El único restaurant habilitado para cenar estaba explotado de gente (más de 1hs de espera para que te den mesa) y la recepcionista es muy grosera.

Por suerte, luego nos atendio otro chico con el que pudimos resolver. Informan mal. . .o no informan. Tan mal el ingreso. . .que esa misma tarde quisimos cancelar la estadia. Esa noche. . . Cuando nos estacionaron el auto, por accidente se estalló el vidrio del conductor, los chicos del estacionamiento muy buena predisposicion. .. esto pasó de noche, tarde. Al dia siguiente a la mañana. . .fuimos a ver como resolviamos. . Y pretendian no hacerse cargo de nada. Realmente un desastre. Malisima ecperiencia.

- Verified traveler (8/5): No llega a un hotel de categoria - Alfombra de la habitación con muchas manchas muy grotescas, ropa blanca y toallones muy buenos, desayuno medio pelo y pobre variedad, el personal del lobby correctos, demasiado lento el check in, habiendo llegado en horario citado y con reserva previa tuvimos que esperar mas de 40 minutos la habitación, la piscina llena de gigantes cucarachas acuáticas muy molestas no permitiendo disfrutarla, falta evidente de personal en sector piscina exterior, el estado de la piscina interna muy desgastado. Falta mantenimiento, limpieza y orden en muchos aspectos no permitiendo llegar a un hotel de “lujo” como supone ser.

Todos los días tuve que reclamar las toallas. Nos dejaban un shampoo para 3 personas. El wifi es un desastre, ni para mirar televisión sirve, se corta permanentemente. El restaurante piu express, tiene una carta acotada, de mala calidad el servicio y con mucha demora. Te cobran extra para utilizar la pileta cubierta, las sombrillas rotas, el agua de los jacuzzi sucia. No me gusto para nada. Está lejos de todo, en una zona......
- Rossana (4/5): Not everything that shines is gold - This is my second stay at this hotel. Installations are beautiful yet they do not reflect one bit the quality of the service they offer, particularly for tourist. They advertise their dinning place to be open at the 20th hour (which is 8 pm). I went there, and waited for 30 minutes until someone finally approached me and told me (with a rude tome) "we are close!" I replied, but you guys have it advertised everywhere that it is open at 8 pm. "I said we are closed." . Another instance was, after waiting for over 50 minutes for a Salmon, I inquired about the status of my order, the waitress with a rude tone said... All meals took over 1 hour to be served since the moment the order was taken and even when we were less than 2 or 5 customers (at worst), 1 meal took 1,5 hour and I decide to leave. Local area is away from the city center therefore you do not have many walk-distance options. Make sure you carry local currency because to use your Credit Card is simply a nightmare. I stayed here this time because the event was being held here, yet I would not come back to this hotel. There are some hotel reps who are ok in offering quality of service, yet, the majority are not. They are rude when they react to any complaint. They are not there to help you solve any incident, they do not even have the right attitude. I normally rate all my stays as "great." This one is a big fail, even when the hotel looks fabulous.

- Natu (6/5): - El Spa estaba cerrado por reformas sin previo aviso. Llovía y no había nada que hacer. Las instalaciones mal mantenidas y hasta percudidas las alfombras y muebles. Al llegar al restaurante Le Gula, en el que teníamos reserva, estuvimos parados 5 minutos hasta que alguien se dignó a aparecer y atendernos para luego sentarnos. En el bar City Rock directamente no nos atendieron, esperamos sentados leyendo la carta hasta que nos fuimos a tomar un helado a la heladería de al lado. No muy recomendable!!
- German (4/5): Servicio no aplicable para esta calidad de hotel - Estando la capacidad casi a plena del hotel (mencionada por sus propios empleados) el gym del hotel cuenta con 1 (UNA) sola cinta para correr, donde estuve hospedado 2,5 dias de los cuales la misma solo funciono 1 dia, es decir, fue imposible utilizarla en ninguno de los 3 intentos realizados. Estando la capacidad como se menciono, a las 17 hs del sabado vamos a tomar algo en el bar junto a la recepcion (UNICO LUGAR ABIERTO EN TODO EL PREDIO y con capacidad aprox de 10/12 mesas) no conseguimos lugar y NO accedieron a atendernos en la parte exterior donde cuentan con otro tanto de mesas disponibles, pero no estaban habilitadas en ese momento. Nos tuvimos que ir a la ciudad para tomar algo. Cuando uno pide comida al cuarto para cenar, esa bandeja con todos los restos de comida y vajilla queda en el pasillo de circulacion de los huespedes TIRADA EN EL PISO durante toda la mañana y hasta las 16/17 hs del dia anterior. Esto lo he visto (y esquivado al caminar) todos los dias en los que estuve alojado. UNA VERGUENZA!!!. Todo esto no se condice para nada con la calidad del Servicio y prestaciones que te venden y te COBRAN como tarifa.

