CHRISTINA (8/5): Will return again - I loved the staff and location was perfect. Our bed was so comfortable just wish it was a king. We had an issue was the air conditioning. The front desk sent someone to fix which we appreciate. The hotel doesn’t have parking so just be aware that you will have either street parking or find a garage near by.

La ubicación es excelente, cerca de varias atracciones, restaurantes y estaciones de metro, lo que hizo muy fácil movernos por la ciudad. El personal fue amable y atento durante toda la estadía, siempre dispuesto a ayudar cuando necesitábamos algo. La habitación estaba limpia, cómoda y bien equipada. La cama era muy cómoda y el ambiente tranquilo, algo que se valora muchísimo después de pasar el día recorriendo NYC. También destacaría la limpieza general del hotel y el buen estado de las instalaciones. El desayuno estuvo muy bien y el servicio en general fue rápido y organizado. Sin dudas volvería a hospedarme acá en otro viaje y lo recomendaría a quienes busquen una opción cómoda y bien ubicada en Nueva York. La verdad es que no tengo absolutamente nada negativo para decir sobre este hotel en Nueva York. Toda la experiencia fue excelente desde el momento en que llegamos. El personal fue siempre muy amable, profesional y atento, haciendo que nos sintiéramos cómodos en todo momento. La habitación estaba impecable, muy limpia y con todos los detalles cuidados. La cama era extremadamente cómoda y pudimos descansar perfecto todas las noches, algo muy importante después de recorrer la ciudad durante todo el día. Además, el hotel era mucho más tranquilo de lo que esperaba para estar en NYC. La ubicación también fue ideal, con acceso fácil al metro, restaurantes, tiendas y varios puntos turísticos importantes. Todo funcionó perfectamente durante la estadía, desde el wifi hasta el servicio de limpieza. Se nota cuando un hotel realmente se preocupa por brindar una buena experiencia al huésped, y este definitivamente fue el caso. No hubo ningún inconveniente y sinceramente volvería sin dudarlo en un próximo viaje a Nueva York.

Marius (8/5): - Zentral gelegen und dennoch recht ruhig. Das Zimmer hatte alles, was man benötigt und war auch nicht zu klein. Das Bett war eher weich und sehr bequem. Unten neben der Lobby stand immer Wasser, Kaffee und Tee zur Verfügung Keine Kritik ans Hotel, sondern als Info: Wir waren im ersten Stock untergebracht und dadurch hörte man natürlich den Lärm von draußen. Außerdem stand direkt vor unserem Fenster eine Kamera der NYPD... Da fühlte ich mich etwas beobachtet, aber man kann den Vorhang ja geschlossen halten.

Monika (9/5): really good choice! - Perfect location - metro at your feet and whole manhattan - walking distance. Free coffee and tea avaliable all the time. Super nice friendly helfull staff. Nice roof top bar. A bit too small gym, a bit too soft beds.

Marcin (7/5): Położenie hotelu fantastyczne. Wszędzie blisko. ( metro, atrakcje) - Hotel świetnie położony z widokiem na baseny WTC. Wszędzie jest blisko. Bardzo miękkie materace, które po drugiej nocy dawały się mocno we znaki. Bardzo ciasne pokoje.

prevost (9/5): Incroyable très bien situé au calme, personnel accueillant et très sympathique - Personnel incroyable au petit soin, qui répond à vos attentes très rapidement. Vue incroyable avec les chambres en face du world trade. Lit confortable et propreté irréprochable. Café et thé à volonté gratuitement vraiment sympa. Localisation et calme Chambres un petit peu vieillissantes. Un peu de bruit les matins car insonorisation faible.

Refrigerator, microwave and coffee machine in the room. unlimited coffee in the lobby, Laundry available. Leaky windows, which is quite cold in the part of the room with a window during cold days.

Kerstin (8/5): New York ist mehr als eine Reise wert und das Hotel kann ich empfehlen. - Die Lage war sehr gut, das Personal sehr nett. Das Bett sehr bequem und das Zimmer sauber Wir waren 4 Personen, es gab aber nur auf Nachfrage das 4 Handtuch. Das Schlafsofa war nicht ganz so bequem. Die Küche benötigt 1 scharfes Messer und Abtrocktuch. Der versprochene Taxitransfer hat leider nicht geklappt, dass lag aber daran, dass es am Flughafen extrem voll gewesen ist und der Taxifahrer so früh da war, dass er nicht mehr warten konnte/wollte.

