- Verified traveler (8/5): Overall a good experience & friendly staff - It was a pleasant stay for whole family. The hotel had let us late checkout. Couple of cons we had to choose on smoking floor as the non smoking Suite was under maintenance. Some of the furnitures had some stains on them.

We made use of the gym and pool and while small, they are well kept and everything we needed. The location works well and the underground parking was very handy.

- Vidya (8/5): Comfortable Stay - Had two rooms. We checked in extremely late, due to flight delays & the drive over. Staff on duty was extremely friendly & helpful & made checking in late, a breeze. The room was comfortable & the bedspread was so soft! We had a problem with the shower, it flooded the bathroom a bit. Not sure if it's because of the way the bathroom was designed or if we needed to change the way the shower head was placed, but this was the only drawback to our stay. Otherwise, it was pleasant overall. Would recommend & would likely stay here again, if in Abu Dhabi.

- ROWAN (2/5): - It’s unbelievably old. Probably the worst hotel I’ve stayed at. I think it depressed me. The beds were uncomfortable, the chairs squeak, the sink faucet is so close to the edge of the sink it was annoying to hard to wash your hands. It’s in a good location. However, if you want to go to the restaurants/area right by the hotel you’ll have to go around the block. Parking. I don’t know what to say. Some spots are big and some are narrow. They were washing the parking lot while I was there. It just made life so much harder. Breakfast was good, staff were friendly. The carpet is soooo old. Some rooms had coffee machines and ours didn’t. We switched rooms and we went from bad to worse. Overall, it was a horrible experience. And I am sure it contributed to the trip sucking and to my depression.

- Alberto (10/5): - Very good accommodation, comfortable and spacious room. All staff was very polite and kind. On the negative side, there was a strong cigarette smoking smell on our floor and room, although a non-smoking room was booked.
- Praparat (10/5): Nice room and friendly staffs - The room is very clean,very comfortable bed. Staffs are very helpful and friendly! She helped me out even after i have already checked out. I had a very nice stay and i will definately come back next time when i come back to Abu Dhabi!

I had stayed at this hotel before, but the service had obviously gone far south than before. from check in to room service and cleanliness and poor sanitization, all very poor. Room service was consistently horrible. Food was constantly served very late, cold and rotten in one incident.

- Abdelaziz (4/5): Amazingly Horrible - Check in: Took 12 minutes, one customer was ahead of me, one check in counter was open. Facilities: Room had no fridge for some reason. Room had discarded napkins under the bed (visible) TV stopped working on day 2 (out of 6) Bathtub had dirt in it, had to clean it before use. Ceiling was leaking water in hallway between room and elevator on day 1 Internet was offline for a whole day, and slow as well as inconsistent. Oh, and the fountain outside was off for most of my stay. Breakfast was okay though. Hotel needs to wake up and have better checks for consistent quality.

- Zahra (4/5): - I’ve stayed at this hotel at least a half a dozen times; this was my first unpleasant experience! During my check-in I humbly requested a “quiet room”, yet I got the exact opposite with an ajoing room to a crying baby throughout the night, then I mentioned to the restaurant staff that I’d return to my meal after prayer—only to have the phone ring DURING, lastly I was forced to complain about the noise in the next room at midnight, struggled to fall asleep only to have the manager Jennica call me nearly an hour later—which of course woke me up around 1am! I’m so disappointed in my visit, especially because all of these complaints were “common sense items”: 1. No one wants a room next to a family with toddlers if they request peace! 2. No one wants to be disturbed during prayer! 3. No one wants a 1am phone call about a previous noise complaint!

- Verified traveler (10/5): - I came to this particular hotel because it hosted a private event yesterday; it was delightfully comfortable, the location is central to my closest friends, and the room is perfect (clean, neat, and spacious). The room-service staff is extremely thorough,kind and paid keen attention to my requests for both lunch and dinner. Needless to say, I opted for an additional day to check out the spa, shauna and pool. Thank you for being a premiere hotel away from the busy downtown area.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Pleasant stay - An excellent hotel though due to its location it not ideal for a tourist wanting a sightseeing vacation. Taxis are available but a minimum 15 minutes drive to the city. The location is pleasant but on busy roads though. It’s several years old but very well looked after and staff are very friendly. Very comfortable.

- Verified traveler (10/5): Clean comfortable hotel - Good clean hotel with friendly staff-nice bed and I got an early morning check in after the flight got me there at 6am. There as not too much to see and do around the area, taxis were on hand to take you around... the pool was very clean and a friendly helpful life guard was on duty all the time ...there was no breeze due to how enclosed the pool was. It was very hot around the pool and it was only March, If it was later in year it would be far to hot to use!

- Rob (10/5): Nice hotel close to airport, good fitness center. - Room was big and clean, hotel staff was friendly including one member named siar. the food was good especially the burger. The fitness center was very nice and open 24 hours.

Staff at the front desk are not the best they do their job but I didn't feel like I was a guest in a hotel, it was more like that I was getting inside a bar. The staff at the restaurant were awesome. Lots of constructions around the building, so don't expect a good view or nice neighborhood. If you just need a place to sleep and relax it's a good choice, but with $10 more you can find way better hotels.
