• Nikola (10/5): - Výborný hotel s perfektnou lokalitou. Paríž doslova na dosah ruky — v pešej dostupnosti sú známe pamiatky, reštaurácie, kaviarne aj príjemné uličky Latinskej štvrte. Izby sú čisté, dobre udržiavané a personál je ochotný a profesionálny. Veľkým plusom je aj krásny výhľad.

Although the rooms are really nice (especially the ones with a balcony) they are a little small. Although that is expected in Paris. Also the rooftop bar can sometimes need booking as it can get busy.

Not only was the hotel perfectly located but it was beautiful and had the most pristine accommodations. I traveled there for the weekend with my mom for her 60th birthday and it could not have been a more perfect stay. From the front desk staff, to the wait staff, and bellhop.. everyone was so helpful and kind. Specifically Erwin, the concierge, was so knowledgeable, honest, and reliable. Erwin helped coordinate rides and reservations at highly coveted restaurants. Haniella was amazing in assisting with decorating our room for my mom's birthday. And lastly, the rooftop is a MUST! The drinks and atmosphere are amazing, but the view is unbeatable! I can't wait to go back.

• guvd2022 (10/5): Great hotel with great service - We visited for our 10 year wedding and chose this hotel through a recommendation. What a great choice this was. The communication and responses to my requests in the weeks leading up to our stay were great. The location is great - lots of bars and restaurants nearby and Note Dame and Pont Neuf a 10 minute walk away. Rooms were really nice if a little small (kind of expected in Paris) but if you can get a room with balcony, I’d recommend it! If you can’t, just spend a bit of time at the rooftop bar. Really great spot for a few drinks with views of so many landmarks (Eiffel Tower, Sacre Couer, Notre Dame, Pantheon and many others). It’s the team there that really made the experience for us. Maryame and Sara particularly were great at making our trip memorable.

Make sure you book a reservation for the rooftop bar. It's quite busy but very worthwhile to book to guarantee a beverage or two with an incredible view.

We were able to metro or walk to all our favorite spots in the city really easily. The hotel itself is beautiful. We stayed in a signature premium room with an Eiffel Tower view and terrace - it’s worth spending a little extra on. The room was spacious by Paris standards and the view was unreal! The staff here are also great and left us a special gift after we told them it was our second trip to Paris together after our honeymoon! Highly recommend this hotel.

• Kaan (7/5): Not worth the price! Better value available elsewhere... - The hotel is situated in a very nice and central neighborhood. While our room didn't have a view (which was expected), the overall design and interior aesthetics were impressive. There is also a very decent rooftop terrace on-site. Unfortunately, the service did not live up to the decor. The staff was at times distant and unhelpful. We had several unpleasant encounters caused by their demeanor, which is honestly very surprising for places like these. Furthermore, the hotel placed a very high hold on my credit card without any explanation, leaving us to guess the reason. We suspect it might be due to the artwork in the rooms, but once again it was never clarified. Finally, the rooms are overpriced for their size and lack adequate storage for two. You’ll find much better service and value elsewhere for just a bit more.

From the moment we arrived through the entirety of our stay, the service was exceptional. Every team member—from reception to housekeeping, the restaurant, rooftop bar, and concierge—made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. I wish I could remember everyone’s name to recognize them individually, but we have to give special thanks to Erwin and Haniella at the concierge. We arrived in Paris with very little planning, and they completely transformed our trip. From arranging tours to recommending incredible local restaurants and live music venues, they curated an experience that made us feel like true Parisians for the week. The hotel itself has a stylish, vibrant vibe, and our room was both comfortable and beautifully designed. Our favorite moment each day was heading up to the rooftop bar for happy hour—enjoying great conversation with the friendly bartenders (great drinks) while watching the sunset over the Eiffel Tower. I am so sorry I can’t remember names. It quickly became a highlight of our trip. The location in the Latin Quarter was perfect—central to everything we wanted to explore, yet it never felt overly touristy. The memories we made were unforgettable, and a huge part of that is thanks to everyone's thoughtfulness and expertise. This may be a longer review than usual, but it’s well deserved. We can’t recommend this hotel enough and will absolutely be back Christina and Gary

• Daniel (9/5): Sehr schönes Hotel an hervorragender Lage - Das Hotel hat eine hervorragende Lage (diverse Museen, Notre Dame, Seine, viele gemütliche Restaurants und Metro sind fussläufig zu erreichen). Trotzdem ist es ruhig gelegen. Das ganze Hotel ist stylisch eingerichtet - es hat uns sehr gefallen! Unser Zimmer im 6. Stock war wirklich klein, jedoch der eigene Balkon und die Dachterrasse des Hotels mit Blick auf den Eiffelturm haben das wett gemacht. Die Minibar war in unserem Zimmer inkludiert, das Frühstück hervorragend, das Personal sehr freundlich und höflich. Nichts.

