YAMIPATAG (7/5): - Parque, desayuno La atención de recepción y de la piscina. Tuvimos serios inconvenientes con el agua caliente, luz de emergencia- Malo el colchón, el piso de la bañera hundido. El diseño del lugar es hermoso y en veces anteriores que fui la atención y confort habían sido superiores. Quizás es un momento particular.

Dommage qu’il n’y ait pas vraiment de portes aux chambres pour l’intimité. On aurait voulu utiliser le feu ouvert, mais on nous a informé qu’on pouvait qu’au check-out alors qu’on avait posé la question en arrivant. Simple malentendu.

Analia Veronica (8/5): Adecuada - La piscina y la clase de aquagym. El espacio donde se emplaza es muy acogedor. La construcción es bella y confortable Salir del espacio del alojamiento para llegar al club. El ruido que hacían los ocupantes del piso superior.

tania (6/5): Demsiado básico - Cerca del centro, con estacionamiento El estacionamiento es muy pequeño y a veces se llena. Una noche llegamos tarde y no había estacionamiento disponible. Tuvimos que poner el auto en un lugar donde nos pedían bajar a retirarlo a las 8am. Otra cosa que no me gustó, es que al ingresar me pidieron toda los datos de la tarjeta de crédito, inclusive el código de seguridad. Al decirle a la persona que nos atendió que no me parecía seguro entregar esa información, no tuve una buena recepción. Nosotros nos hospedamos en un departamento para 4 y el lugar era oscuro, con pocas ventanas. El lugar es básico y me parece que por el mismo costo hay mejores opciones disponibles.

Sebastian (7/5): Bonito y agradable lugar, pero debe mejorar algunos detalles importantes - La ubicación era buena, en general las instalaciones y el lugar son bonitas, con hartos árboles y naturaleza, el personal era amable. La habitación si bien a primera vista estaba limpia, detrás de las camas había telas de araña y polvo. La cama era king pero tenía sábanas de 2 plazas que se salían y era incomodo para dormir. El colchón tenía desgaste. Pedí pilas para el control remoto de la tv porque se había agotado y nunca las llegaron como dijeron.

Las camas son cómodas . La blanquearía de buena calidad . El desayuno completo en relación al precio que abonamos Las cocheras están separadas por palos y hay que prestar atención a no chocarse ninguno . La puerta de nuestro departamento tenía una falla y nos costaba mucho abrir cada vez que queríamos entrar . Cambiamos la llave magnética 4 veces y el personal de recepción no fue muy proactivo .

El lavaplatos no tiene escurridor y falta un tendedero. Son elementos que nos faltaron para una estancia más cómoda. Si debo destacar que se solicitaban y las entregaban, pero este trámite era incómodo.

Marianela (7/5): No volveríamos - El patio. La higiene. Nos tocó una habitación que se nota era de las más antiguas, el baño le falta mantenimiento. La calefacción no podía regularse, estaba alta y no funcionaba la rueda para bajar o apagar el radiador. Descansamos muy mal, abrimos ventanas del baño y living pero aún así el aire estaba insoportable y no se respiraba bien. Llevamos los colchones para el Cuarto y dormimos en el suelo. Se consultó al wp pero no dieron otra solución más q la calefacción es así. Reservamos por booking a las 13.20hs, llegamos 15.30hs, porque decís que el Check in era después de las 15hs, pero demoraron en entregarnos la habitación hasta después de las 16.30hs. Uno está de paseo y no tiene ganas de esperar, menos con niños. El argumento fue que habíamos reservado con poca anticipación, eso no se especifica en ningún lado. En resumen no nos gustó, hay muchos lugares para elegir.

Paloma (8/5): Boa opção para estadia com família ou amigos - Achei o apto fofo, espaçoso e a cama gigante foi ótima para repor as energias depois de quase 3 semanas escalando A localização no 3o piso deu uma preguicinha de subir com as malas mas nada que inviabilizasse a estadia Pontos negativos principais foi q demora para o check in (ficamos esperando mais de uma hora e meia para dar 15h e ainda assim só entramos no apto depois das 16h. O check out tb é muito cedo (10h) mas o hotel deu uma tolerância de 1h sem custo

Andrea (7/5): Hotel mais simples do que o esperado no anuncio - A gentileza da recepção e flexibilidade no check out O quarto é mais simples do que na fotos, faz muito calor e não tem ventilador, entendo que é frio a maior parte do ano em Bariloche, mas aos 32 graus de dia para dormir fica desconfortável. O Café da manhã é bem simples.

Racedo (9/5): Hermoso lugar para relajarse y conectar con la naturaleza - Es un muy buen lugar para descansar y conectarse con la naturaleza, las habitaciones cuentan con los utensillos necesarios como para poder realizar desayunos y comidas simples, tengan presente que no tiene ascensores por lo cual no es aconsejable ir con personas muy mayores. Al solicitar la habitación pedi explicitamente que fueran 2 camas separadas, pero me dieron una cama matrimonial, lo solucionaron al otro dia despues de mi estadia.

David (2/5): If you don't plan to spend any time at your accommodation, this place might be okay... - Staff was super nice. NO AMENITIES ONSITE. Ad is misleading. Advertising access to spa is not the same as stating no amenities on site. Off-site amenities were dirty and under maintained. Cardio room has no AC, was 35+ degrees. Sauna seating was collapsing, exposed nails. Pool requires hair net due to bad filtering system. Accommodation was visually appealing but practically awful. Sofa is just mattress with foam taped to the wall. TV is perpendicular to sofa and cannot move (100% useless). Bedroom had very low ceiling in the majority of the room. Front door barely opened halfway before getting stuck. Front window seating areas have no privacy. Parking was impossible on the property, not enough space to get in/out of spots, wooden barriers perfectly designed to damage your car. Located on a busy street, very annoying in summer as there is no fan or AC so windows must be open.

Selina (6/5): - The building and the garden were nice They gave us a Apartment facing the street, it was very noisy and old furniture, not like in the Pictures, we booked this because of the calm location, but could not sleep because of the noise. The receptionist said that no other apartments are available. Bad service.

Very dated decor, our apartment smelt of cigarette smoke. Pool facility also very dated and spa area not open. Pool very cold. Breakfast didn't start until 7am. Pictures were misleading really.

Los apartamentos también tienen un buen tamaño Falta de privacidad, grandes puertas, acristaladas sin más que un visillo con completamente transparente, por lo cual el salón se veía desde la calle y desde las otras habitaciones No estaba demasiado limpio tampoco
