The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices and was of very good quality, while the dinner was also delicious with plenty of options. The common areas and hotel facilities were in excellent condition. The only negative point was that the room was quite small for 4 people, which made the space feel a bit cramped, especially with our luggage.

- Catherine (4/5): Nice room, nice view, park passes really useful but terrible clientele not managed properly by the hotel staff - Nice location There were I sufficient staff in the restaurant leaving tables full of used plates where the diners had left. The staff allowed some Middle Eastern children unaccompanied by adults to sit in the restaurant kicking football, stealing water bottles from other tables and being allowed to scream and misbehave. It was absolutely shocking behaviour. We moved tables immediately and it ruined dinner as they threw chips on the floor, which were then trampled on. It was really appalling. We will not return as the staff allowed it to happen.

The staff at check-in were extremely helpful and made the process smooth and easy, and the check-out staff were just as kind and professional. The room was very clean and well-organized, and housekeeping was always responsive and friendly. The breakfast buffet was diverse and delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. What really stood out was the attitude of all the staff always smiling, welcoming, and genuinely nice, even though the hotel was fully booked. The staff were truly great — friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile, which made a big difference throughout the stay. The room was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, creating a relaxing environment after a long day. On the downside, it felt like the hotel wasn’t fully prepared for the number of guests. There were long lines just to get into the restaurant for breakfast, which made the experience quite frustrating. Check-in also took a very long time due to the queue, and the elevators were extremely slow, often taking forever to arrive. Overall, these issues made the stay less comfortable than it could have been.

From the moment I arrived until check-out, everything was handled with exceptional professionalism and warmth. A special thanks to Rojina at the reception, who was absolutely amazing throughout my stay. She made the check-in process smooth and welcoming, and continued to be incredibly helpful and attentive until I checked out. Her hospitality really made a difference. I was also pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a beautiful suite with a stunning sea view, which made my stay even more memorable. The room was spacious, comfortable, and perfectly maintained. The breakfast was fantastic, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from, and the staff at the restaurant were just as friendly and attentive as the rest of the hotel team. In fact, every staff member I encountered was courteous, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. I will definitely be coming back soon. This is truly a must-visit hotel in Abu Dhabi, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great stay.
- 289zainm (10/5): Fantastic Weekend At Crowne Plaza Yas Island❤️🫶🏻 - We have amazing stay during the weekend in Yas Island Abu Dhabi which Amazing view of Golf Course and Sea. The service from the staff was fabulous from managers to all the staff. Specially Vamshi Fo Supervisor Samera who had arranged a wonderful anniversary celebration 🎊 for my sister. The amazing food while breakfast at Jing Asia. I like to thank all the Crown plaza team for the amazing service given. Keep it up the amazing hospitality service. Will be back soon.

- Arvin Lenard (9/5): Great deal with theme park access - Great value for money, especially with the complimentary theme park access for four persons. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options. Special thanks to Ms. Maricar for upgrading us to a room with a balcony and pool view. The balcony was a bit dusty, it might not have been properly cleaned before we checked in. The checkout process was confusing as there was no clearly designated counter for checkout.

- Cen (1/5): - Please avoid this hotel! I would give 0 to the hotel and booking.com. I booked this hotel on booking with park tickets. When we arrived, the hotel front desk told us we made a reservation on another building of Crowne Plaza. We walked there and later found it was not Crown Plaza but a two star hotel because Crown Plaza was overbooked to host an athlete event. The entire staffs were cheating us for upgrade and although I showed my booking confirmation with park tickets, they waste us over 3 hours in communication and did not want to give us the tickets. They said the park tickets is fake marketing promotion on booking. We communicated with booking.com and had not solve this issue. I used booking.com for more than 10 years and won't return for the bad customer service.

The room was nice and relaxing, and the service was excellent. On the first day they welcomed us with coffee and free bottled water, which was a very kind gesture. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Yas Island.

From the moment I arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Maricar who was incredibly friendly, professional and attentive. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful. Every space felt inviting and well maintained. Our room was spotless, fresh and very comfortable. The view from the room was stunning, and the pool area was just as impressive. It was relaxing, clean, and perfect for unwinding. Overall, it was a truly enjoyable stay, and we would happily return again. Highly recommend!
- DevonBlueboy (6/5): Why do hotels ignore confirmed client requirements? - Before booking any hotel, we always check their website to see if they provide our specific room requirements. When we book with Trailfinders they always confirm these requirements and we carry the printed confirmation with us. Arriving here we were greeted with the immortal phrase "we've upgraded you to a King room". We do not consider this as an upgrade and we had to request our original, confirmed room booking. We were staying here for one night to break our LHR/BKK fight and were doing the same on our BKK/LHR return in the middle of February. So, before leaving we re-confirmed that our room requirement would be available and the hotel confimed this. So, imagine our surprise when we arrived on 13 February, to be told that "your travel agent has moved your booking to the Staybridge Suites next door". This was a complete fabrication. The Crowne Plaza was overbooked and the decision to bump us was made, the day before we arrived, between the hotel and the local, secondary agent without either informng Trailfinders or ourselves. The situation was made worse by the lady manager trying to spin this web of lies and suggest that the Staybridge Suites was a better alternative because it was a two bedroom suite and the Crowne Plaza did not have the twin room we required!! So after wasting an hour or so, we did get the room we had conirmed. But we were left with a nasty taste in our mouths regarding our treatment. So much so that we decided to eat outside the hotel rather than acept their offer of a complimentary buffet. Our advice to this manager would be "if all else fails, try honesty"

Binod service was impeccable and spot on right from creating wow moments at both Ferrari theme park for my son's birthday & at Sea World for my wife birthday. I would highly recommending having lounge access to give you a lovely spot for breakfast, high tea and supper. It’s also a good place to do some reading and enjoy the sun on the balcony too.

The restaurant waiters and waitresses are all polite and accommodating to any request you might have.
