Martinsson (7/5): Nice residence in Prague - Plenty of space for a family of four. Easy check in and they put out the bedsofa for the kids in the living room. No where to sit when watching TV. The porcelain was not clean and there was an old plant with dead leaves hanging, the first thing you see when you come in. Every night you heard sirens from police or ambulance. Other than that, I can recommend this residence. Clean tables, clean bed, fresh towels, etc. No where to sit when watching TV. Struttura bella e curata, Stanza molto ampia dotata anche di lavatrice, microonde e bollitore. Comodissimo check in automatico. Consigliata!!

Есть чай, кофе, сливки, сахар, чайник и холодильник (маленький) Чистая и просторная ванная, есть фен. Ежедневная уборка номера. Вид на стройку. Нужно было самостоятельно вводить кучу данных чтобы получить свою карточку к номеру. Не совсем удобная штука

Νίκος Χατζόπουλος (8/5): - Πολύ όμορφο λοφτ, μεζονέτα, σε ένα πανέμορφο κτήριο. Η τοποθεσία εξαιρετική για καθημερινές εξορμήσεις προς το κέντρο. Πολύ ζεστό (ίσως και περισσότερο απ όσο χρειαζόταν για Απρίλη). Διαφορά χρήσιμα καταστήματα κοντά (πχ σουπερμάρκετ, street food, φούρνος για πρωινό) Αρκετά καλά οργανωμένη κουζίνα. Άνετο κρεβάτι. Πολλή συχνή καθαριότητα. Πολύ κακή επικοινωνία με το κατάλυμα, αν χρειαστείς κάτι (δεν πήραμε ποτέ απάντηση όταν ζητήσαμε πιστολάκι, το οποίο αναφερόταν στις παροχές αλλά δεν υπήρξε ποτέ). Οι φωτογραφίες που φαίνονται για το διαμέρισμα είναι πριν χωριστεί με το ακριβώς δίπλα κάτι που μπορεί να μπερδέψει και θα έπρεπε να διορθωθεί από τους διαχειριστές (πχ φαίνονται 2 υπνοδωμάτια και 2 μπάνια). Σαν οικογένεια με μωρό θα θέλαμε κάποια παραπάνω σκεύη στην κουζίνα.

Quite noisy if you get a room with a street view, even through the closed windows we heard sirens 🚨 from a busy street. Could be more light, the room is quite dark even with all lights on.

Nanxi (10/5): Amazing location and room!! Will definitely come again :) - Great location. Located super close to transport and the underground Metro station. Room was clean, comfortable and so spacious. Excellent view from the big windows, bathroom was also big and well equipped. Room service everyday was also done exceptionally. Super quiet and came equipped everything needed for a short-term stay - fridge, microwave, kettle, TV. Staff also super helpful and very responsive!! No reception on weekends but staff responsive on WhatsApp.

La balcon n'est pas bien aménagé et donne sur un chantier. Meubles vieux aussi, une table qui pourrait servir de bureau ou pour manger serait plus pratique qu'une commode par exemple. Peu de pression à la douche (pas très agréable du coup)

Chceli sme izbu s balkónom.To síce splnené bolo len žiaľ sa na m naskytol výhľad na stavenisko plne robotníkov,ktorí pracovali od rana.Chapeme že za to ubytovatel nemôže a je to len dočasný problém.

Giorgia (8/5): Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo - La pulizia all'arrivo, letto comodo, camera grande e confortevole. Ottima posizione per girare a piedi e ben servita con mezzi di trasporto. In generale, lo consiglio per soggiorni brevi. Mancano dei dettagli che renderebbero la camera migliore, ma per qualche giorno ha un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Non particolarmente reattivi al numero di telefono in assenza di staff alla reception. Camera riordinata ma non pulita quotidianamente. In generale, delle piccolezze che non influiscono sulla qualità generale del soggiorno ma che mi impediscono di dare un voto piu alto: mancano dei piccoli dettagli come ad esempio offrire acqua (c'è un frigobar nella stanza ma vuoto), il bollitore era sporco, non c'era il porta saponetta in bagno (sarebbe stato utile per non sporcare il lavandino visto che non viene pulito ogni giorno).

Dominika (9/5): - The location is excellent. Practically in the city center, and near tram and subway station. The building is magnificent, and the kiosk check-in is easy and convenient. The rooms were clean and furnished very nicely. Somenpieces of furniture were antique, which was a very nice touch. There was plenty of storage spaces, even the built-in shoe cabinets. It was hot. I mean, that can be an advantqge if you always feel chilly, but we had to turn down the heating completely and open the windows and yet it was still around 25 degrees (it was February).

Taranzová (9/5): - Útulný mini pokojík, mini lednička a konvice na pokoji, káva, čaj, balkon. Velmi oceňuji, že check-in a check-out si děláte sami. Je to rychlé, pohodlné a po celém náročném dni nemusíte komunikovat s nikým na recepci. Residence ještě den předem napsala doplňující údaje na WhatsApp. Doporučuji.
