Breakfast buffet was good, also unexpected food in the evening included which helped with our fussy eaters before we went out for dinner and a couple of free alcoholic drinks lessens the blow of expensive alcohol prices at restaurants. You can you use the crowne plaza pool which is in the sun and the bus stop to get to the parks is literally outside. All around great hotel
- Ian (10/5): Love it here - We try to stay here each time we come to Abu Dhabi the place is just amazing, friendly , comfortable, amazing cleanliness, great food and loads of choices. If I had one things to mention that wasn’t good this time it’s the television, they’ve called the volume to a max of 30, I understand why this has been done but I don’t think they’ve sat on the sofa and tried to hear anything when the tvs at it’s max, you really can’t hear a thing. That’s just a trivial thing but it’s nice to watch of an evening when your settling down for the night sometimes :-)

Reservation was made for 4, there were on 2 drying towel, 2 hand towel, no wash towels, no complimentary bathroom kits. When it came time for bed, we had house keeping ( staff was GOOD)come to draw the sofa bed, the sofa bed was broke and they were a little hesitant to provide an extra bed. The shower and sink water was yellow/brown looking. Had to run for about 10-15 minutes, second morning the same thing. Breakfast was decent.This was our first time staying here. Rm77

You can also used the facilities of the Crowne Plaza Hotel which is great as they have a swimming adapt d for children and they have a kids club and a playground. The suite 2 bedrooms was huge and comfortable. To improve their service it would be great to have a proper table for 4 people in the 2 bedrooms suite and more ustensils such as a pan. The curtains could also be improved as some of them didn’t cover all the windows. Furthermore, as I really like quiet place, I was a bit disturb by the noise of the planes as the airport is nearby but that is not hotel’s fault. I guess it is the same for all the yas plaza hotels Thank you so much for taking such a good care of us.

Free Jass island shuttle to the main parks was just around the corner. The airport is only 10 minites away. We could use court yard facilities, the kids enjoyed kayaking in their beach, Overall a great experience

- Shaheera (10/5): - We absolutely loved our stay at the apartment. We were treated to a delicious breakfast and complimentary dinner from Tuesday to Thursday. The room was comfortable and a good size. The only downside was the sofa bed wasn't very comfortable the springs were sticking out so wasn't ideal. We loved that there was a laundry room and could use the Crown Plaza facilities. Overall brilliant stayb and staff were all friendly and accommodating.

- Verified traveler (4/5): We deeply regretted once we checked in - The pictures of the room we selected on the app showed the balcony (and also was the same rate as smoking room) so we expected to have the same room but the reality is, it was completely different room. They couldn’t provide us the room we expected initially at the spot due to full occupancy. Someone needs to fix this otherwise many people will have the same trouble. Also, the description says there are amenities in the room but there’s nothing (only two big bath towels).

They didn't inform me of the damage and didn't want to do anything about it. If you damage anything at the hotel they'll expect you to pay. If they damage your property they won't even tell you. The manager on duty had no clue how to resolve this and asked for information already on file and provided. He was supposed to call back. I'm still waiting for a solution and a call back from them.

- Yasser (4/5): - - Old, needs renovation. - It is more of a 3 star. - Bad experience: on checkout day, they called, I couldn't answer because the phone was not working, so they sent someone in to the room while I was showering, so unprofessional, they could have called me on my cell phone which I provided in checkin instead of just barging in to the room. This never happened to me before! (and the door lock was broken, so I couldn't lock it.)

We thank Mis Ganna for transferring our room after an issue with the water heater system in our room. Yas Plaza its a great location and this hotel is a great for families. Complimentary breakfast and evening dinner. The gym is a located in the next building Crown plaza Hotel. Can be easily accessed free with your room card. Parking is available nice and big. House keeping is always ready to help you out.the room is basically an apartment everything is provided. Washing machine is a bonus 👍. Highly recommended near tourist attractions.

- Angela (6/5): - Good sized room. Partial sea view. No privacy on balcony as balcony faces courtyard surrounded by buildings. One breakfast item was not available. Did not use amenities. Drying rack was provided for laundry. Female front desk manager introduced a male cook from the kitchen when takeaway breakfast was requested which was odd that a server didn't take the order and brought up memories of news clips about Ghislaine Maxwell. Was not informed at check-in that takeaway breakfast was to be requested by 9pm the day prior. Soap, shampoo and conditioner are decent quality and in eco-friendly dispensers. Ventilation system is only for cooling and air circulation and does not provide heat. Due to the desert environment, nights get cold in the cooler months.

- Marcio (2/5): - Late arrival after long trip, the unit was booked for 4 and paid a premium for it. Arrived at the unit and there are no sheets, pillows or anything for kids bed. 30-45min wait. Then the microwave didn’t work and we couldn’t eat anything. Went to take a shower and of course, there is only 2 towels. Went to sleep and 45min later some woke us up to finally deliver the towels.
- Karen (10/5): Good hotel in ideal location for Grand Prix - Stayed at the Staybridge Suites Yas Plaza for the Grand Prix and cannot fault the hotel or the staff. All Covid protocols in place, staff were excellent and couldn't do enough for us. Room was very clean & comfortable & any requests we had were dealt with quickly. No issues at all, would definatelyp staff here again

- PY (10/5): - We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Big rooms, really clean. Friendly & helpful staff. We had booked a 1 bedroom apartment, which was perfect for a week stay. The room is fully equiped with a kitchen & utensils. The hotel was taking all the saftey measures too for Covid. You can schedule the room cleaning service at your convenience. The pool is big and great. The staff were wonderful, specially Magdi who helped us with late check out.

- Deresh (2/5): Real issues and in need of a desperate revamp. - It was a terrible stay. The hotel is very worn. It is definitely not a 4 star. The breakfast area is so badly set up for the capacity of the hotel. Our bathroom had a terrible food smell. When we called housekeeping the guy came through and couldn’t sort it out so what he did is he spray lots of air freshener to mask the smell. It was just an overall horrible experience. We checked out 3 days early and went to a much better hotel.

I checked in at night and the receptionist at night was more like just doing a duty. Not welcoming at all. I guess perhapsit was becauseit was late at night. Staff during the day were very friendly and helpful. Credit to them. Room was very nice. Prices of room service dining menu were crazily expensive. I hope theres more improvement in all areas
