• Verified traveler (4/5): No alcanza la categoría de 3 estrellas. - El hotel se encuentra en muy mal estado de conservación. El mobiliario de las habitaciones es viejo y está deteriorado, manchas en las paredes, tapicería de las sillas y cortinas sucias, ropa de cama antigua, manchas de moho en las cortinas del baño y descorchados en el techo. El edificio del hotel también en muy mal estado de conservación y falta de limpieza en pasillos y ascensores.

Poca limpieza, tuvimos que pedir que vinieran a limpiar el baño. Desayuno muy justo, bolleria y zumos industriales. Para no repetir, necesita una buena reforma, para nada es un 3 estrellas. • Carlos (6/5): Hotel barato en el centro de andorra - Siempre escojo hoteles centricos cuando voy a andorra y ademas limitado al ir con mascota. Este hotel esta.muy bien ubicado y es de los mas baratos. Hacia demasiada calor en la habitacion y no se podia regular. La habitacion muy pequeña y sin vistas a nada. Cama muy incomoda. Pero por lo pagado era de esperar.
• Sofia (8/5): Buena estancia general en el hotel. - Estuvo bien la estancia para dormir, el aparcamiento fue lo más caro (pero hay mucho parking). Respecto al servicio de limpieza, perfecto (aunque en una de las dos habitaciones barrían muy por encima). Si que es verdad que deberían de cambiar las colchas de arriba porque hay algunos en mal estado (el mío tenía la quemadura de cigarrillo que ví en comentarios). Las camas algunas cómodas y otras no tanto. La ubicación creo que es lo mejor. La recepción, nos recibió muy bien la chica que esta de turno de noche, muy amable y te resuelve todas las dudas que tengas tanto respecto al hotel, como respecto a Andorra (las otras chicas no he tenido contacto con ellas).

El cuarto de baño de miedo , la ducha caía un hilo de agua el water se enganchaba la cadena cada vez que se usaba y teníamos que desmontar la tapa para arreglarlo ,no había toallero para las toallas de manos …la calefacción no podíamos regularla desde la habitación toda la noche con la ventana abierta en todo el centro de Andorra para no morir asfixiados , no volveremos más . Lo único bueno es el centro de la ciudad y las camas .
• Albert (4/5): - Me guato ubicacion No me gusto habitacion sucia ,fuimos con un bebe de 5 meses i la calefaccion es central y hasta las 19h no la encendian (espero que no se me haya resfriado el niño) las camas muy mal estan desgastadas y los muelles dado no dormias en una posicion correcta estavan curbadas tenia 3 camas y las tres malas sin duda no volvere ,no lo recomendare y es una pena porque fui de viaje de ocio y lo pase mal por preucuparme demasiado de que todo estubiera bien para el niño( no es un hotel para viajar con bebes eso deberian anotarlo ) para mi esta ves en el hotel este fue tirar el dinero… un 0

Kind front desk staff manager/owner who was very helpful about advice and travel tips. Handy lockers to store your bags after checkout. Our room had 4 beds and a sliding door to a “patio” area. The patio area was nice to have to be able to see the mountain but it was run down and in need of some repairs. The towel rack bars were broken in the bathroom. The bathtub pipes seemed a bit blocked as water backed up into the bath instead of draining. The lobby area has some nice seating and a bar type area.

Nuestra sorpresa fue que esta vez nos metiero en unZULO una ventana no se abría y la otra daba a una terraza que estaba llena de personas fumando. Habitación interior con olor a vieja, humedad y sin ventilar!!!!!! Nos ofrecieron otra habitación pero tuvimos que pagar más!!!!!

Justo enmedio de la zona comercial. La chica de la recepción, muy amable y atenta. El único "pero" es que el baño necesitaria una reforma. Por este precio, y en temporada alta, no se puede pedir más.

• Verified traveler (4/5): Decepcionante - En el momento de reservar -y pagar por adelantado- indicaban que aceptaban mascotas. Al llegar nos cobran un suplemento por el perro, y nos informan que las mascotas no pueden entrar en el comedor ni dejarlas solas en la habitación, por lo que tuvimos que desayunar por turnos. La habitación era interior sin aire acondicionado, había un ventilador muy ruidoso que no refrescaba nada, y todas las habitaciones que daban al patio de luces con las ventanas abiertas. A eso de medianoche llegan los huéspedes franceses de dos pisos más abajo, hablando a voz en grito junto a la ventana abierta. Las habitaciones no tenían teléfono para avisar a recepción. Un desastre.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Correcto por el precio - Alojamiento correcto en el mismo centro de Andorra la Vella para estancias cortas o cuando el presupuesto es ajustado. Limpio, amplio y cómodo. Como punto negativo: las sábanas tenían agujeros y las toallas estaban muy desgastadas. Al no existir un sistema de AC, supongo que en verano será muy caluroso y en invierno bastante frío. También se echa de menos una nevera en la habitación. El ascensor muy reducido de tamaño !! Sí, para repetir.
• Verified traveler (6/5): - Ya me alojé en este establecimiento hace dos anos y no tengo nada que objetar ya que me dieron la parte nueva, la tercera planta y a mi madre l primera. Un hotel sencillo pero muy cuco. Ésta vez nos han dado la habitación del otro lado y ha sido un desastre. Tuve que pedir que me cambiar la cama ya que la primera noche fue horrible, los dieron la habitación -3, nada más salir del ascensor olía a humedad, las vistas eran a una uralita con una paloma muerta y edificios y hacia frío. Lo único bueno es el personal de recepción que es un encanto y el servicio de limpieza. Me gustaba este hotel porque era céntrico y no tienes que coger el coche para nada y estaba bastante bien las habitaciones, pero si me tienen que dar otra vez una habitación de la zona de atrás que no de al centro ni me lo pienso, no me lo quedo.

