Jass (4/5): - I have stayed more than five times; I find it very comfortable. The check-in and check-out process is quite smooth. My partner arrived at 8:39 PM, which I had previously communicated to the daytime reception. The night shift staff appeared to irritate him. Furthermore, I had asked for a 1 PM checkout, and the reception confirmed this. Yet, at 12 PM, a housekeeping staff member attempted to enter our room despite our having displayed the do not disturb sign.

I needed freezer facilities to freeze my ice block for 6 hrs so that I could keep my medicine at the correct temperature whilst travelling home. This was not available. My medicine has to be in a fridge at all times. The fridge in the room was disconnected several times because cleaning staff took/ or dislodged the card from the wall.

Room is dirty, sheets were clean but dust everywhere, bathroom grout and silicon is dirty and mouldy, lots of fixtures are old/broken/cracked. Sink in bathroom doesn’t drain properly. If you use the sink at full power it would overflow and even at half the tap pressure it still fills up and doesn’t drain.

No pudimos usar ni la piscina ni el gimnasio porque estaban cerrados. Cerca hay un centro comercial grande con muchos restaurantes La habitación es pequeña para una familia de 4, están las camas muy juntas y es difícil moverse. Está lejos del centro, tienes que tener coche para poder moverte
