• Lindsay (3/5): Don’t list air conditioning and smart tv as an amenity because none of it works anyway - The asian man in the reception was nice and helpful. We were very disappointed with our stay. One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was because it advertised “air conditioning,” but in reality, we had no control over it. The entire hotel was set to heating mode, and only management could adjust it. Our room was uncomfortably hot at night, we were sweating and couldn’t sleep properly. When we asked if the temperature in our room could be lowered, we were told it wasn’t possible. This felt very misleading, as air conditioning was listed as an amenity, but it was essentially unusable. Additionally, the “smart TV” did not function as expected. It couldn’t connect to the internet, so streaming services like Netflix were not available, which again did not match the description. Overall, the stay did not meet expectations based on what was advertised.

• Oleg (8/5): A tiny hotel, perfect to stay for a night or two. - First of all - location. Despite being situated not in the centre, the hotel is right next to a metro station and the district itself is very charming. You can reach all necessary shops and cafes in a minute. 24/7 Reception is also a big plus. For example, we arrived about 11pm, but were registered without any delays. Quite comfortable bed. Some hotels just put together two single beds claiming they have double, but here was actually a double bed, definitely a plus. A kettle and a small fridge are presented in a room. Not so many minuses for us, as we've stayed there only for two nights and were in the hotel only to sleep. However, definitely a minus - lack of soundproof. You literally hear everything around you. No parking place. We travelled without a car, but for some people that might be an obstacle. Very tiny lift (two people maximum) and steep stairs, so for some people that might be a challenge to get upstairs. All in all, I'd say a very good option if you travel for one-two nights alone or with a partner.

But I could recommend to use only public transport in the dark time even it takes 40 minutes walking from Eiffel Tower to hotel.

• Zulay (8/5): Confortable - Me gustó que los del personal trataban de comunicarse con nosotros de alguna forma, todos muy amables, limpio, me gustó la ubicación (bien conectado de transporte), autobús, metro y la tranquilidad. Lugares para comer, supermercado, panadería. Me volvería a quedar allí. Recomiendo esa pizzería, se encuentra cerca del hotel en vía principal Bolsa para botar basura o un cesto pequeño en la habitación
