Very friendly helpful staff. I received a room upgrade when I arrived, to a room with a water view. Great outdoor pool and reasonable gym.

- KUDO (6/5): It was a decent place to stay, but not a 5-star experience. At most a 4-star experience. - The Hotel is in a good location. They assisted me in making the deposit payment as I was having trouble. Overall condition of Hotel was decent. However, it felt like a 4-star Hotel rather than 5. Staff were not as welcoming and friendly especially at reception and lobby. Cleaners and managers were desperate in cleaning rooms and often disturb the customers for it. They should just make it compulsory for a clean every two days or something. Also, lots of details in the room are not cleaned properly e.g. dust in lamps, small mirror in bathroom, TV remote, Mould on walls, limescale in different areas of bathroom. Cleaners have a short amount of time to clean rooms, so it is understandable to miss details. However, need to replace some of the equipments that have scratches, mould, limescale, also sliding door was hard to move in one room. Should hire more cleaners or have detailed cleaning for rooms periodically.

- Jesus Christoffer Isip (10/5): A gem in the city - Fantastic staff, good location, rooms, bed, pool, gym. - First of all, the hotel looks like you're in a futuristic cruise ship. The room was clean and had everything you need. The bathroom is well maintained, with a switchable Smart Glass. The bed was really comfortable, and we had a really good night sleep! And thank you so much for the surprise cake to celebrate my birthday. I really can't think of anything that I didn't like. Perhaps that the door was really heavy to push. :)

- spyros_travel (10/5): Very spacious rooms & excellent service - This hotel offers excellent value for money. Its biggest advantage is the spacious rooms, especially compared to other options in Hong Kong. We were 2 people traveling with 2 large suitcases (23kg each), 2 cabin bags and 3 backpacks and we still had enough space to store everything and walk around comfortably. The rooms are clean and the hotel also has an impressive internal atrium with a restaurant and live music. The location is extremely convenient with many places to eat nearby and it is within walking distance of the MTR and the promenade where you can enjoy incredible views at night. Last but not least, it is worth mentioning how professional and friendly the staff are. They helped us load and unload our luggage from the taxi and bring it to our room. The reception team also handled an unexpected illness during our stay with professionalism and genuine care which we truly appreciated. Thank you for everything!

The hotel location is excellent, the room was clean and comfortable, and the facilities were very well maintained. What impressed me the most was the exceptional service from the front desk staff, especially Grace. She was incredibly professional, warm, and helpful throughout my stay. From check-in to answering my questions, she made me feel genuinely welcomed and taken care of. Her kindness and attention to detail truly made my trip even more enjoyable. We didn't have time to review all other facilities, but there are many. Room was a good size and comfortable. Views from the rooms weren't amazing, purely as the windows were quite dark. We ate at an on-site restaurant called Le Soleil, which was heavily overpriced for the quality of service and food.

- yiukeungw2025 (10/5): Remarkable service of The Royal Garden,Tsim Sha Tsui - I’ve been a member of Sky Club for ten years, and THE ROYAL GARDEN TSIM SHA TSUI is my favorite place to work out and relax. The atmosphere is calm and pleasant. Facilities like the outdoor swimming pool, gym and sauna are all well-maintained and spotlessly clean. The pool is spacious and great for swimming on sunny days, while the gym is fully equipped. The staff are always friendly and attentive. Tommy and Macy are polite and helpful every time I come. I also enjoy the remarkable service from the other staff,Tina、Janise & Kinki. It is perfect for exercise or leisure, and I highly recommend it.

- Sarah (4/5): 2 or 3 star at best - Location This was definitely not a 5 star hotel. The rooms were very basic, I would compare to a Travelodge in the UK. The bed was also too hard. The rooms are very dated and we were kept awake every night by the sound of a pump turning on and off constantly. Such a disappointment given the cost of the hotel.

What makes this hotel so special is the people. The team consistently go above and beyond, and after so many visits they welcome me like family. From the moment I arrive, I’m greeted by name at the front door, which always sets the tone for another wonderful stay. At reception, Vanessa and Polly are outstanding — always efficient with check-in while taking the time to chat and make me feel genuinely welcome. A very special thank you to Teresa and Ivy, who arranged such a warm and memorable welcome for my wife on her first trip to Hong Kong. They treated her like royalty and made her visit incredibly special. Breakfast is always a highlight thanks to Becky, Jason, and the excellent team who look after guests so well each morning. The business lounge is another standout feature — a fantastic space to work, relax, and recharge, with drinks, snacks, and even high tea served throughout the day. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and very well appointed. I especially love the internal balcony rooms overlooking the main dining atrium, which give the hotel a unique charm. Finally, one last special mention to the lounge singer in the main dining room, whose rendition of “Golden” from K-Pop Demon Hunters is an absolute triumph! After more than a decade of stays, The Royal Garden continues to exceed expectations. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Hong Kong.

- christelle (7/5): un bel hôtel très bien situé et accueil très bien - la localisation le personnel l 'accueil et le design original de la salle de petit déjeuner et la vue depuis notre chambre, la piscine un peu déçu de notre site junior pas du tout comme sur les photos la décoration absente pas de charme du tout un peu déçu et manque d'insonorisation un peu déçu pour le petit déjeuner pas beaucoup de sorte de viennoiseries et pas de pain (en dehors de pain de mie), pas à la hauteur d'un 5 étoiles et du prix

- Diana (6/5): Ganz ok für den Preis - Schöner Pool + Spa Gute Lage Frühstück ist sehr gut Etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Nach dem Check in wenig Hilfsbereitschaft sich noch bei strömendem Regen bequem aufhalten zu halten. Eine “Sofa Area” besteht lediglich aus einem kleinen Sofa. Dafür unnötig viele Luxus Geschäfte, die non stop leer sind. Sehr wenig Komfort für ein 5* Hotel. Das geht besser!
- Marco (9/5): Fantastisch verblijf in brandschoon hotel in veilige en gezellige wijk - Ligging was top, 2 minuten van metro en veel eetgelegenheden in de omgeving. Ook gezellig plein met terrasjes op 2 min lopen. Hotel zelf brandschoon en zelfs gratis badhanddoeken bij zwembad met prachtig uitzicht en service waarbij ze je bestelling bij je ligbedje komen brengen. Ligbedden genoeg ook! -

- Shari (9/5): Ruime kamers, fijn zwembad - Locatie Verwarmd zwembad op het dak Ruime kamer Onze eerste kamer had een sterke sigarettengeur - we hebben dan wel een andere kamer gekregen Er was een fout gemaakt bij het afrekenen, waardoor er een groot bedrag van mijn rekening is gegaan dat ik pas een maand na het verblijf heb teruggekregen.

- Kai (9/5): - Das Hotel ist für einen Hongkong Besuch ideal.Es ist zwar schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen,aber immer noch in einem gepflegten Zustand. Das Personal ist freundlich bis sehr freundlich,das Frühstück ist sehr gut und für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei,der Pool auf dem Dach ist super inklusive dem Gym.Die MTR/Bus Station ist nur ein paar Minuten weit weg und der Weg zur Flusspromenade mit sehr schönen Blick ebenfalls. In direkter Nähe gibt es auch sehr gute Restaurants,mein Favorit ist das Raya. Wer also ein Hotel mit gutem Preis Leistungsverhältnis sucht ist hier genau richtig! Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber alles noch OK...
