- ghulam (2/5): - This is the worst experience of my life that I choose to stay here for almost a month. As soon as I entered here my journey of suffering started. reception told me that there is no trolly men and it is self service. Imagine you are coming with all that luggage from airport and then you are taking all that luggage by yourself to your room. It appears they are owned by indian management because everyday for 30 days we were served indian style breakfast. Everyday same indian dishes. This is not international standard. I saw people didn't like the food because this chef is from south Indian and everyday he was making south Indian dishes. he even don't know how to make an omelette. Staff is very rude here. Except they guy Alex. Everyone here talks like they are in charge here and owns the building. They dont know how to talk to guest. I am not going to recommend this at all as I stayed here for almost a month because I did a big mistake to make a payment of all month as this was my first trip to Dubai. In all the world guest are treated with respect but I felt lot of misrescpect here. I was feeling like I am not in Dubai rather in India. I am going to start a social media compaign against this and possibly file the charges of misrescpect because this unacceptable. Don't ever stay here for long term otherwise you will regret. Go to some international hotel chain like holiday inn etc.

- Stephen (8/5): - The location of the hotel is near a metro station making it fairly easy to use the metro. The room were clean and quite organised. The staff were polite and helpful. The hotel should desist from charging for an early check in, too commercial in my view. Meals, the staff instisted on payments instead of just automatically charging the room.

- Osman (10/5): Exceptional - An amazing stay at this hotel! Phenomenal staff at the front desk (Joy, Alex, Chaminda, Chance, Rahul, Tricia) to begin with! They are courteous, dedicated, professional and transcend to ensure that you have a wonderful experience from arrival to your overall stay. Kudos to the housekeepers/maintenance staff for their undivided attention to the rooms & impeccable service with a smile. Largely, I must say without reservation that the whole team (the security, Costa, Toad’s kitchen/pub) was incredible, & went above and beyond with hospitality to make every guest feel valued, respected and have a pleasant stay. As the saying goes, “It is not the property but the staff that makes a hotel’s stay great”. In short, the hotel was an absolute gem for me 😊.

- Jacob (10/5): - Excellent hotel with great transport links. Metro station a 3 min walk away that can take you into the centre of Dubai in around 25 mins. Loads of free car parking spaces around the back. Hotel was very clean and had eveything we needed as we were out all day. Rooftop pool open 8am to 8pm is included along with 24 hour gym. Staff were great and check in took 5 mins. Would definitely return!

Only downside is the distance to the main areas (30-40 mins on the metro) but that is no fault of the hotel and it is conveniently placed right next to a metro station so it’s not too bad. Would stay again and would recommend.

- malcolm (8/5): - Has a good stay. Great staff. Especially the team at the bar which I spent some time at on my last evening. The Filipino guy behind the bar was particularly nice and attentive. In fact all the staff I interacted with during my stay were great. Issue is it’s so far from anywhere on the metro. The hotel itself is only a 5 min walk from the hotel. The issue is that it takes at least an hour and a half to get to town. Hotel pool nice as are all the facilities at the hotel.

Breakfast was good for a 3-star and had something for everyone even if it's not delicious. We had one night where we were woken by a buzzing noise in the middle of the night but it was only one night and the staff were very kind to investigated it. Staff was top class.

There was a menu that was given for a lunch menu but when I went to the restaurant they wouldn’t honor the price of that menu. They said it was not supposed to be there. - Priscilla (10/5): Thankyou Rahul - Rahul was the best! We had a few minor issues unrelated to the hotel and he treated us with such kindness and care. He is the reason why we would return whenever in Dubai next. I have worked as a duty manager in the hotel industry and as a guest care trainer - Rahul showed excellent values and skills to make a remarkable stay. Vishnu from the pool was also super attentive when our lottle one choked on some water and offered floatation device for his comfort and safety. Only thing i would change is the pillows were too high to comfortably sleep on and we hung a do not disturb sign on our door hut returned to find the room had been serviced. Only minor factors really and would still highly recommend others to visit.