• mberge617 (10/5): A perfect place to stay - We came here on a family trip with our 8 year old for her first visit to Paris, and so we booked a suite - two adjoining rooms. The location of the hotel is absolutely perfect for everything we wanted to do - much of the city was easily located on foot, the surrounding neighborhood is wonderful, and there is convenient metro and RER access moments away. The hotel itself is lovely - the room sizes were much larger than I was expecting for Paris (what a wonderful surprise!), the in-room amenities were a wonderful touch, and most importantly the staff were all helpful, courteous and professional throughout our weeklong stay. This hotel was a delight, we will absolutely stay here again in the future. Highly recommended.
• camrene (10/5): Super Springtime in Paris - Hotel Dame des Arts was an excellent experience. They were welcoming and helpful throughout our whole stay. It was our first time in Paris. And this hotel is centrally located. Everything was walkable from our hotel we got wonderful service from the Front desk and the concierge. Starting with the check-in process with Haniella. Who was so kind to help book an excursion to the Eiffel Tower. Erwin’s restaurant recommendations were magnificent. And Sarah and Olesia directions to and from different points of interests were so helpful. I really appreciated Sarah’s directions on the metro since it was my first time taking it in Paris. Room was lovely with a view of the Eiffel Tower. We will certainly be back.

The hotel was very clean and beautiful and so were the rooms. We had the Eiffel Tower view room and it was perfect!!! You had the view of many landmarks not just the Eiffel Tower. Sara at the front desk helped with recommendations, booking and transportation. She was so sweet and really made us feel at home!! We are not fluent in French and that wasn’t a problem as the staff spoke English too. We will definitely be back!!
• 336abhishekl (2/5): Overpriced tiny room with BROKEN beds - One of the worst hotels I have stayed in Paris. The rooms are tiny compared to any other boutique hotel. The “queen bed” is tiny. On top of that, the bed in my room was BROKEN. It would constantly move while I was on the bed and then I realized that the bed is not fixed to the wall. Cheap bed frame. Paid €430 for this, joke’s on me.

• A8986WLmaryp (2/5): Room cancelled without our knowledge - The location is great and the rooms are clean. However, the management cancelled our reservation without letting us know! We found out by accident after our plane was sancelled at the last minute and we called out hotel to inquire if we could change our check in date to match our new arrival date 2 days later. That is when we found out that if we had flown to Paris as planned and showed up at the hotel on the confirmed date of arrivaL, we would not have a room. They reason they gave us is that they cancelled our reservation when my credit card was due to renew. Standard renewal process happens all the time. Same cc number just a new security code. The hotel also has super small bathrooms with no room to put your toiletries. Avoid this hotel.

• sorayadns (6/5): Interesting hotel at a good location which is what you are paying for. - Great Location with a 10 min walk to the Metro but easy to get to most of the palces one should visit in Paris. The hotel itself is on a quiet street with a small lobby and a cute dining room . My son and i had two rooms that both looked out over the courtyard garden. The rooms are paris size small so dont expect much. the bathrooms are ok. It was more expensive than i thought it was worth especially breakfast . try get a cup of english or french breakfast with cold milk ! yikes .. Front desk staff were helpful but it kind off felt flat. rooftop was closed when we were there so we missed out on the point of the stay.

• 14alixb (10/5): Exceptional staff - Our experience at Hotel Dame des Arts was phenomenal! The staff is exceptional. We had an issue the we could not have resolved without the reception staff's help. These ladies went above and beyond to help us, and they did it with professionalism, humor, and always with a smile. Truly, they were fantastic in every way! The location of the Hotel is incredible. You can walk to incredible sites from the Hotel's front door. The River Seine is steps away. You are guaranteed an unforgettable experience on the rooftop. I imagine that it is one of the best views in Paris. We drank champagne and watched the sunset over the Eiffel Tower, something I will remember forever. The breakfast is wonderful. The rooms are well appointed and very comfortable.
• Raelene (7/5): Fantastic view from a boutique hotel. - Staff were excellent, especially in the restaurant for both breakfast and dinner. The restaurant manager went out of her way to be helpful and friendly. We were unable to check in to our room 3 to 4 hrs after 3:00 check in. Although we were given use of another room it was not the special room we had booked. Disappointed were still charged full price eventhough 3 or 4 hours we were not in our room.

