Y ante la duda de si habría ruido por la noche, por lo menos en la fecha que hemos estado, ningún ruido. Por nombrar algo, los armarios ya muestran años de uso.

• Ivana (8/5): - Ide o malý apartmán blízko Orloja. Vybavenie bolo na dva dni postačujúce, na dlhší pobyt by mi tu chýbal šporák alebo aspoň dvojplatnička. Chladnička bola veľmi malá - zmestilo sa tam len pár vecí. Výhľad z okna je priamo na ľudí, ktorí posedávajú v susednom pohostinstve. Televízne stanice boli len v chudzom jazyku a väčšinou islo o spravodajské kanály. V apartmáne mohlo byť čistejšie, postele však boli pohodlné.

Also, this is a VERY SAFE place with electronic front door entry, well lit at the outside door AND key entry to a big strong door into the apartment. • 54jennie (8/5): Birthday Trip for Husband - Arrived at 11pm and followed the instructions given to enter the apartment. The door was a little difficult to open and needed a “knack” to do. Ideally placed for the main square with Christmas market, Wenceslas's Square and the river, shops, bars and restaurants. The apartment was a decent size for 2 adults, very clean , comfortable bed and lots of little extras like shampoo, tea, coffee etc if not a little dark due mainly to the dark furniture. This said it was great value for money and we would definitely stay here again. Con Couldn’t get TV in English ( not really a issue as out most of the time

However, they did not let us know beforehand about any city taxes, and upon check-out when I rang for reception to sort this, there was no reply. Overall though, the apartment was clean and check in instructions were clear.

• Fabrizio (8/5): Pros and cons of a dream come true. - I never stayed in such a beautiful old building, it was like a cloister. Just dreamy. I always wanted to live in a really old house (no less than a century old, and the room was certainly so), I could never afford it but I can as a holiday stay! And in old town Prague, everything is like that! It's perfect. That's btw the reason why I chose it through the site! The picture is great. Prague is the perfect city for those seeking spiritual magical atmosphere in their vacations. If they seek something else, why don't they stay in their own cities? They all offer the same thing. The lack of staff is not a problem, I guess that's how residences work! Sure, when I arrived I kinda got scared, but it worked out. The latch mechanism and the sequent unlocking door movement are a little tough to work, I'd suggest easing them up. One time, late in the evening, it took me at least 10 minutes to get the latching to unlock the door (which is seriously heavy though for security reasons), then push at the right moment. It's a tricky mechanism, someone weaker/slightly older could have serious problems there! But the room was great, comfortable, the heating/air purifier thingamajig was good, and so on... Though I loved the stained glass window beside the bed, with some kind of divine slavic style goddess figure, ppl going upstairs can easily look inside the room! Too bad the room is completely in the darkness the whole day, I guess it's ok, I might ask for a room upstairs, next time!

• Verified traveler (8/5): - Location, Location, Location! This property is just steps away from the main square in Old Town. We were able to walk everywhere, to the Jewish Quarter, the Charles Bridge and the Castle. The room is tighter than it appears in the photos. Not a problem, just really small. The bed was comfortable. Our only complaint is that the room was not serviced over the weekend and we ran out of toilet paper. I always travel with Charmin To Go, so we were ok because of that. The doorknob on the inside of the door kept coming off. Only happened when you were leaving. (No doorknob on the outside of the door, only a key lock.) Be sure to ask how the keys work to get you into the residence so you don't have to keep buzzing the residents upstairs. We also could not get the tv to work. Not really an issue since we didn't spend much time in our room, but I like the tv on for noise when I'm getting ready. All in all, would probably stay there again. It was so convenient to everything and the bed was comfy.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Great location and clean - Great location, just off the main square, but quiet and clean. We stayed in the ground floor apartment, one room. The windows look out onto a courtyard with a restaurant, so shades are closed and there is not a great deal of ambient light. Bathroom was fine. This is a good room if you are planning to be out in Prague, you would not want to stay here in the room for long periods of time. We had problems getting the internet the first two days, but fine at the end of the stay. All cafes had easy access to the internet so this did not pose a problem. Did not use the TV. Plates and utensils fine and there is a refrigerator (small). Ate breakfast at the BakeShop, close to location, very good. Description said laundry facilities available - but they were not available in this room. Owner accomodated our needs. I would have liked to have the email address available on hotels.com for better arrival coordination. It is a somewhat difficult to find, but definitely doable. Overal: great location and clean.
• Kevin (8/5): Old Town Prague - The location is terrific although a little hard to find but that isn't necessarily a bad thing. It's quiet and quaint on a very secluded cobblestone street. The Old Town Square is about a minute from your door.

