- Sanga (10/5): 후기 잘 안 쓰는데 기대 이상으로 좋았던 호텔이라 추천하고자 썼습니다 - 12시 경에 방문하였는데 준비된 객실이 있어 얼리체크인이 가능했으며 직원이 친절하게 도와주었습니다. 근처 다른 호텔에 비해 가격이 저렴하였고 시설이 현대적이고 깨끗하였으며 주변 금융가 빌딩 뷰가 멋져서 만족스러웠습니다. 엘리베이터도 4대가 있어 오래 기다리지 않아도 되어 편했습니다. 게스트 리퀘스트 클로짓이 층마다 있는데 필요한 어메니티나 물품을 자유롭게 가져다쓸 수 있어 편리했습니다. 온수가 잘 나오고 화장실이 깨끗했으며 드라이기도 바람 잘 나오고 좋았습니다. 이어플러그와 전기포트가 객실에 비치되어있지 않아 직원에게 요청했는데 바로 준비해주었습니다. 월스트리트 근처에 가성비 좋은 숙소를 찾는다면 월드센터호텔을 적극 추천합니다! 침대 매트리스가 좀 오래되었는지 중앙이 꺼져있어서 살짝 불편했습니다.

Si vous cherchez un hôtel "point de chute" pour profiter pleinement de New York, correct et globalement confortable, c'est un bon endroit. La chambre était correcte en termes d'espace pour NY. 1h en transport depuis JFK. Le manque d'équipements (le frigo était dysfonctionnant). Le manque d'insonorisation des chambres. Si vous avez le sommeil léger, il faut prévoir les boules Quies. La propreté était moyenne.

The staff there are super friendly. The room is a bit old, the isolation is pretty bad, the TV casting doesn't always work.

- Out (9/5): Aangenaam verblijf in prima hotel met uitstekende faciliteiten op een toplocatie - Locatie was top - lower Manhattan is niet zo druk als midtown. Door dat er veel metrolijnen samenkomen kun je snel overal naar toe. Daarnaast waren de kamers en badkamer erg praktisch en schoon. Het uitstekende koffie-apparaat op de BG was 's ochtends 8 uur altijd vanwege onderhoud buiten dienst. Dat was jammer.

- Máté Hunyor (9/5): Great value, hard to beat! - Great hotel for the price, amazing value, and you can't beat this location. Close to multiple metro and bus stations within 5 minutes of walking distance. The hotel staff was great, always super helpful whenever we had any questions regarding our travel. The coffee is suprisingly good, and we could always load up before a long day of exploring the city, and the free water was also a big bonus. The room was spacious considering it's NYC, it was always clean as well. Maybe the AC was a little loud, but at least we had both heating and cooling so no problem.

- Sunandan (9/5): - Outstanding location, right in the heart of Wall Street. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hi tech check in and check out. Room was fairly big by New York standards. Bathroom was great and stocked with good quality toiletries. There was a nespresso machine and lots of goodies in the room, and a water bottle filling station outside. They stored my coat and luggage when I went on a weekend trip. Overall great experience and will definitely come back Reception is very small and gets very crowded at times, since a lot of airlines staff seem to stay here. Lifts are few compared to the many floors and many people, so it takes some time to come.

- Daniela (2/5): Pésima atención - Solo la ubicación cerca del WTC Buenas las camas pero muy pequeñas El personal muy mal educado y de muy mal trato, en especial Emily quien nos trató muy mal al momento de pedirle por favor si podían limpia la habitación. Diciendo que las limpiaban cada 3 días y si no habíamos pedido que se limpiara no era su problema. Realmente pague 900 dólares por 2 noches y fue un desastre no solo por la atención recibida, también los pasillos del hotel en el piso 7 tenía olor a desagüe insoportable.
- Marcela (8/5): Muy buena opción de alojamiento para disfrutar la ciudad - La vista de la habitación era maravillosa !!!! Alojarse en la zona es muy conmovedor. Los servicios de maquina de agua, cafetería y maquina de hielo gratis son excelentes. También es bueno el guardado gratis de equipaje. Personal muy amable.
- Ashanda M. (9/5): Perfect location for a Wonderful stay - Location, Location, Location! Was Excellent!! We had everything in our reach. Not so much a view as we were on the third floor. Loved that we could do some laundry for free. Was not expecting that. We also loved the water refilling station on the floor. The Bed was too soft.
- Minka (7/5): Great location - The location was unbeatable. Excellent transport links to Manhattan, Brooklyn, Staten Island ferry, JFK airport. Bed was comfortable, the room had a fridge which was very useful as we had breakfast in our room. There was a complimentary coffee machine in the lobby and refillable water bottles to use at water stations. When we arrived at midnight the sofa bed for our daughters was not made despite my previous communication with the hotel. What’s the point of the messaging system if the people who prepare rooms have no access to requests. There was a piece of underwear and a hairband on the floor in the room from the previous guests. There were 3 sets of towels even though we booked for 4 guests. We only requested cleaning on one day during our stay - again only 3 sets of towels plus the room wasn’t hoovered as the hairband from the previous occupier was still in the same place. There weren’t enough duvets in the hotel apparently, so the kids were given blankets with flat sheets.
- kimberlycV1419DD (10/5): Amazing!!! - The stay was amazing and relaxing. My room had a wonderful view of the 9/11 memorial fountains and One World Trade Center. I will definitely be returning!
- Karen (10/5): This is a great hotel for someone hoping for a good night's sleep -- quiet and comfy! - The room was very comfortable -- the wonderfully soft mattress meant I slept better than I usually do on hotel beds. Also the staff was very friendly, gracious and willing to go out of their way to be helpful. Also, it's GREAT place to stay if you want to see the 911 Memorial sites. Those are all a short walk away. And the 20th floor restaurant offers an awesome view of the Freedom Tower. The only think I can think of to possibly improve my stay would be a bench or stool on which to lay an opened suitcase.
