I received texts asking about our stay and if everything was okay. I usually have a hard time sleeping at hotels; however, the Hampton Inn & Suites Orlando-East UCF was very quiet, customer service driven, clean, spacious room and very comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to the UCF area. Anything you could possible need was within walking distance, or a very short drive. - Miriam (10/5): This place is a 10 out of 10, and better than any hotel we have been to in Orlando!!!! - The breakfast is always awesome at this hotel!!! The staff are extremely helpful! Maybe, you could add pancakes to the breakfast, as another option, to go alongside the Belgian waffle choice that you already have. All of the showerheads in the hotel should be a combination of a stationary showerhead, and sprayer, with the option to take it in your hand, as a handheld showerhead, and be able to spray your skin, for shower use.

The bathroom was very clean, and the staff was super friendly! We truly had a great experience. The breakfast is quite limited. We ended up sorting our own breakfast out daily as the hotel breakfast available is basically dessert. There aren't many healthy options available. Maybe that's typical for hotels in the US, but that's something to keep in mind if you're used to continental breakfast options that include healthier foods.

- Thomas (9/5): - Ottima struttura, personale molto disponibile ed accogliente. Molto buona la colazione. La nostra camera, per una famiglia di 5 persone, era grande e pulita. Si trova a circa 25 minuti dagli Universal Studios, quindi perfetto se si usa un'automobile, considerando anche che ha il suo parcheggio gratuito. Esperienza molto positiva.

- Carla (8/5): The staff make me want to stay here again. - Breakfast was good, kept well stocked even though it was crazy busy. Staff are wonderful, they went above and beyond for us. Beds are firm, which I like, sofa bed was decent but very noisy. Hotel was very clean and well kept, room smelled fresh. Food supplier delivered right outside our windows at 630AM which was so loud...I wouldn't recommend a first floor room because of this. AC was also quite noisy.

- Botros (10/5): Very happy with our stay - Very central location. Good size room. Hotel is very clean and updated. Breakfast is extremely good. It was a very good bonus
- Nadine (7/5): Ok für eine Nacht. - Gute Lage, um zu den Parks zu kommen. Laute Klimaanlage, Zimmer war muffig. Durch die dunklen Möbel, die tiefen Decken und den unangenehmen Geruch wirkt es nicht einladend. Hatten nur Bettzeug für 2, obwohl wir 4 waren und mussten alles selbst beziehen. Frühstücksraum unsauber, wenn man nicht gleich zu Beginn isst.
