• Ralf (7/5): Praktisch für Reisende mit kurzem Weg zwischen Berliner Hauptbahnhof und Hotel - Wer einen kurzen Weg zum Hauptbahnhof benötigt. ist im Meininger Hotel an der richtigen Stelle. Der Weg zu Fuß und mit Gepäck dauert 3 Minuten. Vom Hotel aus ist man auch zu Fuß schnell am Kanzleramt, der Spree oder Unter den Linden. Der Online-Check-in lief langwierig ab. Die Unterschrift auf den entsprechenden Feld des Displays wurde viele Male nicht angenommen. Irgendwann klappte es dann. Das Doppelzimmer war sehr klein. Wegen der Nähe zum Hbf musste nachts das Fenster geschlossen und die Lüftungsanlage genutzt werden. Die Frühstücksauswahl war sehr übersichtlich, nachgefüllt wurde ziemlich zögerlich. Beim Betreten des Zimmers stellten wir fest, dass ein Handtuch fehlte. Das konnte aber schnell an der Rezeption ausgehändigt werden. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war nicht angemessen, u.E. überteuert.

Für 15€ mehr gibt es Hotels die den Namen Hotel verdienen - Es gibt 2 positive Punkte: Die Lage direkt am Hauptbahnhof und funktionierendes W-Lan im Hotel (kostenlos) Zimmer: 2 Kleiderbügel für 2 Personen oberhalb der Kofferablage, kein Schrank keinerlei Ablagemöglichkeiten für Kleidung und Wäsche. Die Matratzen sind extrem hart. Lautstärke: Selbst bei geschlossenem Fenster war jede Durchsage vom Bahnhof daneben zu hören. An Schlaf war nur dann zu denken wenn keine Züge gefahren sind. Die Zimmer werden nur auf ausdrücklichen Wunsch gesäubert oder die Betten gemacht. Frühstück: Auswahl lächerlich, das Geschirr musste von den Gästen abgeräumt werden. Der Frühstücksraum mit Hockern ohne Rückenlehne hat den Flair einer Cafeteria aus den 70ern. Bar: Die Öffnungszeiten der Bar sind mir bis heute ein Rätsel geblieben. Egal um welche Zeit wir etwas trinken wollten, war die Bar geschlossen. Service: Der Service in diesem Hotel besteht aus der Ausgabe der Zimmerkarten. Mehr Service gibt es nicht

De geluidsisolatie was ook met de ramen dicht niet goed genoeg voor de locatie. We hoorden de hele tijd de aankondigingen van het station

• Johanna (6/5): Nur die Lage am Hbf überzeugt. - Die Lage ist überzeugend. Als Frau werde ich jedes Mal mit drei Männern (immer min. ein starker Schnarcher und einer mit starkem Körpergeruch) einquartiert. Es sollten Frauenzimmer buchbar sein (natürlich können auch Frauen schnarchen oder stinken, aber da habe ich in Hostels bessere Erfahrungen).
• Piotr (7/5): Świetnie zlokalizowany hotel przy Berlinie Hbf - Największym atutem tego hotelu jest jego świetna lokalizacja - zaraz przy samym dworcu Berlin Hauptbahnhof, przez co jest bardzo blisko do pociągów, S-Bahnek i metra. Okolica jest bardzo ładna, nowoczesna, blisko jest też dzielnica rządowa i spacerem można dojść do Bramy Brandenburskiej. Pokoje 2-osobowe są ok, podstawowe rzeczy są zapewnione. Śniadania były dobre. W chłodnym maju jeszcze działało ogrzewanie. Ładne plakaty z Berlinem, bezpłatne mapki. Obsługa miła i szybka. Z pokoju mieliśmy widok na dworzec i pociągi. 🙂 Pokój czteroosobowy (zamiast 3-osobowego) był ciasny. Niefajnie, że nawet dla gości hotelowych skrytki bagażowe są płatne. Trochę nieprzyjemny zapach w łazience. Może trochę przeszkadzać dźwięk komunikatów dworcowych za oknem. Trochę wysoka cena.

• Alan (3/5): Good location but too many negatives - The location was good and worked well for us for travel and walking to attractions. The room didn't have any storage, beds were uncomfortable, breakfast was too basic and not enough choice for example no fresh fruit. The worst thing however was the noise overnight. Groups of people shouting and banging doors etc. This happened several times and we mentioned this to reception.

• Kirsten (5/5): - Breakfast, location, general appearance of the hotel and lobby Room was very expensive for what it was. I paid 105 euros. The room size was felt 6 square meters in he corner of the buildijg so the space was not a real square but more a triangle shape. with a tiny single person bed against the diagonal wall and a small table (50 cm2) in front of a tiny window. No further facilities, just a room with a bed basically. The bathroom was not okay: the toilet not clean (some dirt in the toilet and the outsife of the toilet pot seemed to that it was a long time ago it was cleaned) and more fungus in the shower than what i would still support as "acceptable".