Algo curioso: es que no hace falta pasar por una recepción: el huesped dispone de la llave del edificio y del departamento. La atención tambien es para destacar como punto de excelencia.

I do not recommend this place for accommodation - The room was very very small, dark, humid, at the ground floor of the building, with the " view" in a small dark noisy yard, the windows were tiny and (I think) at 30-40 cm above the ground, in the bathroom smelled bad like mold, I arrived at 4 pm and the cleaning was not ready, I had to walk around for another 20 minutes and to come back, the TV was not working, I had only one toilet paper roll. I stayed 3 nights ( 4 days) and not even once the cleaning lady picked up the garbage.
• Chuch (8/5): Fun Old City experience - Positive: Location. One block from Old Town Plaza. Quaint room. Fan for coolness during the heat wave. Contacted management and she met us with key. Negative: Road construction made access difficult. No A:C, but did have a nice fan. Segway dealer next door smoked and had a crowd outside the building entrance for 18 hours a day. They should make a deal for rentals!

• terryf407 (2/5): Dark and Dismal - The floor of flat 2 is a half meter below ground level of the courtyard of an adjoining restaurant through which it has a view through a tiny metal barred window. In the middle of the room is a large supporting column which supports supporting joists. Flat 2 has the appearance that it may have been originally constructed from small storage rooms. There is very little natural light into flat 2 other than through the tiny window and a false leaded light into the staircase area with the result that flats 2 is very dark and gloomy without the lights being switched on. On arrival there was a de-humidifier running. Unless the de-humidifier was kept running constantly, there was a dump musty smell. The source of the dampness was probably the fact that the floor of flat 2 was lower than the rear courtyard outside. The apartment was misleadingly described under the heading "studio tynska" and with the description of contents including "kitchenware". In actual fact, there was no means of cooking whatsoever – neither cooker, Hobbs, or even a microwave. When we queried the lack of cooking facilities on arrival, we were told that there wasn't for a microwave. Overall, whilst the apartment is undoubtedly well located for the town center, the good location is more than offset by the darkness, dampness and claustrophobic layout of the small roomsuch that it is an unpleasant stay.
• Verified traveler (10/5): Great location and a pleasant hotel - The hotel is great! The best part is the location, right in the center of prague, near the main square. The room is clean and cozy. The staff was friendly, they even brought us iron right away when we asked from them. We were a couple and everything was comfortable and great. Very nice stay.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Gut ausgestattet in super Lage - Wir waren im Dezember 2 Nächte dort. Es gab keine Rezeption aber der Empfang hat problemlos funktioniert und in einem Brief, den man bekommt, sind alle wichtigen Infos enthalten. Absolut top ist die Lage. Wir waren nur zu Fuss unterwegs. Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Das einzige was nicht ganz perfekt war, dass wir keine Heizung gefunden haben und es mir etwas zu kalt war im Zimmer.

We were so pleased with the service provided by all staff associated with the residence. They each went out of their way to ensure our comfort and enjoyment of the residence and the beautiful city of Prague. The residence itself exceeded our expectations, both in terms of its quality and its location. Special thanks to Eugenia, our contact person at the residence. Residence Tynska is a gem which we would most highly recommend for travelers to Prague.

• Jeremy (10/5): Great location 2 minutes from Old Town! - Finding this hotel was a bit of a challenge because it is in a small alley less than two minutes from the center of old town. Additionally, it is not a normal hotel, but instead it's a small apartment. Initially we were a bit concerned because there was no air conditioner in the room, and it was quite hot outside. Nevertheless, the female hotel worker told us that it would not get hot in the room. This was not the case. In fact it was very hot during the first two nights, but when we asked the lady to get us a fan, she did. This helped tremendosly. We absolutely love this hotel because of the location. I do not think there is a better place to stay in all of Prague then the location of the hotel. I highly recommend it.

