• Julio César (1/5): Publicidad engañosa en precios - - No hubo publicidad adecuada, sino engañosa, respecto de los montos en moneda nacional y extranjera que se debitaban. Si bien en Booking.com aparecía que el servicio por dos habitaciones giraba alrededor de USD 648.00, no obstante, el Hotel se cobró USD 956.34. Lo mismo sucedió con servicios adicionales por USD 176.02, que el Hotel se cobró USD 259.73. No encontraron más "solución" que echarle la culpa al banco, cuando este último nos confirmó que no cobra comisiones por pagos en extranjero y el tipo de cambio utilizado es aquél correspondiente a ley.
• mariano (10/5): Estuvo excelente! Creo que se paga más por el renombre del hotel que por lo que es el hotel. Teóricamente es un 4 estrel - La ubicación y la vista era increíble. El colchón muy bueno, la ducha muy bien! La humedad en las paredes del baño!!! Pisos que no tienen alfombra para lo que vale el hotel. Mucho calor en los pasillos.

• Jose Daniel (1/5): Mucho cuidado al entregar su tarjeta de crédito/debito !!!! - La ubicación, la cochera y el desayuno Me cobraron duplicada la habitación con la tarjeta de débito , con dos posnet distintos, con diferentes nombres de empresa, aduciendo que el primero dio error .. les mostré mi aplicación del banco donde claramente se había debitado dos veces el monto y .. aun nada .. en mi banco me confirmaron el doble cobro y ellos y la tarjeta se ocuparán de pedir el reintegro , todos negaron el hecho .. parecia yo el culpable ! Una chica de apellido o nombre Francia , por la mañana Luis y .. el peor un “ cargo superior “ .. un tal Marcos que estando a un metro ni se digno a dar la cara , diciendo que vuelva luego .. sabiendo que viajábamos .. en fin .. unos inoperantes .. ya están realizadas las denuncias correspondientes y ahora a esperar el reintegro de más de 130 dólares .. mi gran duda es si esto es accidente o ,eventualmente , una maniobra habitual ? Tan difícil es para el “ gerente “ dar la cara ? .. presten mucha atención al poner su tarjeta en este lugar .. para quien lo desee tengo todas las capturas y comunicaciones con ellos y el banco a disposición

• Sergio (4/5): - Location very good The chain itself is a very poor 4* chain. Maintenance definitely the worst point. And the room themselves are far away from a 4* hotel. Last time with them definitely. There are much better option for the price.

Size of the rooms are good, it was clean, just a little bit outdated... the view from the window was internal, a bit of humidity in the bathroom/room so without AC there was a smell of damp. Recommend overall!

• Albornoz (9/5): - Lo que me encantó fue la habitación y los baños. Es más, por ser la primera vez en el hotel, nos cambiaron a una habitación superior, es decir, nos subieron de categoría. Además, había dos lavamanos que hizo que estemos extra cómodos. La limpieza, solicitamos la limpieza de la habitación pero no sacaron la basura de los distintos tachos en la habitación y baño.

• Rose (8/5): Perfectly located, convenient and very comfortable. - Excellent location. The breakfast was great. We got a junior suite which gave us a bit more space than a regular room. The staff were very helpful, professional and accommodating. It was wonderful having a pool on the property to enjoy in between busy activities. The rooms are spacious but require some repair and updating.

• Kirstie (9/5): Lovely stay in the city - I really liked the location, the breakfast, the rooftop pool and our room. The sun deck on the rooftop is small, but a lovely place to relax.

La luz de uno de los veladores de la habitación no funcionaba como tampoco uno de los enchufes. El TV era S-Mart pero no funcionaba ninguna app, no cargaban.

• marynF7574PK (2/5): Great location but no A/C - The location of this hotel is very good and we enjoyed walking to several of the things we wanted to see/do. However, the quality of the hotel and some of the staff are sorely lacking. Our main issue was the A/C or more appropriately, the lack thereof. The thermostat in our room, which was falling off the wall, didn't seem to have any effect on anything. The temperature remained 25.5C or 26.C no matter what we did. We notified the front desk but were told that was normal and that the hotel had a minimum temperature of 24C. We survived the next couple of days. But by the 4th day, it was clear there was no air circulation in the room whatsoever. We were assured they'd have maintenance look at it. Nothing improved. By the 5th day they offered to move us to another room. Within the hour. Two and 1/2 hours later we were moved to a new room. That was even worse. No matter what we did, the temperature remained at 28C! I reported one last time to the front desk. He apologize perfunctorily but would not even look at me. I am very certain that he knew he was moving us to a worse room. As for the rest of our first room, besides the thermostat falling off the wall, one of the lamps was falling off the wall, the curtain was ripped, the frame on the room with the toilet was falling off, resulting in a major crashing sound every time it was used (not pleasant in the middle of the night). Lastly, i had laundry done at this hotel. For 4 pair of underwear, 4 t-shirts, 4 pair of sox and 2 pajamas, it was $73CAD!!!! BTW, this was the same day they moved us to another room. A little suspicious? I have probably stayed in hundreds of hotels around the world. This place is NOT 4 star - it's a dump. I do not think I have ever been treated so badly.
