- Ben (9/5): - The best part for me was the early check in which was kindly permitted. After a long journey and 7am arrival at London, it takes no effort to imagine how tired I was, so an early check in was a Godsend for me. Otherwise several hours of walking around somewhat aimlessly, could have been on the table so I appreciate that a lot. As for the accomodation itself, I'm not gonna pretend that I haven't been in bigger, more soundproof rooms for the same price, but considering it's close to central London, I'll allow it a greater margin of error and focus on it been a nice tidy clean room, clean en suite, well maintained. It has my recommendation. The only two honest criticisms would be the size of the room for the price and the expected poor sound proofing. Again, this is close to central London and some will think I'm paying for that alone, I acknowledge that point of view, but it's not my point of view as a northerner who has usually had more space for the price.
But look, I'm comparing bananas and oranges here, which isn't what I want you to take away from this review. But instead, let me tell you it's a nice, clean room with a clean modern environment suite bathroom with superb hosts that have my highest endorsement for allowing me the early check in. Also brilliant location, beautiful area

- Sophie (8/5): Had a great time and was very comfortable - I really loved the area and felt very safe. The facilities were amazing and the bathroom was extremely clean. The walls are very thin and I’m aware this could be unavoidable but you could hear almost everything the person next door was doing such as using the sink or putting something down.

- Nicoló (9/5): - It was in a really quiet area, it was clean and i really liked the check in and check out system Maybe a bit small, but it was ok
- Alan (8/5): - Good location, clean, and easy to access

- Deanna (10/5): Nice property and great stay - Clean and well kept room and ensuite. Not too long a walk from the forum if you are here for a concert and also close to both bus and UG stations. If im going back i would definitely go here again! For the price this was a great stay!
- Ottewell (6/5): Dirty Walls - Location is great, the sheets, towels and bathroom were clean. The walls, fixtures and fittings were not. There was human material smeared up the walls which the bed was pushed up against so I was glad I was sleeping on my own and didn't have to go near it. It needs a good dusting and a strong lick of paint. It didn't smell very fresh and the window was also dirty.

- Sterre (8/5): - Contact with the host was perfect, a good location as well. The room truly is cozy.
6. De kamer is bizar klein.
- roberta (8/5): - Posizione, pulizia Camera effettivamente un pochino piccola
- Marie (3/5): Safe, secure - The building and room was safe and secure and the bed was comfortable Room and bathroom was dirty, tv remote didn't work, rip in duvet cover, staff asleep in kitchen with head on work top. Did not move and had trouble getting to condiments and bin due to her being in the way.
However I contacted owner and sent photos so they can address my concerns. They was very quick to respond. Awaiting response.
- Simon (4/5): Disappointing - Bed was comfy
Shower worked Trying to get in
- Shaun (9/5): Good value, good location and clean. - Small but perfect for what we required which was a safe, clean comfy bed for the night. Good location and seemless entry. Fire alarm activated by Basement Room 3 at 7am on 11/05 was not a great way to wake up but that was not the hosts fault we suspect there was a person vaping that triggered it.
- Fevzi (5/5): Passable -
- Similoluwa (8/5): Very good -
- Tasmin (6/5): Ideal place for a one night stay - It is only a short walk to the tube station and o2 Kentish Town so ideal place to stay if you're watching a show there. The building is very secure with key code access. We didn't use the kitchen but facilities there if you wish to cook. The host was very quick to reply when we needed help. Unfortunately when we turned up at check in time our room had not been cleaned after the last guest. We had a quick reply from the host and a cleaner was on site to sort this out but we did have to wait about 40 minutes for our room to be ready. The room did need redecorating as there are marks on the walls and it's is very small but ideal for a one night stay.
- Daniel (4/5): An ok stay - The bed was comfy the kitchen was nice and the manager seemed really nice even though I didn't meet them in person. The room wasn't that clean it needs redecorating and the walls are not that thick we could hear the next room until 1am.
- Jaa15 (4/5): Would not recommend. - Not much Very small room, could barely get around the bed let alone put in a bag and open it. Not suitable for a couple.
Bed was very small and uncomfortable.
Bathroom wasn't cleaned well. Some mould and grime etc present around shower and toilet.