• Igor (6/5): Обманутые ожидания - Отдыхали в июне 2015 года. Локация отеля замечательная. Достаточно свежий ремонт. Удобный матрац и хорошее постельное белье. Недостатки (речь идет о двухместном стандарте). Пол номера на той стороне, куда выходит окно, находится ниже уровня земли. т.е. фактически вы находитесь в полуподвале. Из-за этого в номере сыро. Заботливый персонал установил в номере осушитель воздуха, но он шумит, да и не сильно помогает. Во-вторых, это несоответствие заявленных характеристик и комплектации номера реальному положению вещей. Прежде всего, это размер номера. Вместе с санузлом его площадь навряд ли превышает 15-16 м.кв., против заявленных 20 м.кв. Далее перечислю то, что присутствует в описании на сайте и чего на самом деле в номере нет: кухня, плита, DVD-проигрыватель, кондиционер, кофеварка, микроволновка, посудомоечная машина, стиральная машина, потолочный вентилятор, сейф в номере, фен. Не все из этого нужно, но раз заявлено в описании номера на сайте, то должно быть. Не скажу, что отдых из-за отсутствия всего этого был испорчен, но, согласитесь, всегда не очень приятно не получать того, что было обещано при бронировании. Для непритязательных путешественников, для которых локация отеля важнее условий проживания, это хороший вариант. Если же вы привыкли жить с достаточным уровнем комфорта, то мы бы этот отель вам не посоветовали.
• KMBastirmaci (10/5): Lovely location, lovely hostess - We -my wife, our little kid (2) and my mother in law- stayed in Residence Tynska for a couple of days. As all mentioned this is a great spot to stay in Prague. Other than that, the residence was quite big to accommodate all of us, two bed rooms and a large living room. We had all that we needed for cooking, cleaning the house, free wifi etc so it felt just like home. In addition to these, Eugenia, our hostess, was soooo kind to deal with all of our questions and problems (which we created as we always kind of do in our trips) so special thanks to her. We'd recommend Residence Tynska to everyone travelling to Prague, but especially to families looking for places that would feel like home and in very close proximity to attractions.

Leilighet som du må klare deg selv i, men trenger du noe fra utleier er det bare og ringe. Bra service fra utleier også når det gjaldt transport til og fra flyplassen. Men det er ikke stedet hvis du er ute etter luxus med roomservice.

• Kristy_Haze (10/5): Unbeatable location and value - The apartment is right in the heart of the old town. The advice given to us by the staff member who let us in was thorough. Spot on tips about where to dine for value and quality, where to explore and where to avoid. The apartment isn't glamorous but it's clean, comfortable and practical. The wifi works well, good heating and the TV is fine. All you need for a great base in Prague. I would definitely stay here again.
• JamieMuzz (8/5): Nice apartment, great location. - The Tysnka apartment is situated literally on the door step of the Old Town Square and a 10 minute walk from New Town and Wenscelas Square. Location wise for Prague I doubt there are many better places to stay. The apartments are nice enough with relatively comfortable beds, good showers and plenty of storage for clothes etc. There is a fridge, 2 burner electric hob and a microwave but considering the price of food in some places it really isnt worth bothering to cook. The hotel is linked to the tourist information centre which you collect your keys from and it is a great first stop to check out the various trips that are offered in Prague. There are also loads of pubs and bars nearby and some very good restaurants (an excellent argentine steak house round the corner in particular). We paid £50 a night for the apartment from the 21st - 24th December which I think represents good value for money. If we visited Prague again we would definitely book into this place again for it's sheer convenience if nothing else.

