- Bita (7/5): In general our stay was good - It was really close to Termini I liked the balcony it was shared with the next room but you could open the door and enjoy the fresh air! There isn’t an electric kettle in the room For new arrival guests there is no free bottle of water ! The elevator was really slow and you should wait too long time !

Na página da reserva do alojamento estava indicada a oferta de transfer do aeroporto para o hotel, oferta esta da responsabilidade do Booking.com. No entanto, depois de questionar o apoio ao cliente sobre o modo de usufruir da oferta, estes arranjaram todas as formas de fugirem à oferta anunciada, primeiro dizendo que era uma confusão e, depois de ter enviado os printscreens onde estava indicada a oferta, pedindo mais e mais dados. No final, nada. Nada de transfer e nada de explicações convicentes. Muito lamentável esta postura da Booking.com.

- Amy (7/5): Comfortable, friendly hotel, close to termini - Our other apartment was cancelled two days before arrival so we had to find a last min hotel for a family of 4. It was comfortable and the room was spacious and the staff v friendly. It’s quite dated overall but was clean. We did pay quite alot for a two night stay but it was manageable for us. We had an issue with the safe as the battery died and all our stuff was in there. We hadn’t discovered this until we were checking out so we had abit of waiting and was abit stressed as we needed to leave. Gino was really helpful.

Hotel da consigliare agli amici! - L'hotel è molto vicino alla stazione Termini ma in zona tranquilla, quindi comodo per raggiungere qualsiasi punto della città con i mezzi. Le stanze piccoline ma confortevoli e pulitissime, come il bagno. Abbiamo provato anche la colazione di ottima qualità, con personale molto gentile ed efficiente. Si sentiva molto la doccia del vicino. L'armadio era un po' incastrato tra il letto e il bagno.

Huoneemme oli pienehkö mutta aivan riittävä meille, huoneet ja tilat muutenkin olivat erittäin siistit ja puhtaat. Henkilökunta ystävällistä, aamiainen oli hyvä myös. Voisin tulla uudestaankin! Huoneiden äänieristys ei ollut paras mahdollinen.

- Jesus (9/5): - Muy buena ubicación y conexión con todos los puntos de interés de la ciudad. A 5 min de la estación de Termini para llegada desde Fiumicino. El personal muy amable, la zona se veía realmente tranquila y segura. Si tuviera que volver a ir a Roma, no descartaría repetir la estancia.

- LINDA D (9/5): - Front desk staff were friendly and helpful with suggestions re restaurants, transportation, etc. The location worked well for us -- a quiet, safe, and walkable neighborhood. The breakfast room was cheerful, clean, with a good variety of options, a friendly and attentive staff, and delicious cappuccino! Our room was good size, spotless, quiet, spacious, and had a comfy bed. More hooks, shelving, and hanging spaces especially in the bathroom would have been appreciated.

- Josie (9/5): - Staff molto gentile e disponibile (ci hanno fatto lasciare i bagagli in hotel sia prima del check eche dopo il check out). Camera ampia e pulita, con anche il kettle disponibile. Ottima posizione vicino a stazione e metro è super sicura (l'hotel è vicino l'ambasciata del Qatar quindi controllatissima).
