The staff were helpful and accommodating, Yusuf in particular went out of his way to help me get a taxi in the middle of the rain. I had some issues with the initial room I was given, but I was offered a room change immediately. There were no real spa or massage facilities, which was disappointing. Some of the facilities could also be better maintained.

- Arda Çağan (10/5): perfection for daily business traveler - Perfection for a daily business traveler. Incredible value for anyone in Istanbul. The hotel is minimalistic and the service is intentionally low touch. There’s a concierge… You will get help from the staff for tourism recommendations, getting things to the room, or hailing a taxi. Stay here if you want those things, which often if I am on vacation I would want and expect! Personally, I love walking in, getting an amazingly spacious room for Kadikoy, talking to no one, and walking out with 0 interaction. Clean. Great neighborhood. Good coffee at Lobby. Massive public transit 2minutes away that can outrun the taxis especially to Bagdat street. One completely flawless stay in a row and the price is lower! Thank you Parkhouse.

- Michał (1/5): - The only good things I can say are location in Kadiköy and friendly staff, apart from the lady at the reception in the morning - see below. The “Deluxe King Room” we were given was a bad joke. Had it not been 2 a.m. when we arrived, we would have left immediately. I asked to be moved to a room that was actually fit to stay in, but was told this was not possible. The room reeked and felt like a shoebox in a basement. An A/C unit mounted directly above the bed lowered the ceiling by roughly 40 cm, creating a claustrophobic, oppressive feeling when trying to sleep. The only window was tiny, placed high up, and looked into what seemed like a narrow shaft closed at the top. There was no view, no fresh air, and no ventilation of any kind. We were told fresh air was unnecessary because the room had air conditioning. Turning it on merely transformed the room into a stuffy, foul-smelling oven. Bathroom was very uncomfortable, there was nowhere to leave the stuff one needs around the sink. To make matters worse, a constant low humming noise—likely from building equipment or the A/C system—kept waking me up, making any real sleep impossible. After being informed that no room change was possible, we booked accommodation elsewhere. Ironically, later that evening a different receptionist—after learning we were checking out—offered us a much better room. He tried to help, but by then our alternative booking was already confirmed. Despite this, no refund was offered. Paying over €120 per night for such a room—and then being charged anyway after having to leave—is simply unacceptable.

- Keleş (10/5): A wonderful place to stay while in the city. Super convenient. Friendly and helpful staff. We will be back. - The staff was super friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room was very comfortable — especially the mattress, complete darkness shade, and excellent bed. Plus, the open buffet breakfast had delicious coffee, juice, and good pastries, and long hours.
- Jose (4/5): Not recommended , very expensive for what it offers - I rarely write negative reviews, but I feel compelled to warn future guests. This hotel is far too expensive for what it offers. The room was shockingly small, barely enough space to open a suitcase, and nothing like the photos shown online. The pictures give the impression of a bright, comfortable space — the reality is cramped, dark, and disappointing. The area is extremely noisy, day and night. Between traffic, street sounds, and nearby nightlife, it’s almost impossible to get a proper night’s sleep. The service was indifferent at best, and any request felt like an inconvenience to the staff.

I only booked this hotel for the spa, there are way cheaper options around. Nearly all the staff was very friendly. One girl at the reception didnt really want me to use the spa and told me its closed despite it was still open for 2 hours. She was quite rude with me and didn’t apologise. Also, I always had to put up the heat of the sauna myself because it was only at 30 degrees when i entered it.