Due to converted flat, was very noisy when others walked around upstairs or entered the hotel. Window couldn't be locked.
- Ivonne (10/5): comfortable - It's the second time we've stayed here. It's a nice location, the place is clean, comfortable. We'll definitely come back ❤️ All good!
- Thi (8/5): Very good - It's clean and cozy. The window view of the garden in my room is nice. No kettle to boil water. I always like to have some warm water before sleep.
- Stella (7/5): Good - The rooms are tiny, and you can hardly get in there. Also, the kitchen wasn't very well stocked. There were no disposable coffee cups on the second day. We had to reuse them
- Kev (9/5): Superb - The bed was very comfortable! The facilities were good and cleanliness was excellent. Keypads are a bit awkward but it's really such a minor. thing
- Jasmine (10/5): We enjoyed our stay but there was not enough space to move around the room freely. - Working WiFi. There was a tv. Easy check-in. It was too cramped.
- Karam (5/5): Passable -
- Jemimah (7/5): Comfortable and quiet - Comfy bed
- Arina (10/5): Exceptional -
- Irfan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Aaliya (7/5): Clean and comfortable - The accommodation offers very convenient access to the tube and features a clean environment with a large bed. The shared kitchen is also very helpful and well-maintained. The room was extremely small, as a solo traveler I didn’t mind the size restrictions but I couldn’t have more then one person in that space.
- Callens (7/5): Good - The price is very affordable by London standards. The Hotel is located in a beautiful and quiet residential neighborhood. The check-in and out was very smooth. The room was very small, and the walls paper thin. This is probably the kind of downside you can expect at this price in London. Luckily there were no noisy guests during our stay.
The one thing that really bothered us, was the disposable kitchen equipment: only wooden cutlery, and cardboard mugs. We were planning to have our breakfasts at the hotel. But we found eating cereal or yoghurt with a wooden spoon very unpleasant. We ended up buying metal spoons.
- Emma (7/5): Good - Good location, comfy bed, would go again Dead bugs on floor and pubes in bathroom and you couldn't regulate the temperature in the room
- Egle (8/5): Happy, good stay, would recommend, clean place with everything you need for a short stay . - Everything was lovely. Small room but all clean, nice bathroom, window to the back garden. Comfortable bed, clean sheets, kitchen was close to the room, clean. Happy stay over all. Bus stop close by to go to center. Some one set fire alarm on but its guest problem not property. over all very happy with the stay.
- Breda (10/5): Exceptional -
- Hayley (8/5): Very good - Location was good for access to venues and public transport. Room was very small
- Kimberley (9/5): Great for what we needed. Would stay again. - Clean, comfortable, nearby tube station and close to the 02 academy about 15minute walk which was perfect for what we needed. Private bathroom with the room. Nice big shared kitchen. It was a bit small to manoeuvre in the room but it did the job.
- Francis (8/5): Happy overall - Quiet neighbourhood Wooden cutlery
- Kuvek (9/5): Superb -
- Mariami (10/5): Exceptional - I enjoyed staying there. Thank you!
- Ayse (8/5): Very good - The room and the hotel was very clean. Location is also great and quiet Checkin was not easy and they forgot the send me the door code. I needed to wait. In addition, when I asked how can I go there they suggested me to take taxi, it was not a useful information at all
- Carolina (5/5): Passable - Lock system in the rooms (we had a big trouble with that)
- Hayley (8/5): Very good - Location, very clean, quiet, great kitchen The rooms are exceptionally small for 2 people
- Kate (7/5): Good, clean would stay again - Keyless entry and phone number for emergency good size en-suite heating control in room well presented lovely building communal areas spotless Bed smaller than I thought and no tea or coffee making facilities in room although are provided in communal kitchen on each floor. Our en-suite was lovely and clean but smelt of drain.
- Nig (8/5): Very good -
- Greta (7/5): Good -
- Godelief (7/5): Fine accomodation for short stay - The room is clean and it is nice you can use a kitchen. The room is small and the location is a bit further from a good tube station.
- Lis (9/5): I recommend - Everything was perfectly clean and organized. The kitchen has facilities for you to cook. Access to the hotel via codes was very good because you don't need to carry keys. The room is very small and so is the bed. But, we had a good night's sleep.
