• Anil (10/5): Perfect location for a perfect hotel - The location was ideally placed for shopping and sightseeing with the Skytrain a 10 minute walk away and MBK Centre 2 stops from the station. We stayed at this hotel twice in a two week period, once when arriving in Bangkok and then a further stay prior to departing Bangkok. Our first stay was in a King room on the 10th floor which was very spacious with a super comfy bed. The shower was great and the views across the city fantastic. We had booked the same room type for our second stay but the hotel upgraded us to a 2 bedroom corner suite on the 9th floor. What a room. Fantastic service from the staff who went above and beyond expectations. Really pleased with our two stays. The pool on the 10th floor was lovely, and although not a particularly large pool, it wasn't busy and there was always a lounger available. The gym was well equipped with working cv machines and a range of cable weight machines as well as free weights.

The staff made our stay wonderful and the bed was very comfortable and loved the Perricone products in true bathroom. The view from the pool and jacuzzi is stunning. The shuttle to the BTS station is a nice touch and the 24 hour supermarket and diner located below the hotel super handy. The location in an upcoming neighbourhood is a good alternative to the more crowded central hotel areas. The staff's mission is to make your stay as comfortable as possible- a special shout-out to Emm who secured a very quiet suite for us to unwind from the heat and travel. Woody at reception was always on hand with advice - so were all the staff who greeted us morning and night . this hotel will make your stay in Bangkok unforgettable.

Heel erg vriendelijk personeel, lekker ontbijt à la carte, lekkere lunch, comfortabele bedden en ruime kamer, mooi rooftop zwembad,… Eigenlijk niets!! Misschien als het je eerste keer in Bangkok is, ben je wel vrij ‘ver’ van het centrum (tempels, paleis,…) verwijderd. Je bent hier vnl dichtbij rooftopbars. Anders zou je bijna alles op loopafstand kunnen doen.

This is one of the rare hotels I didn't even take it out of my suitcase. It was really comfortable. The room is stylishly appointed. The staff are great and well trained. Especially the breakfast was outstanding and the staff who work the breakfast daily were really kind and lovely. The room could be cleaner. It is a bit noisy. The AC is a bit old.

• David (6/5): Good location, nice breakast - but not a comfortable stay - I liked the breakfast very much - it was a nice breakast room, the food and service were very good. Hotel was in a good location - recommend We specifically booked a king sized bedroom as didn't want a larger suite. We were told we had been upgraded but weren't told that meant to a 2 bedroom apartment until we got to the room. As only staying one night we just accepted this. But it felt like we were put in this apartment as only room left. We didn't want or need the extra space. Both the bedrooms were small and not that comfortable. The strange window between the bedroom and the bathroom meant that light came in to the bedroom. The air conditioning system was very noisy but the room was too hot without it. And there was a lot of noise from the street. All in all not a comfortable night in this hotel

We especially loved the hotel’s complimentary tuktuk rides around thonglor! There is little supermarket next to the hotel; very convenient. We will be back for sure!!
• Cleo (9/5): - We loved the pool and the hot tub which is open until 8pm daily. Perfect to wind down after a day of sightseeing. Happy hour before 6pm with 2 for 1 cocktails was a great bonus. My husband is an extremely light sleeper and needed a room with less noise from the main road so we had our boys sleep in the main room for a couple of days with us taking the second smaller double bed room. When he explained our predicament to reception, the staff were super attentive and went above and beyond to switch our room so that we could use the master bedroom again. He's over 6ft so this was v welcome! Fantastic service, a little gem in Bangkok, we would stay here again and recommend to others who have kids.
