- Pablo (10/5): - Ubicación y diseño Baño un poco apretado
- Silvia (10/5): Great Location, clean and great for uber taxi pick up room size is good - Location and overall experience
- Bill (10/5): - It's a unique place to stay.
Easy to get to other places
Vibrant street life area
Staff are amazing Not much not to like.
- Xun Lin (8/5): Excellent and would return! - The size of the room was cosy appropriate for 2 people intending to spend their whole day outside! There was air conditioning that was a little eccentric in terms of control but otherwise did its job. Bathroom was clean with the shower and toilet separate! Decor was uber cute and French and bed was comfortable! Location was surrounded by great restaurants and vibe was wonderful! Shampoo / body soap was from a general dispenser (we bought our own and didn't use it), air conditioning turned off mid-way through the day (or could have been centrally controlled while we were out), and was suddenly very cold in the middle of the night (blanket was very thin). Being above a restaurant, people were out until midnight or so and it was sometimes a little loud / noisy even if the window is closed.
- Bernd (10/5): -
- Dawn (9/5): Great place to stay in Le Marais - It’s quirky and artsy and in an excellent location We didn’t mind, but street noise might be an issue for some people.
- Kathryn (9/5): The location makes this hotel so worth it. Straight onto the steps of fabulous restaurants and shopping. Most important - Location was fabulous. Staff were lovely and so accommodating - especially Theo. It was also in a never safe and clean neighbourhood Bed could maybe be a touch more comfy and potentially an air con or fan could be a nice touch.
- Emily (10/5): - Beautiful rooms, lovely view over the courtyard
- Zalinov (9/5): - Location is perfect Not able to use elevator all the time - just for carrying luggage
- Sylvia (8/5): -
- Julie (8/5): - Location and price.
Modern (like new!) bathroom w/ shower
Bonus: lovely street view overlooking church! Nothing not to like if you like small older style accommodations.
- Nick (9/5): Wonderful atmosphere and the best location you could ask for in Paris. - Beautiful decor and atmosphere. The staff was very friendly. You simply could not ask for a better location in Paris.
- Howard (2/5): I like the location. I can’t say anything else. Good about the property. - Only the location There were no tissues in the room, no shampoo in the room. It was very small and one of the two ladies at the front desk was arrogant and not very nice.
- Gloria (10/5): I totally enjoyed it ! - The location on Rue Rivoli and being in the heart of Le Marais was just perfect! Morning coffee was only steps away!
The decor could be a bit much for some but I loved the color and eclecticness of it…so charming.
Close to Metro as well. It’s an older hotel but clean and kept well. Elevator does not go to the main floor ( unless staff key it for luggage) so you always have 1 level to climb up and dos .
- Marc (7/5): -
- Frédéric (7/5): -
- Deborah (8/5): - The location is amazing. The rooms clean and sufficient for a short stay. No drawers, dresser, shelves or place to unpack anything that didn't hang.
- Edward (10/5): Magnifique - Very friendly staff - excellent location
- lee (9/5): -
- Matti (8/5): -
- Elizabeth (10/5): Wonderful cozy room - Wonderful cozy room with a fantastic view. Great location.
- Schneider (8/5): Lovely - Love the old French artsy decor. Clean and Quaint place in a great location. Nice daytime staff Wish room was a little bigger
- Smriti (10/5): Full of charm and character. - We had a charming balcony room on the 5th floor with a lovely view. The decor was chic and full of character, the bathroom was spotless and the water was hot. When we were drenched by a downpour the concierge provided a powerful hairdryer so we could dry off and when requested we were given a jug of fresh milk and extra teabags and mugs for our room. Couldn’t have asked for a more pleasant place to stay on a super fun, delightful stay in Paris. Nothing
- Desmond (2/5): -
- Joel (8/5): - Great location
- Rossana (8/5): - The location was close to transportation & many attractions Lack of outlet in the bathroom to style hair

- Charlotte (8/5): - Location was great - lovely and lively little area and easy walking distance to shopping and louvre etc.
Decor was wonderful, very french and uplifting. Air conditioning unit was pretty loud but otherwise all was very good.
- Jodie (7/5): -
- Olha (9/5): -
- Jan (8/5): - Great location, very near restaurants and shops and short walk to attractions. The stairs
- Melissa (7/5): Very good value for money. If you don’t mind a room with character, this will do you fine - Excellent location. Quite dated but in a chic way
- LeeAnn (10/5): - Great location near the metro and a fun/ quirky/ vintage "French grandmother's house" feel. Ask for a room overlooking the courtyard- its a pretty view through the trees.
