• James (9/5): Andorra ski trip - Good view from the dining room and buffet breakfast and dinner. Excellent riojas at reasonable prices for an hotel. The spa is really a couple of large jacuzzis,not a swimming pool. The steam room more of a tepidarium.

El desayuno es normal, el Spa no está incluido en el precio (12 euros) y el parking 20 el dia, y yoga ponia que hacian pero justo ese dia no estaba la profesora. En general esta bien pero es un hotel un poco antiguo

• Nick (9/5): Generally a great value hotel with nice facilities and friendly staff, just a little disappointed with the surprise bill - Nice staff, nice appearance inside and out, good food, good free bus facilities to the gondola station. Good value. The location could be better, as it’s quite a walk to the gondola station and centre of the resort, but we didn’t really mind that. My only criticism is that when we booked in we were told to ask reception staff for the key if we wanted to use the Spa, no mention of cost or money. 2 days later we asked reception staff for the key for the Spa out of curiosity to take a look at it, and stayed for about half an hour. Again no mention of cost or money, but when we checked out there was a €24 bill for use of the Spa. Had we known we would not have used it.

Estando 100% segura que me la dejé es una decepción no poder recuperarla . No me da la confianza ni para recomendarlo ni para volver a un sitio donde haya tenido esta incidencia . La bolsa contenía regalos de perfumería compradas esa misma tarde en Andorra

In our room, the bathroom had a structural beam positioned in a very impractical way, which made using the toilet quite uncomfortable — it was necessary to sit sideways, which wasn’t ideal. Another point was the garage, which could not accommodate a 9-seater van. This may be inconvenient for larger groups traveling together. However, there was always parking available relatively nearby, which helped offset the issue.

• Shanon (8/5): Cosy, warm, good location with short walks to the bus stops and free shuttle services straight up to GrandValira - Friendly staff, beautiful hotel with a stunning view when having a drink/breakfast. Close to the bus top for the N3/N4. Smells great and super cosy! Can easily book a shuttle straight up to go ski and they will fetch you later in the afternoon. The walls are quite thin, so woke up to our neighbours fighting/shouting at each other at 1am and could hear guests walking through the halls in the morning when trying to have a snooze in.

• Annett (8/5): Wunderbar für einen Zwischenstopp auf der Reise von Spanien nach Deutschland - Das Zimmer war sehr klein und lag im Kellergeschoss - uns war nicht klar, dass das in so steilen Tälern normal sein könnte. Das Personal war sehr freundlich- wir durften die Fahrraäder mitten im Winter in einer Abstellkammer unterstellen. Hervorragendes Frühstücksbuffet bis 10:30 Uhr war super. Abends gab es live-Musick in der Hotelbar - das war eine schöne Einlage.

Отель не выдающийся, но очень ровный и своих 8-8,5 баллов стоит, это правда. Уборка номеров не очень. Остальное на очень хорошем уровне Уборка прямо 5,5-6. Возможно, какой-то сбой в этот момент произошел. У меня даже салфетки с пола не подбирали. Окно пришлось помыть, чтобы вещи посушить туда класть. В ванной были какие-то волосы )) не мои ))
• Henry Jayson (10/5): "Super Jordi" the best manager - This is a great hotel, I have been about 5 times. Good location and regular ski bus to the lift in Soldeu. The staff are all great and very helpful, but the manager Jordi is on another level. This guy never stops, he is always theer if you need anything and such a nice guy. The safe did not work, Jordi repaired it, the buffet, Jordi checks it, He is also driving the shuttle bus when required. Jordi is not just a manager he is a hands on "Super Jordi"

Quarto pequeno, no último dia a água do banho estava morna para fria.

Various breakfast, but the desert in the evening was better than the morning coockies... they don't follow general diet rules and it's hard to skip eating a good desert during the dinner.... The VIEW in NOWHERE (we've received a room with the window directly into the wall) :( The booking didn't specify abput this explicitly. On a mountain resort with no view ... that's unforgettable to miss when rate the property... even they excelled on everything else. The SAUNA is not covered by the room price. It, is included in the total SPA ACCESS, even for those who just want 15 minutes of sauna and a cold shower after it. The BATH VENTILATION doesn't work. You don't have where to dry your gloves after skiing, the radiators are not connected.
• Andrew (10/5): One of our best family holidays.. we all loved it. - Clean, friendly and the food was exceptional A short drive 5mins to the slopes but the hotel mini bus was convenient. The minibus driver also helped us dig out our car when we got snowed in ;)

Perfecto que tenga servicio de transporte gratis a Soldeu. Nuestra ducha estaba rota y la alcachofa se caía. El parking es estrecho, así que si tienes un coche amplio, no entrará. En cuanto a la ubicación, no está en Soldeu y se necesita coche para desplazarse al pueblo de Soldeu.

Our problem was a room below the main kitchen, noisy and non stop ventilator at night, It's a nice hotel, well placed and the ski shuttle is a big plus. Its our second trip and bad luck with the room aside, I can recommend for It's warm welcome decent buffet and location. See above.
