- Marco (10/5): Buon Hotel in posizione strategica - La posizione in assoluto. La nostra camera era divisa da un’altra solo da una porta, quindi poco insonorizzata. Ad ogni modo non è stato un problema. Abbiamo dormito benissimo.
- Johnny (10/5): Luxury, right in the middle of it all - Upon arrival, Efam dealt with us. Despite us looking more than a little worse for wear after a long day driving from the other side of Malaysia, and in work gear, he treated us like any of the other guests who were looking a lot classier than us shall we say. Efam's customer skills were impeccable and he made sure we had everything we needed. The rooms were spotless, and the shower was nice and hot. I didn't try the food or any of the amenities so I can't comment on them. Parking was easy enough under the hotel. The hotel is situated right in the middle of all the shopping and bars as well, with the Petronas Towers only a 5k walk away. I wasn't keen on the car park being cash only since everything else is on the card or tap and pay. I didn't see anything saying this before we were leaving so we had to find an ATM before we could leave.

To make matters worse, the room and the toilet was generally dirty and poorly maintained. The sheets had stained and the breakfast is so so, no variety to choose.. its really different when its was managed by previous hotel owner...

Bedden lagen goed, douche was warm en wifi werkte erg goed. Personeel aardig en behulpzaam! Zeker een aanrader om hier te verblijven. Ontbijt viel wat tegen.

Na każdym piętrze były dozowniki do wody Czajnik w pokoju, można było zaparzyć kawę czy herbatę Śniadanie, fajnie że było idzie się najeść. Na wejściu trzeba było zostawić depozyt w postaci pieniędzy, nie było najmniejszego problemu ze zwrotem. Śniadanie tylko w stylu indyjskim. Fajnie że jest, jednak nie jakieś wybitne, najgorsza kawa jaką piliśmy:( To że pokój jest bez okna wiedzieliśmy, ale w pokoju straszny zaduch i pleśń obecna w łazience. Mało czysty pokój. Ściany jak z papieru, słyszałam beknięcie z pokoju innego piętra tak jakby to było zaraz obok mnie. Strasznie głośno, słychać wszystko.

The breakfast was very nice and the staff were very helpful - The property is well situated in the city and close to the metro station and small market and shops nearby. The hotel price is value for money. My television was not having the channels and the shower door was not closing properly that water was going out when showering.

- Allan (4/5): 2 star at best - Location is close to public transport, sentral markets and walking distance to Chinatown be warned it is right next door to a mosque there is a daily 6am prayer call and one in the evening that is blasted out over 3 large horns. You will get woken up no mini fridge, very small desk and my bathroom needed a lot of help, sink was very very slow to drain and shower door seal didn't work leaving a puddle on the bathroom floor because the water doesn't run into the drain. dark window tint made it difficult to determine weather outside

Учитывайте наличие мечете - Расположение рядом с метро и площадью, можно дойти пешком до прогулочного района и башен. Грязные полы, есть небольшие пятна на постельном белье, уборка не проводилась. Сильная слышимость.
