- Verified traveler (6/5): 벽걸이 송풍형 히터 송풍구 안내문 부탁해요. 먼지가 잔뜩인 줄 착각했어요. - 1월8일 밤에 체크인 했는데 워낙 저렴한 숙소이다보니 위생이 조금 걱정되었어요.그런데 송풍형 벽걸이 히터 송풍구에 먼지가 5mm두께로 쌓인 걸로 보여서 역시나... 하고 밤에 히터를 틀지 못했어요. 다음날 아침 프론트에 물어보니 패드 Felt 붙인 거라더군요. 일본사람들 세세한 것 신경 잘 써주는데 "먼지가 아니고 Felt 패드입니다"라고 그 앞에 붙여주시면 참 좋겠어요.

- Yuka (10/5): - 初めての大阪遠征で価格が安かったこちらのホテルに宿泊させて貰いました。 客室自体古い感じはありますが、 寝泊まりするには十分かなと！ ただ、隣の部屋の声がめっちゃ聞こえますw カーテンの開ける音、喋り声が丸聞こえで 気になる方はおすすめ出来ません！ ちょっと歩けばドンキや食事処があって 忘れ物しても困らないし食べ物にも困りません！ 有名な道頓堀(グリコの看板)も近くにあるので とっても便利なホテルです！ また大阪来た時には利用します！

- sthabouthenry (8/5): Good location - Hotel location is great, few blocks away from Dotonbori. Room is ok, we booked a 4 beds room, everything was fine. The elevator on the ground floor will close, so for check in later than 12 may have to carry the luggages upstairs. Hotel parking is limited.

- Siti (4/5): Disappointing - The hotel's location is good, it was easy to find restaurants and convenience stores. The room is smaller than I expected, based on the pictures. However, it is still acceptable considering the typical Japanese hotel. The bathroom, on the other hand, was quite smelly, and we heard a lot of bad sounds at night.

- sugees (8/5): Too compact and typical japanese size of hotel;) - Location of hotel was good. Very close to Dotonbori river, just 5 minutes walk to shopping areas and 10 minutes walk to Osaka Namba station. The size of the room was pathetic. Too small and no space to move around and no place for storage. But thats the standard style of Japanese mid range hotels space availability. So we accepted it.

- Verified traveler (4/5): - Unfortunately, out of all my visits and stays in Japan, this was the most disappointing place. I have travelled Japan a few times in the past, so I thought I was pretty ready for small rooms and bathrooms but this was beyond that. But the size wasn’t really an issue when I found trashes on the floor that previous guests left behind. Obviously, the room wasn’t cleaned. There were clothing tags and plastics on the floor and in a bin. As I dropped my belonging which went under a bed, I had to look under it (wasn’t a good idea) and saw various stuff there including a sock. We were so tired and it was really late when we checked in, so didn’t ask for the room changed anything. Instead we mentioned all this to the receptionist next morning when we were checking out and their manager came out and apologised sincerely (I felt that way anyways). It was nice of him doing that though, I won’t stay again.

- Leung (8/5): Worth the price - The WiFi signal inside the room was extremely poor, and often interrupted. The staff was generally friendly. The location was excellent, just a few minute walk from the shopping streets and 15 minute walk to Namba, the core of the city.

- Hsiaowen (8/5): 會考慮再入住。 - 住的房間實在是很小，兩個行李箱貼著門口，走道很小，從長崛橋站到飯店拖行李不要走7號出口，有行李走2號（還是1號有點忘記）有手扶梯上來，遠遠看有candeo飯店招牌的方向走，大阪富士屋就在隔壁。附近逛街吃飯超方便，附近有間24小時營業超市和便利店，樓下有咖啡店。

- SH (8/5): - It was very comfortable when I walked downtown with my child and came to the hotel. It was also convenient to travel to the deer park in Nara because it was close to the Kintetsu line. There was a convenience store opposite and next to it. As I reserved the remaining rooms of Golden Week, I reserved two nights for another type of room. I was stay in the same room for four nights. I was very happy to even provide early check-in service. There are also employees who can korean speak.
- ewsim (10/5): Very Good - Clean room, Nice hotel location, just walk about 10 minutes to Glico sign. Easy to find food around the hotel . Good service, we left our room key at the door. They keep it and left memo in front of our room. And i have reservation with my dad's name and they still welcome us to check in. And last, They Have Good facilities, especially they have luggage scale. Thanks.

Do not offer help to maks local call to make restaurant reservations due to hotel policy, guests have to make local call by themselves even you can't speak Japanese, the hotel staff will not help you! (Also, hotel can charge you for making local calls in your room) 2/booked for non-smoking room but gave you a smoking room instead 3/No daily room cleaning service!!! (this is ridiculous and unacceptable!!) I booked through online travel agents and the hotel said we are in the 'Eco plan', so they only replace towels and empty trash bins..(but it did not mention 'Eco plan' at all in the check in voucher or in the booking details) We were not informed with such 'Eco plan' info when we checked in until we found out our bed was still untidied when back to the room! There are many more choices (better too) in the same area with affordable price, do not stay in this hotel unless you are looking for an unpleasant hotel experience. This hotel is way below usual Japanese service standard!!