- Ismaila (9/5): Superb -
- Anonymous (9/5): Superb - Brilliant location, very clean and comfortable, excellent value for money given the convenience of the location.
- Hruzic (8/5): Nice room with perfect location - Nice clean room with bathroom and all what u need. Nice kithcehn with all things what u need for cook.
The placce is alocated very close to underground by 5-7 min walk. They can change towels and bedclotehs during stay. I stay 8days there and will be nice to have once clean. Also towels will be good to change for this time
- Dewi (9/5): Superb - I really liked the area, it was nice and quiet.
Check-in was very easy, the staff was nice and quickly answered to messages.
There is a kitchen for every floor, quite useful for breakfast and cooking easy meals if needed.
The room was clean.
- Divan (7/5): Small room in quiet area - The place is located not too far from the Northern Underground Line, which made getting around easy. The shared kitchen facilities were nice and clean. The room is a little smaller than you would expect from the photos. Our room had a broken blind and the television wasn't working, neither of which were sorted out during our stay. We had to go and get cutlery from the other kitchen areas. The washing machine on our floor wasn't working.
- Mia (8/5): Functionable room which is perfect for a short stay. - Location was brilliant for emirates stadium . Room was clean and access was straight forward . Owner was prompt in giving details of codes and happy to help . Room was on the small side .
- Debra (8/5): Very good -
- Roberto (9/5): Superb -
- Simo (6/5): Pleasant -
- Anonymous (9/5): very easy to book, great room and facilities, host kept us informed all the way. would definitely recommend. - very clean, good facilities, great kitchen and lovely that tea and coffee making facilities were provided. our window blind was broken so we couldn’t open the blind and open the window.
- Patricia (8/5): Very good - The location seems rather safe, like rezidential area for families. It was quiet and cosy.
There were foxes in the area during the night, but they were not aggressive and we enjoyed seing them. The host is not flexible at all. We had to walk around with our luggage for many hours as an earlier check in was not available. We arrived 2 mins earlier than the check in time and the access code did not work until the exact check in hour.
The window does not lock and has handles on the outside so at anytime someone could climb in as the room was on ground floor.
There was a green emergency light on all night and it kind of bothered us.
- Julieg (9/5): Superb -
- Jimmy (10/5): Exceptional -
- Deborah (7/5): Good - Good, strategic location. Pleasant area. Very comfortable bed. Everything was very clean. Good wardrobe space for a short stay. Fairly quiet room. Beautiful bathroom. Very small room. There was some kind of green security light on the ceiling which illuminated the room at night making it very difficult to sleep. There were no shelves near the bed to put your things on - only 3 boxes that were far too high up to be of practical use. No hooks for clothes or towels in the bathroom. Wanted to use the oven to heat something up but it didn't work. Couldn't lock the window.
- Luthfi (9/5): Superb -
- Rhonda (5/5): Passable - There was a security light on the ceiling that kept me awake all night.
- Taila (8/5): Very good - Nice bed, Nice location The room is too small. Imposible to work from there
- Rose (7/5): Very good, except the cutlery facilities - The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was perfect There was no cutlery so we struggled to eat using the kitchen facilities. The wifi was confusing to join but then we great.
- Dominique (10/5): I would recommend and stay again for such a great price. - The property is not far at all from Tufnell Park tube making access around London super easy. We stayed for a gig at the 02 Forum in Kentish Town which was only one stop on the tube so was a great location for that. Check-in and Out was super easy, you are provided with a code to get in the property and the room your staying in prior to your arrival. There is also access to call someone if you get stuck at all. The rooms are small but it’s what we expected and still perfect to get your head down at the end of a gig or a busy day around the city, they were clean and well presented. We had everything we required.
- Danielle (10/5): great value for money - Great location for the Emirates stadium and Tufnell Park station, quiet considering how close we were to other people, comfortable bed and clean. perfect for what we wanted. easy check in and access to the property. small room but this really didn’t matter as we were only staying there short term! it had everything we needed!
- Carla (10/5): We had a pleasant and quiet stay, the location was very calm and easy to access, close to the train and bus station. We - He liked the comfort and practicality of the simple and easy accommodation
- Christy (8/5): Very good -