O café da manhã é muito bom, com sabor, variedade e qualidade. O atendimento dos funcionários é exemplar, sendo que fazem de tudo para que o hóspede se sinta bem vindo. Os quartos são amplos e espaçosos, com uma cama excelente. O cassino que faz parte do complexo é um show à parte. O único porém é que precisam atualizar os quartos, que, por exemplo, ainda usam carpete, mas nada que atrapalhe a ótima experiência de se hospedar neste hotel.

- Verified traveler (2/5): Don't hand in your credit card - The hotel as such is nice. However, the procedure to gather data to receive the VAT exemption differs from other hotels. The hotel receptionist left the frontdesk without informing why with my credit card. I tried to find him, but had to wait five minutes. Then he came back with a photocopy of my credit card and my passport. This opens up the possibility of stealing my data. I requested the copy, but I had no way of checking whether more copies existed. When I left the hotel next morning, a new receptionist informed me that they only needed the first six numbers. However, this was not implemented. Since they also requested a stamp in my passport which I didn't have because I came from Uruguay (being a resident there there is no need for a stamp), I had to pay VAT in cash. The procedures were not flexible, it felt like I was discussing with a public office. There was no suggestions as to solving the situation from the front desk. I now have to go back and change my credit card which is very tedious. A frustrating experience.
- Christian (10/5): Gutes Hotel - Der Service ist super. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das dazugehörige Casino muss man mögen, stört aber den Aufenthalt im Hotel. Die Zimmer sind sauber allerdings gibt es bei der Einrichtung hier und da Mängel. Alles in allem aber ein gutes Hotel und absolut zu empfehlen. War schon das 2. mal dort. Die Nachbarschaft ist allerdings nicht die beste aber das Hotel und die ganze Anlage sind eingezäunt und bestens bewacht.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Lindo hotel para descansar. - Lindo hotel si se desea descansar. Tiene spa. Restaurantes de primera categoría. Casino. Bouling. Juegos para chicos y personal que los cuida. Se pasa una estadía muy placentera. El personal es muy atento y las instalaciones muy cuidadas y limpias. Los alrededores del hotel no son muy lindos. Está alejado del centro pero si vas con auto no hay inconveniente alguno para movilizarte. 100 % recomendable.
- Alejandro (8/5): Muy buen hotel. - Mi habitación estaba algo fuera de mantenimiento, pero en gral el hotel buen estado,excelente el desayuno no tiene igual, por otro lado la pileta climatizada y el spa lo cobran aparte.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Nos gustó mucho, solo algunos detalles de la habitación, como ser que el frigobar no funcionaba, pero lo solucionaron, la mampara del Baño rota y la manija de la ducha. Por ahí hace falta mantenimiento de algunos detalles pero lo demás buenísimo !!!

- Paula (6/5): No cumplió nuestras expectativas - El servicio de limpieza de la habitación, tuvimos que solicitarlo, porque a las 16hs todavía no la habían realizado. No nos avisaron que el spa y la piscina no estaban incluidos en la tarifa. Tomamos masaje en un lugar ruidoso, todo el tiempo se escuchaban puertas y gente hablando. El desayuno bien, pero no llegaban a reponer los faltantes. El check Out, lento. Nuestra impresión fue que falta personal y el hotel estaba repleto.

