El desayuno era muy bueno, y las habitaciones confortables No había flexibilidad con el servicio de parking, nos pidieron retirar el coche más temprano porque no había turnos disponibles al final del horario de entrega.

The staff is always making your staying super comfortable: rooms clean, huge breakfast buffet and reception always available and really polite with customers. Nothing particular, maybe breakfast rooms become hard to handle for them during peak hours.

El buffet del desayuno muy completo. la situación del hotel es excelente ya que estas cerca de todo sin necesidad de coger transporte. El personal fantastico, muy educados y serviciales. Destacamos a Marco quien nos atendió estupendamente, dandonos consejos para movernos por la ciudad.

- Marco Antônio (10/5): Hotel excelente no coração da cidade - A localização é excepcional, poucos minutos de caminhada dos principais atrativos da cidade. Nossa acomodação era para três hóspedes, mas ficamos em um quarto quádruplo, muito espaçoso e confortável. Café da manhã excelente.

- LAURA (10/5): El buffe de desayuno es excelente. - La ubicación es perfecta. Estás a cinco minutos andando del Puente de Carlos, de la Plaza del Reloj y de la ciudad nueva. Todo lo tienes cerca. Es una ubicación inmejorable. La ventana de la habitación daba a un patio interior.

Die Kapazitäten der beiden Frühstücksräume sind bei weitem zu gering was zu sehr langen Wartezeiten in einem zugigen Flur führt. Der Lärmpegel ist zudem gigantisch und es ist alles sehr eng. Auch bei den Kaffeemaschinen steht man teils sehr lange an.

A ridosso del centro La stanza assegnata risultava essere una camera attrezzata per persone con disabilità, dotata delle necessarie strutture specifiche per la doccia e il servizio igienico. Номер не відповідає фото, дуже малий, але на наші зауваження на рецепції одразу запропонували нам зробити заміну номера. Жахлива шумоізоляція, враження що сусіди приймають душ в нашому номері. Вартість парковки 35 євро, але ж це центр міста.

- Veronica (7/5): Soggiorno carino - Camera spaziosa. Possibilità di lasciare i bagagli nel deposito. Colazione ricca. Posizione centrale. La camera necessitava di piccoli lavoretti di manutenzione. Avrei gradito più accuratezza nel rifacimento della camera..il bagno non era stato spazzato e il letto è stato lasciato come è stato trovato. Dal lato reception si potrebbe migliorare l'accoglienza fornendo agli ospiti più informazioni riguardanti i servizi dell'hotel e cosa poter visitare.

El desayuno muy completo y variado. Destaco la limpieza en todo el hotel y la comodidad de las habitaciones. El personal de recepción muy amable y siempre dispuesto. Todo estuvo perfecto.
- Florina M. (10/5): Aș reveni aici. - Locație excelentă, camere mari și curate. Nu știam că voi avea bucătărie complet utilată, în cameră. Nu am gătit, dar tacâmurile au fost binevenite. Prosoapele s-au schimbat zilnic și tot zilnic se completau cafeaua, zaharul, laptele și ceaiul consumate ( din partea casei ). Micul dejun destul de bogat. Dacă în cele 8 zile petrecute aici se schimba și lenjeria de pat, conform Reg. ( UE ), era și mai bine. Totuși, nu ne-a deranjat acest lucru.

- Serhii (3/5): Мінусів більше, ніж позитивних моментів, тому рекомендувати не можемо. - Смачний сніданок. Гарне розташування. Чистий номер. Поселили біля номерів з активними ремонтними роботами. Ремонтні роботи розпочиналися з восьмої ранку, тим самим порушували наш відпочинок. Про цей нюанс нас ніхто не попередив. Окрім цього, після заселення з'ясувалося, що у номері відсутнє гаряче водопостачання. Згодом питання з водою вирішилося, але було неприємно.

Her yere 5 dakika yürüme mesafesinde, gen - Oda içerisinde oda olan 4 kişi konakladığımız harika konumu olan (her yer 5 dakika yürüme mesafesi) kahvaltısı güzel, temiz, görevliler güler yüzlü, sessiz, konaklayan insanların medeni olması, odalarda mutfak olması, buzdolabı su ısıtıcısı yetecek kadar tabak çanak tencere tava çatal kaşık (isteyen kendin pişir kendin ye) banyosu pırıl pırıldı ve WiFi otelin her yerinde çok hızlıydı. 3 gece konakladığımız otel için bize 404 nolu oda tahsis edildi ancak gece odada böcek (tahtakurusu) olduğunu gördük ve durumu görevlilere bildirdik. Bize hemen yeni bir oda sundular ve yeni odada hiç sorun yaşamadık.Gayet temizdi ve böcek bulunmuyordu.Görevliler çok anlayışlıydı, Gördüğümüz böcek harici çok temiz ve bakımlıydı.

The staff were extremely condescending and the cost for the breakfast was ridiculous considering the juice was watered down and no available coffee at 9:00. An hour before the breakfast buffet would close. Even trying to find a cup for a coffee wasn’t possible. Wifi constantly interrupted during our stay.

- Stefano (9/5): Molto positivo - Staff molto cordiale e gentile, noi ci siamo interfacciati con Marco ed è stato eccezionale, parla fluentemente diverse lingue. Colazione molto buona e ricca, camera molto spaziosa, posizione centrale. Connessione internet buona. Devo dire che non c'è stato nulla che non mi è davvero piaciuto, unica cosa forse è che nella mia camera il bidet mi sembrava rotto. Però soggiorno pienamente positivo.
- Martin (8/5): Gutes Hotel in sehr zentraler Lage - Super Lage, sehr nettes Personal. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich. Wir können es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Zur Straßenseite wohnend, hört man etwas Straßenlärm. Ist aber kein großes Problem.

- Victoria (7/5): Nice stay in nice neighborhood - Very nicely located. Clean and well kept. Helpful staff, especially at breakfast. Our room was a very nice size. They let us borrow an adapter quite easily. Smokers block the entrance, which was annoying. The shower was very slippery and you had to step up into and out of it. Hard to use outlets for my cpap machine.

Squeaky clean (my first priority) and very comfortable. - Spotlessly clean, well appointed, friendly multi-lingual staff, excellent breakfast, right in Old Town and very walk-able. Photo is next door to the property. We had no actual issues. I would like to suggest the front desk not announce room numbers out loud.
