Quiet neighborhood. - The property was directly across the street from Barraquer and was convenient due to my visual difficulties. The owner contacted me and offered a room that had a privatee bathroom so that I did not have to find my way in the dark at night. Exceptional service and very informative and kind staff!! 🥰🥰 All services were exceptional

• Agustina (10/5): - Excelente propiedad! La ubicación 10 puntos, linda, segura, tranquila y a mano de todos lados. El personal súper atento y amable. Al principio tuvimos un cuarto muy chico y cuando se desocupó uno de mayor tamaño nos cambiaron sin pagar extra, ya q no éramos una pareja sino madre e hija, muy atentos y amables. Súper recomendable todo!

Unfortunately we had unpleasant situation were someone in adjacent room were drying their hair at 1:00 am. Additionally, by default there was no kettle or any tableware in the room - of course when we asked for it host provided us with this basic things but still I think that it should be in room all the time

Lo staff è stato molto disponibile a fornirci indicazioni e a tenere i bagagli in custodia dopo il check out. Ha subito adempiuto alle richieste di cuscino e copertine supplementari. Il bagno è veramente troppo piccolo e senza possibilità di appoggiare indumenti. Però sempre molto pulito.

Todo viejo, deteriorado, el suelo… no entiendo de dónde viene la puntuación de Booking con un 8,4. Lo único que se salva es el chico de recepción que es un encanto y el cuarto de baño que es lo único que es nuevo

• Maria Laura (10/5): - Excelente opción para estar unos días en Barcelona. El barrio es hermoso, tranquilo, seguro. Cerca de varias estaciones de metro y de otros barrios también muy hermosos. El lugar súper limpio. Las camas cómodas. El baño completo y espacioso. También destaco la atención de Rosa y Leonor que han sido muy amables y nos han indicado que hacer por el barrio. La verdad que nada. Todo excelente.

• Зейнеп (8/5): Overall it was nice and the location was great. We loved it. - The managers and admins were very friendly, suggesting places to go and answered all the questions we had. They are super nice. Also the location was great, which was our main focus. It was unexpected for us to know that our private bathroom is located outside of the room. The admin gave us the individual keys for our bathroom but it was uncomfortable to walk every time through corridor (which is linked to the reception) to use bathroom.

• Hannah (8/5): - Ok for a few days stay. Room felt it was a little like a prison cell. Very odd layout as my bathroom was outside of my room. Very clean though. Staff were lovely. Only cons were the poop pipe outside of the window so I could hear everytime someone flushed a toilet about their poop shooting down the pipe and the tv being in Spanish without any subtitles

They bring you to many very important landmarks and metro stations. Neighborhood is awesome! Coffee shops, Mercat Galvany, parks and Diagonal street for shopping and strolling. This area is not full of tourists. We loved hanging out here.

• Marina (10/5): Little Gem! - Delightful little hotel with a homely feel. The hosts are very welcoming and accommodating. Great arty decor which makes it stand out from the usual. The room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Excellent location in the smart, quiet, residential area of the city to the north with shops, buses/trains on the doorstep. Definitely looking forward to staying again. Loved everything about it, nothing to dislike.