- Polina (7/5): A good stay for a couple of days - At first, we had a room facing the street. It was too noisy, and the smoke from the street was always in the room if one opened a window. We changed the room facing the inner yard (air well), and it was very quiet at night. The brekfast was great! One could enjoy more european or turkish style options. The staff was also always very friendly and helpful. They also have sauna and hamam - very clean and in a good condition. It wasn't easy to get fresh air in the room. The room faced the air well, but it was closed with a glass roof (obviously to keep the yard clean), which complicated the ventilation. And the air conditioning was loud. If you visit a hamam/sauna, I want you to know that cameras are located in the pool area, right outside of the hamam and sauna glass doors... So, hard to say how much one can see in the sauna/hamam area. We also asked at the reception to arrange a taxi to take us to the airport, as we had a very early flight. We were told that the taxi won't cost more than 1000tl. But we paid at the end 1700tl (even if a taxi driver had a taximeter). We don't know if the taxi driver manipulated the taximeter though.
- Hany (2/5): - As I checked in, it reminded me of the Eagles’ song Hotel California 😊 — but later, I did meet some very pleasant staff, especially the two nice guys who helped me check out and loaded my luggage into the taxi. Unfortunately, the hotel room was terrible — very small, congested, and everything looked old and dirty. Even the bathroom towels looked like they came second-hand from a flea market. The bathroom itself was dirty and smelled like a public restroom. The water kept cutting off, and I often had to wait in the shower until the pressure came back on. The lighting in the room was awful, and everything felt cheap and outdated. The carpet stinks, there’s not even a stand for your luggage, and the room is missing many basic hotel essentials. The only positive thing about this place is its central location — close to everything. Still, there are much better hotels across the street and nearby that are worth staying at. As for breakfast, it’s very poor. It would be better not to advertise it as “free breakfast” because you’re honestly better off skipping it.

Rolig område. Kjempehyggelig personale i resepsjon, frokostrom og rommene. Hamam er dessverre et tomt rom uten personale. Jacuzzien var kald. Dusjen i spaet fungerte ikke.

We visited the hotel spa expecting to enjoy the Turkish hammam and sauna, but it was a huge disappointment. There was no hot water, and although the sauna was switched on, it never became warm. A hammam without hot water and a completely cold sauna felt like a total scam. Definitely not worth it.

I was searching Parkhouse before I booked, this hotel made by steel construction which is very safe for earthquake and hotels fire exit and emergency evaquation plan excellent. If you book through booking.com there are lots of discount you get.I was in shock, I have never had such an amazing experience from a hotel before the room was stunning. My only regret is that, I did not stay longer!!! I cant wait to return!!!

Accomodations were clean , quite and comfortable. Plenty of ammenities and staff was friendly and accomodating. Most importantly hotels emergency evacuation plan everywhere and we learned Parkhouse made by steel construction. Would definitely stay again. Spa operation time must ve longer..

Jeg trivdes i spaavdelingen, men renholdet i bassenget kunne vært bedre. Frokosten syns jeg ikke var noe særlig. For meg som ikke spiser gluten var det veldig lite å velge mellom, men også for folk som spiser gluten tror jeg utvalget ville vært litt snaut. Veldig mye støy på mitt rom fra gata, men fikk beskjed om at de hadde rom som det ikke var like mye støy på.
- kristi (10/5): - Parkhouse hotel and spa was a great hotel in Kadikoy, we got a suite room with balcony and hot tub it was great - bed was comfortable staff were very friendly, the breakfast was comprehensive and excellent. Spa we used one day only the sauna it was nice and hot, the pools are cold pools fyi. I would definitely recommend this place

- Verified traveler (4/5): - 1. Acoustic insulation is not good, could hear everything in the next room and in the corridor, got waken up early. 2. Bed is comfortable and the terrace nice. Some fixtures are old and need replacement, for example the shower head holder, the whole vertical rod came out when trying to adjust. Not sufficient counter surface for putting items in. The counter surface at the sink does not drain back to the sink and splashed water accumulate. 3. Dove shampoo and shower gel were provided. Better and more environmentally friendly option would be plant-based alternatives.

The staff was attentive, friendly, and ensured my stay was flawless. You can see fire safety equipment and evacuation procedures everywhere in the hotel and I've learned this hotel was built with steel frame which is very safe! The location is fantastic, close to everything yet tucked away enough to feel exclusive. Whether for leisure or business, Parkhouse delivers an unforgettable experience. I can’t wait to return!