- Alanna (10/5): - As first time travellers to Dubai, we picked this place with no real insight on location and proximity to downtown. If you want to be in the middle of the city, this isn’t the place but we thoroughly appreciated its distance from the activity of the city. It is a quick walk to the metro and we used public transportation for our entire trip. We always felt safe walking back to the hotel in the evenings after getting off the metro. Our room and the hotel were clean, well-maintained, and all interactions with staff were pleasant. The staff were informative, always happy, and greeted us at every opportunity. Our room steward Karan was wonderful and quickly picked up on our needs and requirements without us having to ask. We enjoyed the pool a few times, it is rooftop and shade is provided! As an animal lover I was also very happy with the “outdoor resident cat” who was always willing to let you give him a head rub and tell him he’s a good boy! We would most definitely return.

Genuine friendliness and efficiency with what they all do. Too many to name but by all encountered again it made a great stay. Appreciate not in the centre of Dubai but great access to all motorway networks and metro / cabs all make visiting central possible in less than 30 mins .

- Vidya (10/5): Very helpful and friendly staff at reception - We chose this hotel as it is only 1 metro stop from the Dubai expo . A very short walk to metro from the hotel . Safe location with a few small restaurants, a grocery store and a hospital close by. ( Very useful to get our covid test before our flight ) The hotel is about a 3 star with a basic room, comfortable beds , a refrigerator and coffee pot and 2 bottles of water provided daily which we really appreciated. What makes this hotel stand out is the very friendly and courteous reception. We were greeted by Rahul who checked us in quickly and answered many questions we had about getting to the expo and other attractions in Dubai. He offered us a room on the ground floor so we didn’t have to wait for the elevator daily .We looked forward to seeing him every night when we returned to the hotel . He was kind enough to extend our check out on the last day to 2 pm ( without being asked ) as we were going back to the expo that morning . That gave us enough time without being rushed . He provided information on where to get our covid tests which we were able to get in a timely manner. Kudos for great customer service . The only glitch we experienced was that the hot water was bit hot enough and the lever for shower was very tight . Someone came to fix it but essentially we had to run the water for a while to get it warm enough .( which was wasting water ). Avi at check out was super helpful . The rest of the team Hamid and Arpuh were good too. Great stay !

Every single person working there was courteous, knowledgeable and eager to help. (A special mention goes to Josphat, Samar and Donla!) I emailed the hotel with questions several times before my stay, and I always received a prompt, helpful response. The hotel vibe was modern, while still being cozy, and blessedly quiet at night! I felt safe and well taken-care-of the entire time. (I also felt completely safe in Dubai as a solo female traveler.) I did not have a chance to use the pool or gym, but I did take a look at both, and was impressed. (I was especially impressed that there was a lifeguard, which I rarely find at hotel pools). I went to Dubai for Expo2020, and this was such a convenient hotel! I could literally see the Metro station from the hotel, and could walk there in under 5 minutes. Then it was just 1 stop on the Metro to Expo! It was also just a few-minutes walk to several supermarkets, which I made use of, especially because the hotel room had a refrigerator. (The only downside was that there was no microwave). I would definitely stay at Premier Inn DIP again, and would recommend it to everyone! :)
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Non smoking room smells of cigarette so terribly. Although the staff at the reception were very polite, still did not changed the room. Need better clean and maintenance

- Rebecca (6/5): - Got assigned a non-smoking room on arrival, but as soon as we opened the door the stink of air freshener trying to cover the smell of cigarettes was over powering. We immediately went back downstairs to ask for a room change. In the new room the fridge didn’t work, so we had to request a replacement. The room was also provided with only one set of towels, so we had to request a second set from housekeeping. In fairness though, each time the issue was dealt with quickly and painlessly. The hotel has refillable amenities containers in the room, which is great for saving more plastic bottles going into landfills, and there is a nice coffee/breakfast shop in the lobby, plus restaurant and British style pub on site.

- Saanvi (2/5): - Terrible is the one word, not a pleasant experience, will avoid for future, they are out of staff and serving with limited capabilities.
- MOHAMED (10/5): Beautiful place - Amazing staying, cleanliness, food quality, quite, GYM and pool are available. Cooperative staff.