It will centrally located - it could not be better located and still out of the noise. Clean, functional, spacious, and comfortable. The proprietor was very helpful and responsive to my questions via text. There were lots of good restaurants near the apartment and I had no complaints! I would stay there again.
• kayeruju (6/5): Old Town Prague - Firstly, if you have not been to Prague what a city. I have been there now twice, once on a stag party in June 2013 and now with my wife September 2014. In my opinion the Old Town is the best area to stay in. The New Town is ok but, OT is where most of the attractions start from. From old town you can get to Charles Bridge etc. Hotel. Was very clean. Our room was cleaned every day and bed made up. There was a portable air con machine which makes me think it can be really hot in the room in the summer time as there is only 2 small windows, one in the bedroom and other in bathroom. The door while we there was a nightmare. It took me and my wife to push the door open, in fact I had to give it a shove with my foot, which my wife found highly amusing after a few beers. Please get sorted. We paid £72 a night and stayed 3 nights through expenditure . I think it is over priced, probably £60 a night. Saying that we were just a minutes walk to the square and so the location was brilliant. We did the transfer from airport to hotel via hotel and paid driver 600 CZK which is ok. TV in room only one American channel. Kettle and hair dryer in room. If you want a place to lay your head at night brilliant, but if you want a little luxury no. The manager looked after us we'll and allowed us to keep our luggage stored there as our flight was not till 9pm that night. Long time to walk around from 11am. Hard to know when booking and so hope this helps.
• 57-60 Traveller (4/5): Hotel 2 minute from Old Town Square - We thought the price over inflated. Cleaned daily with fresh towels. The room has tv could not find any English speaking channels, kettle, hairdryer. Air condition unit in room suggesting it gets warm in the summer. Manager knew door was stiff, it took me and my wife to push the door open. Not easy when you have had a drink. The best point I think is it is close to the centre. Transfers were arranged for us 600CZK from airport to hotel.

• Mathias (2/5): Bad experience: changed our location - I ended up not staying at the hotel. Upon arrival, we were told that our room was unavailable, but that we would get a similar room close by. And we were supposed to stay close to downtown Prague, which is why we chose the place. But then we are taking pretty far away from the downtown. We are offered a bigger room, but what we really wanted was to be close to the downtown. The hotel was unwilling to offer any other compensation. We then decide to completely cancel the room. However, the hotel is unwilling to refund us our payment. 100% unacceptable. First after calling Hotels.com we are able to make some headway. It is really primarily Hotels.com that makes things happen. Conclusion: I cannot recommend the hotel, and I strongly encourage people to find other accommodation. We found something instantly, and even cheaper!
• Verified traveler (10/5): - Sijanti aivan loistava, palvelu ystävällistä. Koska kyseessä olikin yllätykseksemme ns. oma studio, olisimme kaivanneet omaa jääkaappia aamiaisen puuttuessa. Muuten huone oli kodikas ja mukava. Huoneisto oli myös erittäin siisti ja puhdas. Suihkukopin ovi tosin hiukan rempallaan.
• Mauricio (2/5): Be Careful with this "hotel" - Be Careful, this is my story in Tynska Hotel, when I arrived to Prague, It was 7 pm, raining and almost night, I ring the bell in Tynska (not an hotel, is an hostel) and a very nice girl tell me that they have a problem with the heater (I didn't believe her) she send us in taxi to another hotel, far away from the hotel I reserved, because the time (about 9 pm) I couldn't do nothing and we stay in the other hotel (far away), the new hotel was great, nice manager, mini bar free, many chanels in TV (no one in english or spanish) very very nice place, BUT NOT THE HOTEL I RESERVED, they talk about a discount for the "incident" but they only gave us the taxi to the airport (25 Euros)... when I search for recomendation of this hotel, I find another similar story, but I believed that was just an angry guy, but I understand now that they make this kind of things
• pietercon (2/5): left in the street....... - Arriving at the hotel, our reservation was cancelled 'because we (the customer) cancelled the reservation' - what a lie!!. Somewhere someone must take responsibility..............hotel.com blames residence tynska who blames expedia. And nobody can produce a proof that we cancelled...... Frankly - I don't care who blames who - we were left on the street and nobody cared. a lot of apologies were written afterwards, but too late. I would recommend VENTANA HOTEL (around the corner) to anybody - at a better location and rate....! Sorry residence tynska, but if you surround you with unprofessionals, your bottom line will show...
• richieeeee (10/5): Excellent Service, Apartment and Stay - A group of us were having a weekend break in Prague exploring sites and nice beer and after searching many apartments we found the ones run by Nebbia Hotels which include Residence Tynska. After we made a mistake with our booking, Eugenia was more than happy to help and sorted everything out, met us on the day we arrived and helped arrange transfers and answer questions via mobile text - even at the weekend. The apartment was spotless, had all amenities (cooker/microwave/fridge) and wifi. Also 2 minutes walk from the main square (however no street noise at night at all) and less than 30 seconds from restaurants/bakeries/bars so was perfect location. Photos and description in review are exactly right.
• gazellechat (10/5): Like staying in a friend's home - We stayed in Residence Tynska Sept 2012 for a week and I can't say enough good things about the experience. We had a full apartment with large sitting room and kitchenette...all the amenities and then some! And the location couldn't be better. Eugenia was very helpful, filling us in on all the good restaurants, grocery stores, etc., to make our stay fun and comfortable. I would recommend Tynska to anyone: a true pleasure! Beth in Seattle

The location could not be more convenient to the main sights of Prague and about 20 min walk from the main train station. Family friendly apartment with washing machine and dishwasher. Great value. Would stay again.

