• Cos1975 (8/5): Good location, nice staff - Location right next to Republic Square, which is the center of the city. Great breakfast, great staff (lovely ladies on reception 😊), clean and spacious. The subway is rocking the building 🤯 from 7 am till 11 pm so if you want to sleep well be sure you do it after these hours. Then the isolation is bad for the noises outside the rooms (on corridor) and for the neighbor rooms (I could hear the noise of the hairdryer and the water on shower, from the next room 😵).

• Laura (8/5): Tre giorni in Armenia - Il letto in camera era molto grande e comodo.Il primo giorno ad attenderci c'era una bottiglietta d'acqua e le bustine di caffè per il bollitore ,poi non piu. L'hotel era molto vicino alla piazza della Repubblica

Perlpiù prodotti preconfezionati scartati così come i succhi di frutta presi pari pari dalle bottiglie che trovi in supermercato. Ho trovato assurdo l'orario. il servizio parte alle 8,00. il primo giorno con l'escursione a Tatev in effetti non abbiamo fatto colazione. Ho anche chiesto di anticipare un po ma hanno detto che non era possibile e che di davano una colazione a sacco che si è rivelata essere un panino. solo un panino. Questo non và affatto bene

• Alexander (4/5): - Мы с семьей второй раз остановились в гостинице "Европа", потому что это уютный отель в самом центре города. Больше не приеду. Я оплатил сразу за проживание за 7 ночей. Но планы изменились и я был вынужден уехать проведя только 2 ночи в отеле. Отель не вернул мне деньги за 5 ночей ни копейки. Разочарован!

• Елена (10/5): Тихая и чистая гостиница, с вежливым персоналом в самом центре! - Расположение- центр! Центрее только пять звезд с видом на площадь) Гостеприимство- вежливые и готовые помочь сотрудники, на любую просьбу мгновенно откликались. Тишина, соседей вообще не слышно, метро внизу слышно - это будто вдалеке проезжает трамвай) но это вообще не тревожит, даже обратили внимание не сразу. Розетки были проблемой , так как их три и расположены неудобно, в ванной розетки нет, но есть фен. Полагаю, здание строилось далеко до появления сотовых) и прикроватные розетки тогда не были такой явной необходимостью. Свет - в нашем 314 номере нет верхнего освещения, только у изголовья кровати. Если кому-то важен яркий свет, учтите это. Завтраки стандартные, вкусные, все свежее. Сыры, колбасы отличные, не картонные!
• Natalia (8/5): С учетом цена - качество рекомендую. - Отличное месторасположение, рядом с вернисажем - ярмаркой сувениров, все главные достопримечательности в пешей доступности. В стандартном номере чисто, уютно, каждый день убирают, меняют полотенца. Завтрак - шведский стол, из горячего омлет, сосиски, вареные яйца, макароны, каша. Персонал доброжелательный, внимательный, готовый помочь. В холле бар, можно выпить неплохой кофе. Под отелем проходит линия метро, то и дело слышно гул проходящего поезда. Впрочем, спать это не мешает. Нет кондиционера, но, возможно, в номере категории повыше, чем стандарт, он имеется. Нет тапочек, шапочки для душа. На завтраке возле блюд стоят таблички с их названиями на трёх языках, но на русском нет, хотя гости говорят преимущественно на русском.

• Jonathan (8/5): Pratique et confortable - C'était le meilleur déjeuner de nos quatre hôtels en Arménie. Le personnel était très gentil. Le lobby est spacieux et confortable. La situation géographique est idéale pour visiter la ville à pied, notamment les parcs et la place de la république. Il n'y avait finalement pas de parking compris. Il y avait une seule place réservée avec des caisses le long de la rue mais notre voiture était trop longue pour s'y mettre. Les clients doivent finalement se parquer dans la rue très fréquentée et prisée. De plus, nous entendions et sentons le passage du métro durant la journée.

• Alex (10/5): Отличное место в самом центре! - Расположение -за углом от главной площади, вы в самом центре! При заселении (приехали в 9 утра) было предложено погулять до 12 (что уже большой подарок!) или доплатить на месте за полдня. Мы доплатили и тут же смогли отдохнуть с ночного перелета и пойти на завтрак! Очень удобно! Принимают карту МИР от ВТБ! Завтраки -не слишком разнообразно, но шансов остаться голодным точно нет! Удобные кровати, отлично спалось! Кондишин работает. Все сотрудники очень милые! Везде можно найти недостатки, но тут они если и были, то минимальны! Если вы на 2м этаже и ниже -слышен звук метро под вами. И вообще, со звукоизоляцией не очень.

The breakfast was very good, offering a great variety of fresh and delicious options to start the day right. What truly made the stay exceptional, however, was the staff. The reception team were always warm, professional, and welcoming, greeting me with genuine smiles and a readiness to assist at any time. I also had the pleasure of meeting the Hotel Manager, who was incredibly kind and approachable. Taking the time to speak with guests and ensure everything was perfect really shows the level of care and dedication to service. WiFi non utilizzabile quasi mai. 40 giorni prima di arrivare in struttura ho mandato un messaggio per avvisare della mia allergia al latte per potersi provvedere a prendere del latte vegetale, ma al mio arrivo non avevo preso nulla e mi hanno detto di comprarmelo da sola.

• Jeff (9/5): If I go to Yerevan again, I would stay again at the Europe Hotel. No question. - Location great - very close to the City Centre. Staff were all very helpful and friendly, not just about the hotel but also advice on the city and booking a restaurant table for us. They spoke good English. The hotel was clean and well cared for.

• Pavle (9/5): A nice hotel in the city center with a huge potential. - Convenient location, close to the Republic Square. Very good WiFi. Kind staff, good breakfast, good value for the money. The carpet needs to be replaced. It did not bother me personally, as I usually use my own devices on WiFi, but may be pointed out as an improvement advice, the TVs have only analogue channels, so no HD, and no multimedia features, like Google Chromecast, Apple TV or similar.

Несмотря на то, что номер был на третьем этаже, четко ощущался каждый проезд поезда (шум и вибрация). Кроме того, что-то щелкало в кондиционере, спать было невозможно. Вынужден поставить низкую оценку к сожалению. Из-за плохого сна день был испорчен.

• Vladimir (3/5): I am not going to stay there next time for sure - Location is really good, very close to the centre There is construction of new buildings going on around the hotel. The hotel itself is quite old, and the bathroom fixtures work accordingly – the thermostat provides hot and cold water at its own whim, and the shower head sprays water in all directions. The hotel service was unpleasantly surprising... I asked for an extra towel – they refused. I asked for black tea instead of green tea – also refused, with the explanation: "not allowed." I do not plan to stay there again.