Clare (9/5): Perfect location and super friendly - The location is perfect for exploring the City. Battery Park, Staten Island Ferry, Brooklyn Bridge, 9/11 Memorial, Chinatown on the doorstep. 2 mins to the subway to get you to Time Square and Central Park. Also only a few minutes to the amazing Hudson River walkway. Amazing local, well priced food options. Free coffee in hotel, and water stations, plus any toiletries you forget! Everything was great!
Laurence (10/5): Emplacement exceptionnel pour découverte de New York. Suite confortable. - Emplacement exceptionnel devant le liberty Park le musée du 11 septembre et le one world observatory. Suite une chambre très bien configurée pour loger à quatre personnes. Services proposés de qualité et personnel très attentionné. A deux pas de plusieurs stations de métros. A 25 minutes en taxi de l aéroport de Newark. Jolie vue depuis le rooftop. Services proposés toute la journée : fontaine à eau, bon café et thé à discrétion. Petits salons confortables. Nous recommandons sans aucune reserve d autant que la rue sous l hôtel est très peu passante. C est un quartier paisible et agréable, dans lequel on se sent bien. Rien !

Paweł (8/5): A perfect place to explore Manhattan. - Perfect location with a view of the World Trade Center. Very friendly and helpful reception staff. Really good espresso coffee and tasty water 24/7 included in the price of your stay. The quality of cleaning is quite average. It wasn't dirty, but it could have been better. We were also a bit disappointed with the restaurant on the 20th floor. We wanted breakfast, but the staff weren't interested in us because they were filming a TV show on the terrace. They accommodated us after we pointed out that there were other guests. However, we received an incomplete order. It would probably be better if it weren't for that TV. But we didn't go back.

Zsófia (10/5): Remek kilátás, fantasztikus felszereltség, tömegközlekedés és boltok, éttermek közelében! - A szoba mérete tökéletes volt a 4 fős családunk részére. Ez az egyszobás lakosztály remek kilátást kínált a városra. Nagyon szerettük a szobában és a lobbiban elérhető kávét, a folyosón a víz automatát, illetve a mosási lehetőséget.

Pulito, comodo, con una vista spettacolare; staff gentile e disponibile. L'hotel al piano terra ha inoltre una sala accogliente in cui è possibile servirsi liberamente a qualsiasi ora di caffè, cappuccino, the e acqua potabile. Eccellente Niente, tutto perfetto

Racheal (7/5): Great value - The location, as someone who can get very overwhelmed by NYC. Staying in this area or the upper west side has the added benefit of easy public transportation, quiet, and the Hudson River walk. It is a very busy location on weekends, always use the additional lock on the door. Folks get lost trying to find their rooms when inebriated. Things can get loud.

branko (8/5): - Lokacija bukvalno 50m od memorijal parka,sa prozora tacno gledas u spomenik zrvama tragedije. Metro i autobus na 4min u svim pravcima. Jako cisto. Soba izuzetno komforna bukvalno apartman je sa zasebnom sobom ima i kuhinjicu mini. Sobarice svoj posao rade perfektno i sve pohvale. Na recepciji ima deo gde je kafa ,caj,voda besplatna,a na svakom spratu imaju aparati za vodu. Na 20 spratu je restoran sa prelepim pogledom i hotelska terasa velika koja je prelepa. Pogled iz sobe fantastican pravi pogled na New York. Kada smo usli u apartman prvi sok,totalno slomljena sofa,prosto neverovatno da mogu da izdaju apartman u takvom stanju. Pozalili smo se na recepciji i dobili 1 mali pomocni lezaj,a nas je bilo 4 i obecanje da sutra prelazimo u apartman iznad nas sa ispravnom sofom. Nekako sam prespavao na toj sofi,samo sto sam bio mrtav umoran od puta,inace je nemoguce. Sutra ujutru nam je recepcionar rekao da idemo u grad i u povratku nas ceka nov apartman da ima dosta slobodnih itd. Kada smo se vratili uvece novi sok,navodno nov je recepcionar i tek sutra mozemo da zamenimo sobu,na sta sam insistirao da spavam na recepciji,jer je na polomljenoj sofi bukvalno nemoguce da se spava. Tada nam omogucuju jos jedan mini krevet i mi u apartmanu imamo: francuski veliki krevet,2 mala kreveta zasebna i slomljenu sofu. U znak izvinjenja nam je recepcija ponudila besplatan dorucan u restoranu na 20 spratu. Nadam se da neko ovo cita od menadzera hotela i molim ga da ode u apartman 804 i proveri sofu i kako je neko mogao da izda apartmam sa takvom sofom. Bas nam je zao zbog neprijatnosti koju smo doziveli,sve ostalo je odlicno.
Dr. Nocl (9/5): Ruhiges, gut gelegenes Hotel mit sehr gutem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis - Die Lage in Downtown Manhattan, direkt neben dem World Trade Center Museum war sehr gut. Sehr gute Frühstücksrestaurants in der Nähe. Ruhige Lage. Kurzer Weg zur Subway. 10 Minuten zur Staten Island Ferry. Im Hotel ist ein Dachrestaurant zum Frühstücken. Mit 30 $ ist das Frühstück zu teuer. Besser man sucht in der Umgebung ein Frühstückscafé. Das Rooftop -Restaurant hat meistens um 21.00 Uhr schon geschlossen, falls man einen Drink nehmen möchte. Das Restaurant gehört allerdings nicht zum Hotel.