Staff was friendly and assisted us with booking activities, etc. However, the reason I give it a "poor" rating is because of the lack of communication. My #1 reason for booking here was because of the rooftop bar. However, we were not able to access the rooftop because it was closed every evening during our stay due to private events. The hotel restaurant was also closed one night during our stay, (the night we decided to eat there) so we had to find an alternative restaurant. The only communication we received about these closures was via a message on the television, midday, the day of. Had I received prior communication from the hotel, I would have cancelled my reservation and booked another hotel.

The location is perfect for exploring Paris, a stones throw from Notre Damn. The area which the hotel is located has lots of nice restaurants, bars, cafes and is a perfect base.

• Juilletdix (10/5): HDDA staff will make you feel at home in Paris - After 3 stays at HDDA, my review is still 5 stars. The location in the 6th arr is perfect for Paris first-timers as well as more frequent visitors. You can take the RER B in from CDG and walk to the hotel in less than 10 minutes. The lobby is very buzzy. On this visit, they were hosting a collab with Montblanc (I arrived just after the Easter collab with Plaq, a new chocolatier!) The hotel is in the center of the action, yet the rooms are calm, quiet and thoughtfully designed. There are a lot of amenties you don't usually see - clothing steamer, shoe polishing cloth, cologne and a few sweet treats. The mini refrigerator is stocked with water that is replenished each day. Housekeeping is great, the room is always exceptionally clean and the bed is super comfortable. But what sets HDDA apart is the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. Maryame, Gabriella, Jade and Noemie are the absolute best! Always smiling and happy to help with any request. The entire staff makes you feel at home in Paris.

• Nomad752186 (10/5): Great central hotel in Paris - My fiancée and I spent a few days at HDDA for our engagement. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful - special mention to Jade who was very communicative on WhatsApp and helped make the surprise proposal go without a hitch! The breakfast is varied and tasty, the rooftop terrace is lovely with views of the Eiffel Tower, Sacre Coeur and Notre Dame, and the gym and sauna are a nice touch. The hotel is in a great neighborhood with plenty of food and drink options, right by the Seine and it’s very easy to access the city from the Metro station right by the hotel. Highly recommend this hotel and expect to return!

Get the tasting menu! Our room was great and had a steamer and hairdryer. We really enjoyed the atmosphere and had a wonderful time.

Ivan and the entire HDDA team were so kind and thoughtful with little touches along the way. Their personal touches during our week stay broadcast that this was no ordinary hotel. We have already recommended HDDA to people traveling to Paris and will continue doing so. The hotel's location was literally minutes from Notre Dame and the Louvre and many other sights. Its position right in the heart of the 5th was perfect! We walked along St. Germain des Pres daily. My mother was in a transport chair and she and I were easily able to move about our 2 bed SIGNATURE SERIES room. The hotel's ramps and other access features made our stay comfortable and easy. Our bright sunny afternoon on the roof with the 360 degree view of the city was just one of the highlights. Bravo and thank you to this wonderful boutique hotel.

The location of the hotel was also great and our room was small but extremely clean, well appointed and very comfortable. My husband and I had a wonderful experience at the Hotel Dame Des Arts and we look forward to booking another stay there on our next visit to Paris.

• lep1232017 (8/5): Great location - This is a modern hotel with an onsite bar/restaurant. The rooms are tiny and despite the ergonomics storage space is a struggle. Lovely Diptyque toiletries, friendly staff and spotlessly clean. There is a lovely rooftop bar with great views. We chose the hotel for location, it really was spot on. The St Germain is very beautiful…if you want a good 4 star hotel as a base close to key museums, good shopping and lovely bistros, this is a strong contender.

An die gläsernen Schiebetüren zur Toilette muss man sich erst mal gewöhnen. Sonst alles gut.