- sandra (8/5): LA BIBLIA Y EL CALEFON - EL HOTEL ES IMPECABLE, PERSONAL PROFESIONAL Y MUY AMABLE, UN DESAYUNO EXCELENTE, LA ÚNICA OBJECIÓN ES QUE NOS QUISIERON COBRAR EL USO DE LA PISCINA CLIMATIZADA YA QUE LA INTEGRARON AL SPA Y AL SER LUDICA LA COBRAN A PARTE, ESTO NO ESTA ESPECIFICADO EN NINGUNA PARTE DE NUESTRA RESERVA NI EN LAS PAGINAS POR LAS CUALES SE PUEDE RESERVAR, ADEMAS NINGUN HOTEL COBRA A PARTE. FUIMOS A PLANTEAR ESTO EN LA RECEPCIÓN Y MUY AMABLEMENTE LO SOLUCIONAMOS Y NO TUVIMOS QUE ABONAR NADA , PERO ESTE PROBLEMA APARENTEMENTE ES ALGO RECURRENTE EN EL HOTEL YA QUE MUCHOS PASAJEROS SE HAN QUEJADO DE LO MISMO. TENDRÍAN QUE ACLARARLO MUY BIEN EN LAS PAGINAS DONDE SE PUBLICITA EL HOTEL PARA EVITAR ESTOS PROBLEMAS QUE CREAN UN MAL CLIMA ENTRE LOS PASAJEROS Y EL PERSONAL. ACLARO QUE EL HOTEL ES COMO UN BURBUJA DENTRO DEL LUGAR PAUPÉRRIMO DONDE SE ENCUENTRA. IMPOSIBLE SALIR A PIE, ÚNICAMENTE SI UNO VA EN AUTO O PIDIENDO UN TAXI, LAMENTABLEMENTE ES LA REALIDAD DE NUESTRO PAÍS PERO LO QUIERO DEJAR ACLARADO PARA QUE NADIE SE LLEVE UNA SORPRESA MALA AL LLEGAR Y VER EL PATÉTICO ENTORNO QUE RODEA A ESTE BELLISIMO HOTEL, UNA PENA!!!
- Rossana (10/5): Great amenities, service needs improvement - Great hotel with fantastic amenities. However, a little far from the town center. The restaurant and food options are lacking nearby and you would expect in Argentina to eat some of the best food. The service at the bar was poor and the taxi service took forever. However the hotel is gorgeous and the pool area fantastic!

- IGOR (10/5): Bad breakfast and drawbacks with pillow cases - Everything is fine except the breakfast. Which should improve as there is no variety. Hot foods are always cold. The desserts are hard Or old. It seems that they keep the same sweets from the previous day and they offer them again the next day. I could not enjoy any of the breakfasts. Very upset by the free breakfast. Very bad compared to the standard of other hotels in the world. For everything else the reception staff was very attentive. The same the rooms are good and clean. Exacepto the first day you notice that the pillow cases had the smell of someone else's perfume and you can see that they were not changed in their entirety. And I had to sleep to endure that smell all night. The next day if they changed the pillow case and noticed that the smell of woman perfume of the previous guest disappeared. I hope to have a next stay much better since the hotel is good and well located. But it is unfortunate that you have a bad breakfast and ignore these cleaning details.
- Dan (6/5): Nice place, inconvenient location - The first thing one notices about this place is that, despite being located quite a few miles from the center of Rosario, it proudly bears the slogan City Center in its name. That's a classic case of English being employed for purely decorative purposes, since this is essentially a hotel attached to a casino. Since I wanted a hotel in the center of the city of Rosario and was a little surprised to find I was a 20-minute drive from everywhere I needed to be, this wasn't funny. I never tried the casino, so I can't report on that. What I can say is that I asked three separate times for a plug converter, and although I was never told they didn't have one, it certainly never appeared. All plugs are in the most inflexible 3-pronged arrangement (unlike older Argentine hotels, which accommodate the 2-point converters). Make sure you call ahead for a taxi in the mornings, because mine took nearly 15 minutes to arrive to take me to the airport, but that's probably because I was so far away, in City Center.

- Ibrahim (8/5): Good for pleasure not business - It's a great hotel if you want to relax and be far away from the city. But on a business trip it is a bit far from the city
- JJ (10/5): best hotel in Rosario - Excellent hotel. Located in the City Center campus as a Casino and 3 restaurants. Only negative thing i can say is it's about 30 min. away from Downtown, so you must take a taxi into DT. but Taxi rates are pretty reasonable and taxis are fairly easy to get in front of Casino. If traveling from US, make sure you take a power converter, since they dont have any at hotel. Hotels offers excellent workout facilities, so definitely take advantage of that.