• @metravellove (8/5): - Era un dia de retenciones y lleguemos a las 12 de la noche, nos recibieron muy amablemente, la habitacion es simple habian 4 camas individuales y tubimos que ajuntarlas para tener mas espacio, el baño estava un poco sucio pero por lo demas muy simpaticos en recepcion, es muy centrico.
• Alex (8/5): - Outstanding location right at the heart. No parking on site but just across the street are two pay parking sites which are easy to get to and use. Hotel is dated and a bit cramped, but clean and good bang for the buck. There was no Air Conditioning but the window could be opened letting the fresh Andorra air in. If you do that, prepare for the noise from the street below.

• Enric (6/5): Hotel con contrastes buenos y malos - Experiencia con contrastes. Empezamos con lo positivo. El desayuno está bastante bien, si bien no varía de un día para otro. La localización también es excelente, situado justo delante de Pyrenées. También hay unos grandes taquillas para esquís o material de montañismo. El personal es amable. En lo menos bueno, las habitaciones no disponen de aire acondicionado y en el caso de tener una habitación interior, el calor es bastante insoportable en verano (hay un ventilador pero no es suficiente). Tuvimos que abrir la ventana y luego apareció otro problema, el ruido de las otras habitaciones (un bebé llorando en medio de la noche) y el humo de otros clientes fumando. Solo tienen un ascensor pequeño y en horas puntas puede ser un problema. El estado de las habitaciones también es mejorable: aún tienen los mapas de evacuación del antiguo Hotel Cassany con números de habitaciones que no cuadran, hay elementos como el WC con grietas bastante aparentes, los enchufes se desenganchaban de la pared.. En resumen, hotel bien situado y con buen desayuno pero que flaquea en otros aspectos teniendo en cuenta que es un 3* y que los precios oscilan entre los 70-100 por noche
• Verified traveler (8/5): - Hôtel très bien placé mais attention ⚠️ aucune possibilité pour se garer, seulement parking privé. Faut compter un forfait de 10€ par jour. L’hôtel est médiocre. Le fond des WC était tache, fond marron beurk, des serviettes trouées nous ont été remises. La literie sans plus, me suis réveillée avec un énorme mal de dos. Le petit déjeuner pour son prix, 6,5€ était convenable. C’est vraiment dommage car cet hôtel est très bien placé je l’ai deja dit ... sinon 3 jours à Andorre entièrement suffisant...

• Guest (6/5): - Loved the location, the hotel price and the all-you-can eat breakfast for €6.50/pp per day was great. The hotel advertises itself as aiming at total guest comfort with affordability at the same time and the staff are trying to do their best and for the most part are succeeding. There are no major problems but for example the shower did not have hot water in the morning hours (just barely warm water), which for us was not a problem due to being jet-lagged and taking shower after midnight.However couple staff do not belong in the hospitality industry including the day time front desk blond girl who was attempting to pretend that she is hospitable but i felt judged by her. The interior room was impossible to bear even for one night for my husband&I due to being so toasty, but had to stay in it due to booked it without noticing and knowing what “an interior room” means. Interior rooms do NOT have window to the outside and are extremely HOT and toasty and never had fresh air in. So requested to be moved for the other 3 nights of our stay and they accomodated us for 10% extra pay which amounted only to €3/night and the new room was great and roomy however I couldn’t understand why there was only one small shaky full size (USA’s standard full/double size) bed when the space is so big/would easily fit a king bed or 2 full-sized beds (we should’ve been offered)? The lack of this consideration for guests’ comfort leads me to think that the management do not listen to their customers.
• Jaynesaccount (10/5): Lovely central hotel - Great place to stay, staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and tidy. Sheets, towels etc provided. No hot water jug or cups or anything though. Amazing location right in the centre by all the shops and the Pyrenees Andorra FNAC mall. No hotel parking but I paid just under 15€ to park a couple of mins walk away for the whole day/night. Such a beautiful city!! We also had breakfast at the hotel, it was nice and they even managed to find some gluten free cornflakes for me since I have an allergy. I would recommend this place.
• Jayne (10/5): Lovely central hotel - Great place to stay, staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and tidy. Sheets, towels etc provided. No hot water jug or cups or anything though. Amazing location right in the centre by all the shops and the Pyrenees Andorra FNAC mall. No hotel parking but I paid just under 15€ to park a couple of mins walk away for the whole night/day. Such a beautiful city!! We also had breakfast at the hotel, it was nice and they even managed to find some gluten free cornflakes for me since I have an allergy. I would recommend this place.
• 853iand (6/5): Good location and a reasonable price - It is wel situated near to the main shopping area. You will need to pay to park in the local carpark -there is no hotel parking. Two days cost us 30€. The rooms are clean and the area is quiet. On the down side: our room was very airless and hot - make sure you have a room with a window opening to the outside. I was very unhappy at having to hand over my credit card details as a deposit in case we damaged anything and I think this should be part of the information on their page. True I could have given them €100 in cash but we had been travelling all day and I just wanted a shower and a rest. On one piece of paper they had my name address and credit card details. We insisted they check the room before we left and asked that our details be deleted. So, we had a good time - the hotel was a good price and a good place to stay for a short break - as long as you have a few bits of extra information.

