• Shintaro (6/5): It was regrettable that two points above wiped out all other good points. - Good access to business entities. 1. The room 1510 had musty smells when I walked in. There may be mold behind the walls or under the floor. 2. The coffee maker did not work as the capsule doesn’t stay at the right place.

• Philip (7/5): A good hotel but some upgrades are necessary! - Excellent location just next to the nearest MTR station and connects to the mall where it offers practically all shopping and different eateries. Some basic hardware upgrades are: a bathroom slide door to ward off the aircon when one comes out of a warm shower! Individual lighting for the bathroom instead of turning on the master for all lights. A bidet seems to be an inexpensive addition than the rather old fashion toilet bowl where unsightly residues can't be flushed only after several flushes. Drawers are lacking but there's room for a bigger cabinet with a smaller tall mirror!

• Sara (10/5): Suuuuper convenient - Rooftop <3 Rooms are definitely smaller (but this is typical of HK properties) - make sure to get a corner room for a bit more space. Insufficient space to hang clothes - but again, this is a minor trade off for how great the other amenities and hotel location are :-)

• Magdalena (9/5): - Great location , within shopping centre and next to metro station. It takes 20 mins by metro to get to Central but we didnt mind it. Big and comfortable bed , a lot of space in a room. We were on 19th floor so we had perfect view on the city. Very good stay. Three points for improvement: First, there was no proper seal around the room entrance door, which meant that noise from the corridor was clearly audible inside the room. Second, the bathroom door offered very limited sound insulation, which reduced privacy. Finally, the very soft carpeting in the corridors made it quite difficult to roll a suitcase to and from the room.

• Tatjana (9/5): Toller Blick, abseits des Zentrums - Wahnsinnsblick im Corner-view-Zimmer. Modern. Es gibt nichts auszusetzen am Zimmer. Personal in der Bar war unaufmerksam und arrogant. Drinks total überteuert. Hotel liegt abseits des Zentrums, aber direkt an Tram und UBahn.

Humphrey was outstanding , taking note of my dates of stay, and even my birthday during my stay there. Exceptional service ! The toilets and bathrooms had a lingering smell at all the rooms I stayed in . It’s time to do an upgrade on the ventilation and plumbing .

• Rilza (6/5): HOTEL REGULAR! ROOFTOP CARÍSSIMO COM APERITIVOS RUINS - TIVEMOS 2 EXPERIÊNCIAS DESAGRADÁVEIS. - Gostei bastante da localização. A vista do quarto (18 andar) é bem feia - em frente a predios residenciais, que te obrigam a manter todo o tempo a janela fecha (sem nenhuma privacidade). Detalhe: Pagamos mais caro por um quarto com vista - so não avisaram na contratacção que você também será observado pelos vizinhos. O hotel não deveria cobrar um acréscimo pela vista que oferece. Chega a ser desleal.

• Roger (9/5): Great value for a very nice hotel and in a good location attached to mall and MTR station - We arrived very early from a long international flight and they gave us rooms hours in advance of the official check in time No storage in the room. Some drawers to put clothes would be appreciated for a stay of 10 nights.

• Marcio Luis (10/5): Ótima opção em Hong Kong - Excelente hotel, ótima opção com bom custo x benefício. Instalações novas e confortáveis com ótimo café da manhã. Equipe do hotel tem atendimento muito bom, simpáticos e prestativos, sempre dispostos a ajudar. Não é tão próximo das principais atrações turísticas mas está localizado ao lado da estação do metrô. Excellent hotel, a great option with good value for money. New and comfortable facilities with a great breakfast. The hotel staff provides very good service, friendly and helpful, always willing to assist. It's not very close to the main tourist attractions but it's located next to the metro station. Tudo ok