- Morey (9/5): - Really lovely , unique hotel , and great location
- Olivia (10/5): Amazing hotel - Fantastic hotel, location, and the service was impeccable. The view from the balcony is mesmerizing.
- Nis Randers (10/5): Mehr Paris geht nicht! - Paris mitten in Paris.

- Moss (10/5): - The hotel room was beautiful and clean. The view was absolutely stunning and the decorations added so much personality to it. The staff were incredibly friendly and the hotel is in a great location. No complains at all
- Victoria (9/5): Excellent central location, beautiful bohemian flavor, very lovely staff, visually striking, and central to action. - Beautiful boutique decor I should have chosen a little quieter location. It’s on a wonderful plaza and great for cafes and shopping, but also for night life- which is not my thing. But if you enjoy the night life, this I’d a perfect spot.
- Sally (7/5): A fun little room with wild wallpaper to match my adventures. - Cute place, a bit old and funky, the way I like things. Staff very nice. Not a terrific bargain—everything is super expensive these days—but I'd happily stay there again.
Breakfast was OK. Not great, OK.
- Florence (9/5): -
- Rob (9/5): Awesome location for shopping, dining, and just being in Paris. - Great location. Staff were friendly.
- Giammarco (9/5): - Posizione centralissima!!
- Ana (10/5): It’s a fantastic deal even if the decor i is not ideal. Who cares with the fantastic location, kind and helpful attitude - The location Is unbeatable. You’re close to everything!
- Christine (7/5): -
- Gauthier (8/5): Idéal. Très bien situé . Moments plaisants - Le charme et l’emplacement Petite sdb
- gianluca (9/5): -
- Jenny (8/5): Sassy hotel in good location - The hotel was very attractive and fun. Our room was on the 5th floor with a balcony. A super view over the city and bustling restaurants below Our room was considerably smaller than expected and the double bed also small.
Was pretty noisy on Sunday evening, not so bad the rest of the week
- Abay (8/5): I enjoyed my stay and I think it was worth mo money. - A very charming little hotel in prime location. Very friendly stuff. Beds were not super comfortable, but then again who sleeps in Paris?
- Leslie (9/5): Another enjoyable stay at the Hotel de Nice - The decor -- imaginative, bohemian style, especially the fanciful and beautiful wallpaper. Location is adjacent to a square with an assortment of lively cafes and restaurants. The reception staff were extremely welcoming.
- Mark (8/5): We love the location of this hotel! - We had not visited this hotel since 1984 and it has certainly gone more upscale, adding an elevator and en suite in every room. We enjoyed visiting again. Belle Epoque atmosphere is really nice. GREAT location. It felt a bit sparse for the cost. 2 pillows, just soap in bathroom.
- Grow (10/5): - Friendly staff, great decor, nice room. Only one working outlet in the room/bathroom
- Linda (8/5): Really nice hotel. Would stay again. - In perfect position for visiting all the sights in Paris. Bars and restaurants just outside the hotel. Very clean, comfortable and fantastic staff. Our room wasn’t very big for two people but we weren’t in it for long anyway. Great view of the street from our window. Air conditioning worked fine. The shower was very small, its door opened inwards so you had to squeeze yourself in 😆. Neither myself or my husband are large either.
- Liliya (8/5): - Location couldn't be better The room with 2 beds was small and narrow.
The breakfast wasn't worth 12 euros at all
- Michelle (5/5): Good location, but disappointing for the price we paid - Great location physically in the city - easy to get the metro and great restaurants and shopping all within immediate walking distance. Literally you're on top of restaurants. We got lucky with a balcony in the room and were able to open the windows to get some fresh air. Pretty poor quality for what I expected at the price we paid. First, the guy who checked us in was not friendly at all, actually seemed quite put out by checking us in, and when we saw him and greeted him at other times he didn't even respond to us (and yes, we were speaking French). Second, this is not the fault of the hotel, but I wish I'd known that we would be directly on top of a restaurant and VERY busy area with tons of restaurants and bars. To add to the noise, the trash collectors came each morning around 4 or 5am to empty dumpsters which was incredibly loud and disruptive. Third, the beds were somewhat stiff and the sheets were clean, but very old and worn. The bathroom was quite possibly the most uncomfortable one I've experienced in all of Europe. I am a small person (5ft tall, 120lbs) and I couldn't wash my hair or body without banging my elbows into the walls. Overall, disappointing for what we paid.