• ainsleyb66 (10/5): Best hotel stay i've ever had! - Could not recommend this enough! I booked this hotel for a trip with my little sister to celebrate her 21st and my 30th Birthdays. From the moment we booked our stay the staff was so friendly and helpful with answering any questions I had before arrival. Everything about our stay exceeded my expectations. We had a wonderful checkin experience and the guest experience team left the sweetest welcome and note in our room when we arrived. The location of the tell was fantastic, being near so many fantastic restaurants and shops and also being so close to the metro making it quick and easy to go anywhere in the city. The hotel was extremely clean and although the room was on the smaller side, the overall experience outweighed the size of the room and I would book it 10 times over for the incredible experience we got. It was so worth it. Additionally, I booked the Signature Terrasse Eiffel view room and the view was worth every penny. If you're on the fence about booking a room with a view do it. For me, since this was a once in a lifetime trip to Paris, I couldn't imagine not booking a terrasse and eiffel tower view room and it again exceeded my expectations. We loved sitting on the terasse and watching the Eiffel Tower as the sun rose in the morning and were in awe when it would sparkle at night. I researched just about every hotel in Paris and compared them all and I am so happy that this is the one I booked. Merci Beaucoup Hotel Dame Des Arts for the best stay ever! I will be back one day!

Above all this hotel has fantastic staff. Everyone was really nice and Jade at the reception was very helpful with organizing things. Highly recommendable if you look for a very nice and personal alternative to the big hotels.

The only thing I did not like what the lack of storage for the clothes, including no drawers whatsoever.

(St. Germaine) - I’ve stayed at many high-end resorts around the world, including several Four Seasons properties, and I can honestly say my experience at this hotel was exceptional. From the check-in process to our time during the stay, and even arranging transportation to the airport, every detail was handled perfectly. The service from everyone we encountered was outstanding. The doorman, who I believe was named Vera, was especially kind and helpful. The front desk team was also wonderful, and I appreciated how easy it was to communicate with the staff via text throughout our stay. The hotel itself is in an incredible location—truly one of the best in Paris. The rooms are spotless, modern, and equipped with all the latest technology. My wife and I were visiting Paris during Paris Fashion Week, and this hotel made our trip even more memorable. We had such a fantastic experience and absolutely plan to return. Overall, a 10 out of 10 in every way. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Paris.

• krock66 (2/5): Beware smokers in terrace rooms! - Beware of terrace rooms if you are a smoker. You may be charged 300 euro after checkout due to smoke smell. Management will, not doubt, respond to this in defense, as I'm seeing them do throughout these reviews. We are 2 mature adult women, professional, and responsible, we booked a premium terrace room for the convenience of having a smoking area. The terrace itself had 2 chairs, and a table with an ashtray. No problem right? After checkout and lengthy emails, we were charged with smoking in the room. There was absolutely smoking in the room. Who even does that, when you have a beautiful terrace with an eiffel tower view? The terrace doors do not shut from the outside, no handle to properly close on outside of door. You have to, sort of, pull it as much as you can on your way or by using the door frame. Anyways, after having our room cleaned by housekeeping after the first night (and smoking on this terrace), no comment or complaint was made to us about the smell in the room. After the second night we checked out and 8 hours later received an email detailing that we had incurred this charge for smoking inside the room. No amount of emails from us could change their mind. After many hotels on this Europe trip, with terraces that we used for smoking, this was most definitely a terrible and expensive end to our trip. If you aren't a smoker, go ahead and book, but I will not be recommending this hotel.

The check-in and check-out process was completely seamless, setting the tone for a relaxing stay from start to finish. The staff truly made the experience special. Every interaction was warm, friendly, and genuinely helpful. The location couldn’t be better. Situated in the heart of the 5th arrondissement, the hotel is perfectly placed for exploring Paris. A few blocks away from Notre Dame, 10-20 mins away from the Louvre Musee D’Orsay, Saint Chapelle, and The Pantheon. Breakfast deserves special recognition. Everything was fresh and delicious, and the scrambled eggs were truly unforgettable. They were honestly the best eggs we had anywhere in Paris during our entire trip. Overall, Hotel Dames des Arts delivers on every level. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay in Paris.

• O8422UDshelbyr (2/5): Scam - Smokers beware. Booked a terrace room because we smoke. Got scammed out of 300 euros about 8 hrs after we checked out. They emailed saying the smell of our smoking in the room was so bad they had to step outside to get fresh air and that we clearly smoked inside the room. There was absolutely ZERO smoking in this room. This is why people book terrace rooms. Who books a terrace room and proceeds to smoke inside the room of a hotel that clearly tells you no smoking inside the rooms? Absolute sham. Will never return.