• Ste (8/5): Good Location - The hotel is in the city center and 12 minutes by bus to the ski slopes. The room was clean room and was good value for money.
• 700marcusa (2/5): Horrible - The service towards the costumer is horrible, they just care about the money forgetting that we are human beings, really, really dissapointed. Due that I couldnt even cancel my booking without paying 20 bucks.
• 770intas (10/5): Very good hotel - Hotel is very nice. The rooms is very clean and large. Ideal location and very good price. Good breakfast, good beds.The slopes at Pal-Arinsal are less than 30 minutes’ drive away and Caldea Spa is just over 1 km from Hotel City M28.
• silvi553 (6/5): Good for a city break - Been here for a weekend, the room was pretty good, we had a mountain view even though the window was small and the room quite dark. Tried to contact the hotel twice to ask for a double bed room, in the end we got a twin. The people in the hotel were very nice! I would recommend it to people who are going there for the shopping and discovering Andorra. It's cheap and in the city center. PS. next time when you write that you offer heating, make sure you can offer it. Asked for it and the answer was that its not functional yet.
• supergraeme1 (6/5): It does a job.... - This is a budget city-centre hotel in a country where you don’t really come to see the city as much as the rest of it (that sounds harsh - I actually really like the city). I stayed for one night in June 2015, which turned out to be the hottest night of my life. It was a warm day and the room I had only had a window that looked out onto an internal area, so there was no air movement. The fan in the room was pretty substandard and I didn’t have long, so I just cooked. Aside from the furnace, the room was fine - large bed, TV, decent bathroom. You get what you pay for – I needed somewhere to lay my head for about six hours and to have a shower, and I paid very little for it. So while it wasn’t a great hotel, it was great value. Worth a night, but I wouldn't bring my girlfriend.
• tcfd0618 (6/5): Decent place for a small group. - There were 4 of us traveling together, and this hotel met our needs perfectly. We were able to share a room, without all having to share beds. The room was comfortable, but nothing special. It was certainly worth the price and I can recommend it highly for the budget traveller! There is free wifi, but only in the "lobby."
• Kiwiben1990 (6/5): ok, but my standards were low - I want to start this out by saying I have previously had some very good groupon deals in very nice hotels, so when i booked this based on price I was not expecting anything special. I got there staying for a weekend with two nights with my girlfriend and then staying another two nights by myself. I had a bit of an issue speaking English with the staff as soon as I got there because I wanted a storage locker until I could check in. I understand this is more my issue for not knowing much Spanish, Catalan, or French which they all seem to speak very well. I found that the desk wasn't very helpful when I asked about a place to get my skis waxed and was told that there wasnt any place in town to do it (She was wrong). Then I had a locker which I still had the key for and when I went to put my skis in there at night other peoples skis were in my locker and when I tried to explain it in the most simple English I could find. Took way too long to sort out. Then when I swapped rooms the new room had a non functional shower and a door that had a door handle that didn't work. I told them there were problems and was told there would be someone to fix them that night. No one came before I left two nights later. The rooms themselves were fine with plenty of space for luggage and things, the bathroom was functional and the bed was ok. For what I paid I got what I expected, functional to stay the night nothing more
• KristjanandYr (6/5): Nice and clean - Last october me and my wife took a trip with our eldery parents my mother at 86 and her father of 76 and mother of 74,We started in France then we flew over to Barcelona, where we had a car waiting at the airport. And we drove up to Andorra Lavella. We had alredy booked this hotel on the internet not knowing were or how it look like. But it turned out to be a nice and friendly hotel suitable for people of all ages.