- Agapi (6/5): Great location - The hotel is in great location next to bars, cafes and nice restaurants where you could have dinner very late at night. The room was tiny. We could move … I would light recommend the visitors to check very carefully the size of the room before you book it
- P (10/5): - Les portes bleues. La télévision est trop petite pour moi .
- Meredith (10/5): Fabulous place to stay in a fantastic area of Paris. - I loved the charm and the quirkiness. It was also super clean and perfect location.
Lots of cafes and boulangeries close by. Lots of great shops and boutiques.
Only ever half an hour walk from many of the best locations in Paris Nothing
- MAGDALENA (10/5): -
- Alma (10/5): -
- Alice (8/5): Central, fun and perfect for a short Paris experience - The location was great, I travelled with my young daughter and felt safe in the room. It was clean and the staff were welcoming. We loved the decor. The bed wasn't enormously comfortable and the complimentary tea set could have been nicer with cups rather than paper cups and sticks
- Tea (10/5): -
- Holly (9/5): Excellent location. - Location was perfect. We were near all the major train and bus routes and walking distance to Notre Dame, the Louvre, and others. There was always plenty to walk around and see. The area was great, busy without being noisy or crowded, and always felt safe. There were unlimited food, coffee, or snack choices around. The room was cute; we enjoyed the windows and the balcony. We slept with the window open. The bed was okay, not overly comfortable. The bathroom was well updated. Staff was standoffish and the bed wasn't comfortable. We were charged a large tourist fee when we arrived and were forced to pay it. I would have liked the bed to have a comfortable topper and a fluffy comforter/duvet with more pillows.
- Gwendolyn (8/5): We had a wonderful time and would love to stay at this hotel on our future trips to Paris - Location was great, walkable to some sights, Metro was only 2 blocks away. Many cafes and places to eat nearby. We had a good size room with private bath and a small balcony facing Rue Rivoli. Staff is very helpful. Elevator is tiny, but then it is an old building. Noisy at night, our room was above a popular cafe. No fridge. Bathroom amenities only come with pump liquid soap and body wash.
- Sarah (10/5): - Great location, clean, nicely decorated!
- Anna (1/5): The management are Crooks. - We like the location. The management swindled us out of $600 and even after communicating they did not care at all. Unfriendly staff, we will certainly not be going back.
- Keir Careccio (10/5): great location, friendly helpful staff, Great hot water - loved the interior decoration nothing really
- Andreas (10/5): -
- MANUEL ANTONIO (8/5): -
- PIERRE (7/5): -
- Kelly (9/5): Lovely little boutique hotel. - Our room was so cute.
The location was great. Unfortunately the hair dryer didn’t work.
- Jessica (8/5): Worth it!! - We loved the location & the vibe!!! It was retro & we loved it!! 😊 Beds were cozy & check in was smooth & staff was friendly! The hot water never really got hot but we were only there for one night & a place to crash!! Rooms are small & cozy!
- Morten (6/5): -
Inget
- Ryszard (8/5): Na krótki pobyt ok - Lokalizacja Wejście do hotelu
- Terry (8/5): A great stop to rest before heading to Dijon - Charming and great location
- Kontio (4/5): -
- Kelci (10/5): Absolutely lovely! - I absolutely loved the view from our room! It was the most perfect way to celebrate my birthday! Plus the staff were very friendly! Nothing
- Marije (8/5): Prima hotel op geweldige locatie - Top locatie, nette kamer
On s'y sent bien.
- Stephen (8/5): -
- Jeanine (10/5): Best location to stay as it was very easy to get to the metro, shopping, historical sights, dining and cafe’s. The room - Location is perfect and easy to get around Paris from the hotel. There is a metro stop right down the street. I loved the way this hotel is decorated because it was unique and extremely comfortable. I felt very at home. I would come back and my sister had been here previously and had all good things to say about her stay as well.
- manon (8/5): - Très bien positionné
Décoration atypique mais très Chouette
- Grady (7/5): -
- Amanda (6/5): Lots of character and authentic Paris experience in a "cozy" hotel - The location is good with lots of food and the Notre-Dame nearby. Staff were friendly and the "vibe" was very beautiful with a personality that's lacking in so many hotels nowadays. The room could use a dusting and the shower was the smallest I've ever seen in a hotel.
