- Alexandra Messner (4/5): - Zimmer sind sauber aber sehr in die Jahre gekommen, es gibt keine Vorhänge die Abdunkeln und die Matratzen sind auch schon sehr durchgelegen. Frühstück ist für diesen Preis eine Frechheit, Gemüse ist nicht gewaschen oder geschält und teilweise so alt das es stinkt. Kellner verstehen kaum deutsch und sind sehr sehr langsam.

Alles in allem bestenfalls in die Jahre gekommene nette 2 bis 3-Sterne-Familienpensi - freundliches Personal, sehr bemüht; Lage für uns ideal (für Veranstaltung in Absam) Pension sehr in die Jahre gekommen, Grundsanierung wäre dringend nötig (kaputte Fliesen, uralte Teppichböden, die mit Panzerband notdürftig festgeklebt wurden, nicht angeschlossener, verstaubter mit Spinnweben übersäter Getränkeautomat im Treppenhaus, …), unser Sohn sagte beim ersten Betreten der Toilette: „Ui, schau mal, die haben ein Klo wie die Oma“, das fasst es wohl gut zusammen. Wellnessbereich grundsätzlich okay, Whirlpool aber abgedeckt und nicht in Betrieb. Essen im Restaurant nur passabel, dafür zu teuer. Sauberkeit auch ausbaufähig.

Das Bett war leider in beiden Zimmern die wir hatten am Kopfteil beschädigt, das passte nicht zum restlichen Eindruck des Hauses was sehr gepflegt und sauber war.

Considerato che in hotel c'era molto turismo italiano forse dobrebbero migliorarsi. Inoltre per essere un hotel a 4 stelle avrei gradito più prodotti per la cura della persona nel bagno e non solo un doccia-shampoo (2 in 1).

Die Dame vom Frühstücksbuffett erschrak weil ich es wagte sie von hinten anzusprechen und hat dann auch jegliche Hilfe beim Kaffee Automaten verweigert. Die Toilette war nicht sauber ( es klebte etwas dunkles innen an der Tür ...)

Mittelmäßiges Frühstück mit aufgebackenen trockenen Brötchen und recht moderaten Auswahl die nicht nachgefüllt wurden …und das im Land des guten Brotes.. 2. Ziemlich hilfloses und unprofessionelles Personal 3. Abgesehen von der schlechten Erziehung und Ignoranz einiger Gästen , war dies das lauteste Hotel in dem ich je geschlafen habe, von morgens bis spät abends nur Türgeknalle Beim Checkout wurden wir nichtmal gefragt wie unser Aufenthalt war geschweige uns eine gute Fahrt, ein frohes neues Jahr oder sonst was zu wünschen… Das war quasi das i Tüpfelchen was den Eindruck noch mehr verstärkte.

Lost the reservation and stay resulted in costing us more. Hotel cancelled our reservation due to overbooking and we've had to look for another accommodation on the same day. Die Weckchen waren billige zum Aufbacken, es gab keine Butter, Obst und Gemüse. Das schon kleine Angebot wurde kaum nachgefüllt.

- Raffaele (8/5): Ottimo collegamento con i mezzi per il centro di Innsbruck. - Posizione collegata benissimo con il centro di Innsbruck, un bus ogni 10/15 minuti. Personale gentile, colazione nella media, stanze comode e pulite. Per mangiare c'è il ristorante, ma noi abbiamo preferito uscire e mangiare in un localilino vicinissimo alla struttura, ma il menù comunque invitante. Ottimo per famiglie che vogliono fare un weekend per visitare i meravigliosi mercatini di Natale nel centro di Innsbruck. Consigliato. Consiglio per i proprietari: darei una ristrutturata al bagno per farlo più grande avendo ampi spazi.

- Martin (10/5): Super - Lokalita hotela bola super , z izby sú krásne výhľady na okolie. Izba čistá priestranná a na raňajky bol pestrý a postačujúci výber jedál a nápojov. Výborná káva Možno keby bol na izbe čajový servis alebo minibar bolo by to ešte lepšie.

- Ljilja (5/5): - Der Landgasthof liegt schön und bietet grundsätzlich gemütliche Übernachtungsmöglichkeiten. Leider sind die Zimmer sehr hellhörig, sodass man Gespräche aus dem Nachbarzimmer deutlich mitbekommt. Das Thermostat der Badezimmerheizung ist über ein Batteriebetriebene Steuerung zu aktivieren, diese waren leer und es war sehr kalt. In den Gängen ist ein starker „Landluft“-Geruch wahrnehmbar, der etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig ist. Im Saunabereich war zudem Zigarettenrauch zu riechen, was schade ist und nicht zum Erholungscharakter passt. Mit ein paar Verbesserungen in Bezug auf Geruch und Schallschutz könnte der Aufenthalt deutlich angenehmer werden.
- Michaela (9/5): - Pěkný komfortní hotel na krásném místě, pobyt byl příjemný. Postel i přistýlka pohodlná, snídaně velmi dobrá. Do centra města to není autem daleko.
