- Derek (9/5): Lovely hotel in a beautiful city, but just a little far from the historic city centre. - The room was lovely with a view of the garden. Our room had its own small terrace connected to the main one. Glad we paid extra for that. Breakfast buffet was excellent with many different choices of food. Even though the hotel is a little out from the historic centre buses are frequent and cheap. It is even walkable, about 40 minutes from Piazza San Marco. Bathroom was on the small side but was very clean and functional. Only problem was the hair dryer on the wall, would prefer a standard dryer. Unfortunately the bar in the garden was closed, not sure if it will be open when the weather is hotter.

- Andrea (6/5): - The reception staff were very helpful. The fit out and aesthetic of the hotel is lovely. The room was very small and the shower and bathroom was difficult to manoeuvre. The bar onsite must not open until peak season / summer which was a shame. Was advised of breakfast starting at 7.30am but it didn’t until 8am. Ground floor room by reception could be quite noisy at times.

Abbiamo usufruito del parcheggio dell'hotel. Molto comodi i mezzi pubblici per il centro storico. Quartiere sicuro. La camera 2 si trova nella hall, quindi penalizzata perché si sentivano i colloqui dello staff con gli ospiti. Tuttavia non si sono sentiti rumori di notte.

La struttura è molto bella e accogliente Il personale molto gentile e disponibile. Se avremo un altro concerto ci torneremo L'unica pecca (ma nulla di tragico) è che avevamo la camera al piano della colazione e la mattina certe signore che preparavano erano un po' rumorose.

- Aisha (10/5): Gorgeous, bijou hotel that exceeded our expectations. - It’s a stunning little jewel of a hotel in a quiet street within walking distance of the centre (about 30 mins so we walked every day). Breakfast was more than adequate (they had dairy milk alternatives and took the trouble to bake me a couple of vegan pastries every morning) and coffee was very good. The interior is beautiful and they have the most gorgeous patio/garden. We arrived after reception was closed but instructions were emailed to us and all information and key were left for us. I would definitely stay here again. Honestly can’t think of anything.

One of the highlights is the beautiful inner courtyard, which is thoughtfully designed with plenty of lounge chairs. It creates a quiet, secluded atmosphere where you can truly relax and escape the noise and traffic outside. The room was very clean and well-maintained, with everything you might need provided. It felt comfortable and well-organized rather than cramped. Breakfast was another pleasant surprise. It was carefully curated with a good variety of options, and everything tasted fresh and delicious. It’s a perfect example of “small but refined.” All in all, this hotel offers a cozy and high-quality experience, staffs are nice and helpful. If I return to Florence in the future, I would definitely choose to stay here again.

Staff is pleasant and engaging, the room was quiet, comfy bed, great air conditioning and spotless. 3 star hotel rating is due to lack of an elevator, mostly. If you pack light and can carry upstairs stay here!

Tuvimos suerte con el precio, porque estaba muy reducido. Recomendable para personas que alquilan carro para movilizarse. Está muy alejado del centro y el transporte público no es óptimo. Nos tuvimos que movilizar con aplicativos o taxi. Podríamos haber pagado entonces un hotel más caro pero más cerca de la ciudad.

- Kate (9/5): Lovely base to explore beautiful city - We chose this hotel because of the location- 5 mins from football stadium. But it is also a very nice neighbourhood and easy to get into centre by bus. We had a lovely room with little patio which was great. Staff were very helpful and breakfast was very good too. Minor thing but bathroom is very small.

Nonostante fosse al piano terra, non abbiamo sentito alcun rumore e abbiamo dormito benissimo. La camera era sufficientemente spaziosa e anche il bagno era molto bello e funzionale. La colazione è molto buona e con un'ampia scelta di prodotti, il caffé viene fatto da loro al momento, non dalla macchinetta (che non è così scontato). Menzione speciale per lo staff, sono stati molto cordiali e ci hanno supportato in tutto, anche nelle indicazioni per il parcheggio in centro. Peccato non aver potuto godere dello spazio esterno, torneremo assolutamente per scoprire il lounge bar.

- Camille (10/5): Exceptionnel - Un havre de paix, un peu excentrée du centre ville, soit vous marchez 30 mn pour atteindre le centre ville, soit vous prenez un bus très proche. C'est un petit hôtel avec un personnel très gentil et serviable. La chambre était impeccable, la literie excellente ! Je recommande
