• Pelissero (2/5): Non scegliere questo, co sono tanti hotel decisamente migliori - Difficile trovare una cosa positiva Pulizia camera, colazione monotona che non varia mai, posizionato in una zona trafficata e sporca, non sono guest friendly nonostante abbia pagato una camera per due persone. Davvero pessimo.

• Anita (8/5): - Good location and the rooms and toilets are all updated. Next time I will ask for a larger room, but it's fine if you're spending more time out and about. Personal choice I would have gotten a larger room more conducive to relaxing in the hotel as well.

• Adeline (1/5): Terrible. Do not stay here. - Nothing Staff at check in said there were no more of our room type. Then somehow when I insisted the room was available. The slow lift. Dated decor. The carpet smells. Toilet not working. Sink blocked. No instructions how to call reception. I had to get changed and physically come downstairs to the desk.

• Mario (9/5): My complaint was because you asked. Other than that I like your hotel and the staff. - I liked the breakfast buffet. And, then it happened. The "free" one beer token, To me it was idiotic. It was for "half a glass of beer." I laughed and told the waiter I don't want it. He insisted and so yes, I had the half of a glass. I thought it was a "cheap" way to lure somebody into the restaurant. Then I ordered the fresh spring rolls. I hated them. I ate two and pushed the plate away. I had been in Vietnam for two months. It was the worst food I had in all that time. Hated the cheap lure of half a beer. Hated the spring rolls too. Read above.

• Neale (8/5): A great location to base yourself in Saigon. - The hotel was in a perfect location in District 1 close to many sights including the market . The concierge did a great job finding us a great Mekong Delta tour It is a travel group hotel and large so everything is busy.

Lovely staff and especially the sidewalk bar staff, Mimh and Ngoc, both were exceptionally good and so helpful, well done to you both English was spoken, but was sometimes difficult to resolve things due to language limits of staff.

Even though English was spoken, it was often difficult to explain things which was sometimes frustrating and things went unresolved.

• Tina Thanh Huong (9/5): We enjoyed our stay there and would come back. - We loved the breakfast with so many choices, the location near Ben Thanh Market, Nguyen Hue street, Duong Sach, Post Office, Cathedral etc. , friendly staff (most of them) especially those who helped us with our luggages, tips for where to go/eat etc. Well used towels with torn edges should be replaced. Other than that, everything else was fine for us.

There were also plenty of street food vendors around the corner. The shower was a terrible little spout with sprays going all directions.
