- Majed Abdulaziz (9/5): excellent stay with a beautiful seaside location, comfortable rooms, and outstanding service from a genuinely helpful st - I really liked the excellent location, very close to the beach, and the beautiful design of the hotel, both from the outside and in the lobby. The room was spacious, comfortable, and had a lovely sea view. The furniture was elegant, and having a table for the a laptop in the room was a great addition. What stood out the most was the helpful and professional staff—always supportive, from assisting with luggage to providing a scale for our bags before departure. Housekeeping was excellent, and the room was consistently clean and well organized. No direct access to the beach, you have to go around the hotel to reach the beach.

- Tanja (8/5): - Zimmer sind geräumig und sauber. Dusche ist ein wenig gewöhnungsbedürftig. Man muss den Duschschlauch abmachen und umstecken, um die Brause zu wechseln. Aber wenn man es mal verstanden hat, geht es. Frühstück reichhaltig, mir fehlte allerdings Obst, das nicht am Stück war. Es gab zwar Äpfel, Birnen und Mandrinen allerdings keine geeigneten Messer um diese zu zerkleinern. Andere Früchte wären schön gewesen. Fitnessraum war einen absolute Katastrophe. Schmuddelig, alt und schlecht ausgestattet. Er war zwar voll mit Geräten aber fast nichts hat ordentlich funktioniert. Keine Handtücher, kein Trinken. Schade.

Staff was amazingly nice and helpful, it was my birthday so they surprised me with a very nice cake and also a room upgrade which was highly appreciated. Location is awesome! We had amazing sea view and also this hotel is on the boulevard with a lot of nice places to eat and drink. We also enjoyed their excellent breakfast with a big variety of food including vegetarian options not to mention the breakfast area also has amazing sea view. Would for sure come back! For the attention of business visitors: Wifi was a bit slow which doesn`t meet `business hotel` level. please note if you are planning to do some work. Rooms for sure need some renovation as facilities are a bit worn out. Also, housekeeping was not up to 5 stars hotel level, cleaning was quite poor (for example rubbish not taken out, beddings were not made properly etc).

L’emplacement est idéal, juste à côté de la mer, ce qui rend le cadre particulièrement agréable et reposant. Le personnel est très gentil et accueillant, toujours prêt à rendre service. Les chambres sont propres, confortables et bien entretenues, ce qui permet de passer un séjour sans souci. Le petit déjeuner est également un vrai point fort, avec beaucoup de choix et des produits variés. Je reviendrai sans hésiter lors de ma prochaine visite à Antalya.

- Ramazan (10/5): immer wieder hin aber nie SPA Bereich !!!!!!!!! - Das Hotel hat wunderschön blick auf Meer und Frühstück war ausreichend gut .Zimmer waren sauber aber für Badezimmer Leider kann ich nicht weil war nicht wirklich sauber. Personal am Reception waren nett aber Besonders Herr IVAN war immer sehr hilfsbereit und lieb und nett. ein Große Dankeschön an ihm. ein Große minus Punkt Leider für SPA Bereich , Ich bin mit meine Freundin in SPA Bereich gegangen und dort war ein Junge man einfach Handy an der Hand auf dem liege gelegen , ich habe höflich gefragt ob er hier arbeitet und ob Sauna schon an ist . Sein Antwort war sehr Arrogant und " Ich bin hier Besitzer und Sauna war dort drüben schauen Sie selber " weiter liegen geblieben und ich war schockiert . Leider das ist unsere Große Problem im Tourismus!!!!!!!!

- Lekeisha (1/5): Awful never again - We liked nothing Where do I start this hotel was disgusting it was so dirty the beds were rock hard there was construction going on right outside the hotel and there was work being done to the hotel starting at 6:30 in the morning at 1am they move all the furniture about you can here them scrapping on the floor every inch of the hotel is covered in dust.

- Tatyana (9/5): - everything. a large beautiful room with sea view. helpful stuff. nice food, reasonable pricing nothing major. Swimming pool and sauna on the 1st floor are a bit run down. This is the only part when photoes do not quite reflect the reality. reality - there is a small pool and a dry sauna. however even just a sauna is a big bonus very welcome in cold weather!

- Meliane (9/5): - Beautiful interior, very clean and the rooms are very spacious! The breakfast is incredible and so are the views. You can directly see the ocean and the sunrise is absolutly stunning! We went as two young girls and the safety was never a problem, we always felt comfortable in our hotel and also around it. Also the price was amazing, we went in the winter. I can really recommend staying there because the taxis to the city center are very cheap around 2-5 euros per drive.

Очень рекомендую! - Нравится останавливаться в отеле, есть вся инфраструктура, очень добродушный персонал, сразу решает все вопросы. Хочется отметить Ивана- очень помогал, Rym , a также главного менеджера -( забыла имя - Т…?), очень все сразу об’яснил, очень открытый, тоже все наши вопросы решал сразу! Замечаний нет. Мне сразу сделали апгрейд и был прекрасный вид! Это можно видеть по моим фото из окна!

- Tommy (6/5): - Lage,Lage,Lage. Zimmerausstattung. Service. Crowne Plaza bei IHG entspricht max. einer Mittelklasse Bewertung.. Das Hotel befindet sich in einem grauenvollen Zustand des Managements. Der "Spa"-Bereich ist eine voll Katastrophe. Alle Umkleide Schränke defekt. Von 3 Saunen sind 2 defekt. Duschbereiche komplett kaputt. Unsauberer Gesamtbereich. GYM in einem desolaten Zustand. 60%aller Gerätschaft defekt. Unsauber und ungepflegt. Spielebereich für Kinder mit defekter Ausstattung. Sportbereich/Tischtennis in katastrophalen Zustand. Frühstücksbuffet und Räumlichkeit entspricht dem Zustand der 90ger Jahre. Personal verfügt in keinem Fall über die Schulung-Bildung eines "5Sterne Haus". Zimmermobiliar ist dringend zu sanieren.Aussenbereiche sind auf "Minimal" Aufwand bearbeitet. Außenpool im Winter verstaendlich nicht nutzbar Aber vollkommen verdreckt,ungereinigt,nicht abgedeckt. So präsentiert man kein Crown Plaza. Fazit: Das Hotel befindet sich in keinem guten Zustand. Es fehlt massiv an Investitionen und das Management ist in keiner guten Verfassung. Ich habe jahrelang als Hotelmanager gearbeitet und kann über diesen Zustand sachlich und kompetent Aussagen. Das Haus ist ein Sanierungsfall. Stelle weitere Mängel und Beanstandungen gern zur Verfügung. Bei Hilfe oder Veränderung bin ich gern mit Erfahrung an ihrer Seite.

- Sekou (2/5): Hôtel désagréable - Juste l'emplacement de l'hôtel Check in à 17h soit disant que les chambres n'étaient pas prêtes du fait qu'il y avait une équipe de galatasaray qui occupait l'hôtel. Personnel d'accueil désagréable. Rien à voir avec crowne plaza de Istanbul ou de la marina à Dubaï où j'y ai séjourné. Les chambres n'étaient pas nettoyées; deux jours sur 5. Salle de jeux où les raquettes de ping pong sont défectueuses. Franchement je regrette d'avoir séjourné dans cet hôtel avec ma famille. Je le déconseille

После объяснения ситуации, а именно о невозможности приехать и невозможности сообщить заранее об отмене бронирования, отель к сведению это не принял,не смотря на регулярное проживание меня и спутников именно в этом отеле,хорошие отзывы,да и вообще отель отличный,списали деньги с карты за сутки проживания. Негатив остался,буду искать другой отель.