- Sema (2/5): Sigara Kokan Odalar - Rezervasyon bilgisinde “sigara içilmez oda” bilgisi varken odamın girişindeki oda numaralarında sigara içilmez işareti varken odalar felaket şekilde sigara kokuyordu. Üstelik otel tarafından odalara kül tablası bile konmuştu (odalar diyorum çünkü ilk odada kalorifer açıktı ve koku net hissediliyordu. Böyle olunca oda değişikliği istedim. Başka bir odaya aldılar. Oda buz gibi olduğu için koku yok gibiydi. Valizimi bırakıp kaloriferi açıp çıktım. Gece geldiğimde burası da aynıydı. Yani tüm odalar aynı.)Nedenini sorduğumda koymazsak yere atıyorlar içmemeleri için uyarınca da şikayet ediyorlar cevabını aldım. Sigara konusunu kapatmak için yoğun bir yumuşatıcı ve oda kokusu kullanılmıştı. İyice fena yani. Pencere açık uyumak zorunda kaldım. Ve bu hafta İstanbul inanılmaz soğuktu, haliyle bugün soğuk algınlığı ilaçları almak zorunda kaldım. Bunun dışında yangın merdiveni zaten yok. Tüm bunlar yetmezmiş gibi yorgan kılıfının kan lekeli olduğunu gördüm odadan ayrılırken. Daha ne olabilir. Temizlik umrumda değil ya da odada rahat rahat sigara içebileceğim bir otel arıyorum diyorsanız tam istediğiniz otel.

The rooms were clean and well-maintained.Breakfast was super quality and delicious the breakfast lady makes you an omlette. Owerall it was a positive experience and I would recommend PARKHOUSE hotel for anyone looking for a stylish and well located in Istanbul. Spa closes at 20.00pm.

Spa needs refurbishment… actually only finish sauna worked properly, jacuzzi didn’t seem inviting at all, Turkish hamam with a broken door (didn’t close properly).
- Merve (5/5): 2/5 - The staff is super helpful and friendly, which is the best thing about the hotel. The bed was comfortable. The rooms are not so great for this price. They allow people to smoke in the rooms which is a terrible thing for non smokers because the ventilation system carries the smell and smoke to other rooms as well!

- Verified traveler (4/5): Zu viel Geld für so viele Probleme. - Die Lage des Hotels war sehr gut, man hatte viele Möglichkeit überall hinzukommen sei es mit der Fähre, Bus und Bahn. Ich hatte eine suit gebucht mit einem Whirlpool im Zimmer, leider hat dies garnicht funktioniert kam nur kaltes Wasser raus wie in der Dusche auch. Ich habe dies mehr Mals angesprochen aber leider keine Reaktion. Die Zimmer waren leider auch nicht sauber. das Frühstück war auch leider sehr trocken. Echt schade so viel Geld bezahlt und man konnte kaum irgendwas nutzen.

I mentioned this to reception and they gave me more water which was helpful! The lady who runs breakfast sadly didn’t speak English so trying to order was just hard. We tried to use google translate as best we could

It is modern and clean, the staff are very friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was excellent. No complaints.

The shower didn’t have a curtain or glass for cover, so when you shower, all the water gets out. Additionally, the showerhead leaked/sprayed a lot at the fixture, so the bathroom was always completely drenched when you finished showering.

- John (6/5): Becareful when booking, pay on arrival - this is not accurate - Location The fact that I booked pay at property and before i arrived they had made the deduction against my account for both rooms, which was planned to pay at hotel separately. If you pay extra to pay at hotel on arrival and you have two rooms one for colleague to pay for his own, it is not suitable / responsible for the hotel to access the credit card to secure the booking and then charge against it before we even arrive.

- Brittany (4/5): Overpriced, terrible spa, good location - The location is close to the ferry and metro. This property is very overpriced for what it is. Similarly priced hotels like the Doubletree are substantially better quality than this property. The “spa “ is an air-conditioned, dimly lit room in the basement. If you’re looking for someplace, that is just a really good location, then this is fine. If you’re actually looking to stay in a place with a working spa, this is not it.

- Sebastian (9/5): Great hotel choice for the Asian side. - We chose this hotel because our flights were from the Sabiha Gokcen airport and this hotel was very close to the metro line that goes directly to the airport. Location was excellent, close to metro line, ferry, trams and buses. We used the ferry daily to cross over to the European side where the main tourist attractions are.. Rooms were quite small but the bed was very comfortable. The room and bathroom were clean so no issues there. Breakfast was also very good. The rooms weren't sound proofed, you could hear the outside as if your window was open.
