from Tom to make you feel at home. Breakfast was lovely but only served between 8 and 9.
Would stay here again.

- VICTORIA (8/5): - Such lovely, lovely staff. Flexible, welcoming, friendly. Gorgeous breakfast! Property is right next to a bus stop with heaps of frequent buses into town (just remember that you must have the exact amount of cash for bus fares in DublinâŚ) The room was tiny and the loo didnât flush very well but meh. It was very quiet at night which was great. I canât get over how lovely the staff were! They are authentic, caring, and cook your breakfast for you individually!
- Steve (10/5): - Cute room
- Rebecca (10/5): - I had a great stay. The host was very kind and helpful during my stay. The rooms were clean and well-maintained. I would definitely recommend staying here for your trip to Dublin. - Paul (10/5): - Great place and fantastic hosts. Thank you Tom and Sallyann, look forward to staying again.
- Michael (10/5): - The room was super clean and modern. The breakfast was hot and tasty. Bus stop to the airport is outside B&B and is only about a 10 minutes ride, and the bus stop to the city center is a 2-3 minute walk and about a 25-30 minute ride. There is a local restaurant with pub food less than 1 minute by foot. The hosts were friendly, accommodating and knew the area well.

- Allysha (10/5): Lovely family run b&b, great location. - Recently stayed here for the weekend with my partner for the Chris brown concert and to explore Dublin.
We had a lovely warm welcome from Tom and SallyAnn who were extremely accommodating and helpful with tips on how to get around Dublin, the bus stop right out the front is brilliant for getting back to the b&b.
It is a 10 minute bus journey to and from the airport
also the bus stop opposite 2 minutes away with busses that run regularly into city centre is great (takes 30mins to get into city centre)
We had a lovely warm Irish breakfast Saturday morning before setting out to explore again, served with tea, coffee, orange juice and toastď¸.
We had a clean, comfortable, quiet room with blankets that felt weighted so we slept like babies!
