O funcionário simplesmente se limitou a dizer que não tinha reserva e tampouco se prontificou a tentar resolver o problema. Tivemos que procurar outro hotel no próprio booking e aí sim ligaram pro hotel pra confirmar se tinham vaga. Não gostei de nada, pois não ficamos hospedados. Segundo eles, o booking foi hackeado e não tinha reserva para gente. Saibam que vocês poderam fazer a reserva e chegar lá e não ter.

A localização do hotel é muito estratégica facilitando a locomoção tanto a pé, quanto por metrô! Custo benefício excelente. Próximo a uma grande avenida porém distante o suficiente para chegar nela rapidamente e ter o sossego para dormir. Recomendo demais! Não tenho do que reclamar!

Ich hatte ein Doppelzimmer nur für mich, was super war aber wahrscheinlich nicht das Standard ist. Ich habe glaube ich nur Glück gehabt. Manchmal hat die Treppe und die Toilette gestunken. Man hört alles von anderen Zimmern.