• 795KevinR (10/5): Trip to Xmas Fairs - Great location just off of old town square.My wife and I came for Xmas fairs Dec 2012. Clean, warm room stayed for 3 nights, 4 days. Great value for central city location. All we needed...Tea / coffee facilities in room, very secure. Allowed to check out late which helped with evening flight. Arranged taxi to airport for us helpful friendly staff. Xmas fairs were disappointing but Prague great...and it snowed, very picturesque.
• RogerKitty (10/5): Abosolutely outsanding! - My wife and myself stayed here in early May and found the accomodation to be outstanding value and superb quality. Eugenia the accomodation manager was very helpful with advice regarding Prague and took time to go through a map with us recommending things to do. The room we were given was a free upgrade on the room we booked because that room was underoing maintenance (we didn't here any noise). The accomodation was superb,it was a very spacious apartment comfortable enough for a couple to live in as a permanent home, not just for holiday accomodation. The whole apartment was spotlessley clean and tastefully decorated. Location was perfect, just a short stroll from the beautiful Old Town Square yet there was no noise disturbance at all. Residence Tynska is well located for visiting good quality restaurants such as Apostilla which served great quality Czech food with a French influence and also the Indian Jewel which does superb Indian cuisine especially the naan breads. Would thoroughly recommend this accomodation and will definitely book to stay here again next time we are in Prague.
• AP (6/5): fantastic location - good points: fantastic location, very quiet and secure locks not so good points: usual rubbish shower, hard bed, no hairdryer, no natural light and massive iron keys final point: we took extra kronas to pay for the hotel but they had already debited my card before arrival (is that allowed?). still ended up with more spending money in one of the most awesome cities:) go to prague! stay here, it's cheap and you wouldn't want to stay in a flamin hotel room anyway! :D
• constantinr738 (10/5): Wonderful Prague - We had 5 great days of vacation in Prague. Residence Tynska, exceeded all our expectations in every way. Perfect location, luxurious aprtament, but in a very nice old style, with all necessary facilities for all guests. You enjoy silence, although it is in the heart of the old town. Perfect service from the entire staff: Eugenia our host, Martin the driver and not least the maid, who remained anonymous and almost invisible, but that made our days there to be perfect. Thank you for everything and for sure we will return to the Residence Tynska when we visit Prague. One detail to note: too many Arabic TV channels. • ChristianKnudsen (10/5): Great location! - When you travel to Prague, you don't do it for the hotel room. You do it for the city, the sights the food and the beer. The small flat was a bit cramped, but that did not matter, we only used it to have a place to sleep. The service was excellent, the location, 100 meters from the old city square, was perfect, the price was right and again - the service was excellent. We are definitely returning!
• Verified traveler (10/5): Perfekt beliggenhet! - Knall beliggenhet i gamle Byen. Gangavstad til alt. Dette er leiligheter hvor man ordner seg selv. Rent, pent og svært sentralt. Vi var 5 stykker og i den store leiligheten er det kjøkken og stue samt to soverom. Vi hadde også et lite soverom med bad i 1 etg som vi disponerte. stor leilighet har balkong ut mot stille bakgård. Veldig koselig. Passer perfekt til venninne, eller familie ferie. veldig rolig nabolag. Vi hadde et kjempefint opphold her. De som eier dette er meget hyggelige og behjelpelige hvis det skulle være noe. Anbefales!

Нам было удобно все: и добираться пешком до начала запланированных экскурсий и просто для прогулок по Праге. Дома комфортная обстановка, все чисто и аккуратно, есть полностью оборудованная кухня, и место тихое, несмотря на расположение в самом центре. Очень рады, что остановились в этом отеле и всем рекомендуем.
