• Kai (7/5): Wir würden wieder kommen beim nächsten Besuch. - Zimmer sind eher klein, aber für eine Städtereise mit kleinem Koffer ok. Die Lage beim Gare de Lyon ist sehr praktisch, so hat man alle ÖV in der Nähe und findet auch immer wieder einfach zurück Zimmer war zu Strasse und obwohl im 4. Stock eher laut. Badezimmer sehr eng.

• Karyn (7/5): Good hotel overall. - Nice location near good restaurants and cafes. The hotel ran out of toilet paper on the second or third day of our stay. We called down to reception and were told there was none available and that other rooms had the same complaint. By the evening of the next day it was sorted but it seems crazy for a hotel to run out of such a basic necessity and not rectify it immediately.

Es muy cercano a Gare de Lyon Muy maleducado el señor de la conserjería, prepotente y gritón al punto que me atemorizó, no me fui sólo porque llegué a la medianoche. Me cobró 100 euros y no me quería explicar por qué motivo. Después de discutir en francés y en inglés, acabó diciéndome en un PERFECTO CASTELLANO, que era para un "seguro de habitación" Al la mañana cuando salí había una chica que muy amable me explicó lo que era ese cobro y como se devolvía.

• Adriana (7/5): Bom, podem melhorar - Quarto bom, perto da estação Gare Lyon e Bastille. Tudo perto se metrô. Bom café da manhã, com essencial. Nao gostei da logística do salão de café, muito apertado. O lugar de queijos , manteiga e embutidos nao é nada prático. Louças ficam escondidas.

Havia que esperar algum hóspede terminar e uma garçonete trazia prato, copos e talheres. Tivemos que procurar café da manhã pelas redondezas que, afortunadamente, sobravam.

• An (8/5): It’s good for 1 night when you need to get to the Station - 5 minutes walking to Gare de Lion, the bed is really comfortable and looks nice. There was bad smell from the carpet and the breakfast area was small and limited options.

Even the alternative room offered had the same issue. I left the hotel immediately. Despite not staying, I was charged for the full week and the hotel refused to refund, even though the room conditions were not as described. Staff were polite, but the listing needs urgent correction to avoid misleading future guests.

The staff is friendly and professional. The hotel has none of that Parisian charm and it feels as if you can be in any city in the world.

• Katharina (5/5): Ok, aber nicht empfehlenswert - Gute Lage, Bahnhof direkt nebenan Unfassbar kleine Zimmer. Ein Fenster, welches man nicht öffnen konnte, mit Ausblick auf eine Wand. Beim duschen setzt man beinahe das kleine Badezimmer unter Wasser. Optisch etwas anders als auf den Bildern.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié de pouvoir utiliser une salle garde-bagages le jour de notre arrivée et le jour de notre départ. Il est dommage que la salle du petit-déjeuner soit si petite et en forme de couloir.

• Karoline (10/5): I loved my stay here! - The guy at the front desk was always very nice! It was very clean, and a great convenience location for me personally. I did see some reviews about the shower situation and I’m usually not one to care about it but it was built very weirdly and the water got all over the floor. But it’s not due to being worn down or broken, the hotel is very modern and new!
