Zur Begrüßung steht am Empfang ein kleiner Getränke- und Speisewagen an dem man sich bedienen kann. Frühstück ist außergewöhnlich vielseitig und gut. Das Restaurant bietet eine tolle Auswahl an Gerichten. Die Qualität der Speisen war optisch und geschmacklich sehr gut. Nichts zu beanstanden

Ivana (3/5): - Das Frühstück war lecker und grosszügig. Der Eingangsbereich ist sehr schön. Das Zimmer war verhältnismässig gross. Toll dass es einen Pool gibt, leider hat es zu wenig Liege- bzw. Sitzmöglichkeiten. Der Mann welcher für die Koffer und Autos zuständig war, war super freundlich. Wir haben ein kostenloses Upgrade erhalten, was grosszügig war - jedoch haben wir wegen dem Strassenlärm auf eine höhere Kategorie (mit Nachzahlung) wechseln müssen und waren schlussendlich gar nicht zufrieden. Wir wurden sehr kalt empfangen und haben uns nicht wirklich willkommen gefühlt. Die Junior-Suite war bereits sehr abgenutzt, das Bad wurde nicht richtig gereinigt und es gab zudem keine Toilettenbürste. Der Kellner beim Frühstück war leider unfreundlich, hat immer wieder mit den Augen gerollt. Wir mussten ihm ständig nachlaufen wenn wir was wollten - dabei gab es eigentlich Bedienung, es kam aber nie jemand an unseren Tisch - trotz wenigen Gästen. Schade.. Um den Pool herum ist es leider nicht sehr sauber. Es standen überall benutztes Geschirr und Gläser herum. Dasselbe gilt auch für den „Spezialbereich“ im 4. Stock. Das alles darf meiner Meinung nach in einem 5*-Hotel alles nicht sein. Leider gab es in der ersten Nacht einen Vorfall um ca. 01:45 Uhr - ein Paar hat sich im Gang so laut gestritten und angeschrien, dann gingen sie ins Zimmer und immer wieder wurde die Tür auf und zugeschlagen, die Frau ging weinend raus - ich hatte wirklich unglaubliche Angst und habe mich gar nicht mehr wohlgefühlt. Bei der Meldung am Empfang ist man gar nicht darauf eingegangen.

As soon as we arrived we were met with kind faces, clean and stylish decor, and comfort. The location is great - it’s right next to the food market and the historic centre (where everything is) the rooftop pool is a clean and quiet space away from the busy city streets, the bedroom is spacious and bathroom is well equipped with with Clarins toiletries, all looked after by the lovely housekeeping team. To give some context, this trip was booked by my mum and boyfriend to give me some space away from home, my lovely dad died 4.5 weeks ago after a very short and aggressive battle with cancer, and I’ve not been doing too well. This hotel and i/ staff have provided me with a space where I feel comfortable and safe during my early stages of grief, and I couldn’t be more thankful.

Resepsiyon girişte çok bekletti ve güya upgrade yaparak asansör sonrası bir çok basamakla çıkılan ve odada da basamaklar olan bir oda verdi. Valize yardımcı olan biri yoktu. Odaya ulaşamayınca valizlerle geri gelip ayırttığım odayı istedim. Bu sefer 15 dakika tekrar bekletildim. Oda yoksa başka otele gideyim dedim. Sonunda asansörün yanında bir oda verdiler girişin üzerinde ve alt kattaki taksi sırasındaki tüm konuşmalar odanın içindeydi camı açınca! Oda servisinde sadece soğuk önceden hazırlanmış yiyecekler var gibi geldi, nasıl 5 yıldız almış anlayamadım. Restorantına saat 18:45 de gidince 19:00 da açılacağını söylediler ve sonra gittiğimde masa olmadığında sadece bar önündeki paylaşımlı yüksek masada yiyebileceğim söylendi. Servis ve tavsiyeler zayıftı.

ZIEDE (9/5): It was such a lovely and unexpected detail, and it left us with a very warm impression. - The staff were very friendly and helpful. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed. The breakfast was wonderful delicious, generous and high quality. We also really liked the comfortable beds and the clean, well-kept bathroom. We were especially pleasantly surprised by the car parking service. Upon arrival, the car was parked in the garage for us, and when we were leaving, it was brought back to the hotel. Inside the car, we found bottles of water for each of us, a thank you card, a bag of delicious sweets and a small gift a keyring.

Lovely room -quiet as requested and very clean other than room not cleaned one day of our 5 night stay -not acceptable for a 4 star hotel . Service at breakfast not great . If ordering cooked items you have to try and catch waiters eye as they don’t come to the table and take your order plus items not cooked as requested .Rooftop pool area small with very limited sun-beds/ seating .A nice hotel but …let’s itself down in some areas . Back to our favourite 5 star for our 2027 stay I am afraid !

Brian (1/5): Ruined Holiday COST US A FORTUNE. - UPDATE TO OWNER RESPONSE: we told multiple people at front desk our issues when we checked out, and have sent multiple messages directly to you in messenger, and have been ignored. AND - Booking.com has contacted you multiple times and they have been refused by you. We have escalated further. You have no excuse. Nothing. Worst hotel experience ever. Vinnci Seleccion Posada del PATIO Malaga basically kept $2,000 cdn of our money for a booking that ended within 24 hours of booking it. Our biggest mistake was believing the 5 star rating. Our 2nd mistake was booking it for 5 nights in a panic. We only stayed for 1 night, and and left the next morning.They kept our money, $2,000 +/- no apology. No nothing. Just greed. They are well aware of our extenuating last minute circumstance thru booking.com. They are well aware that we checked out after 1 night, they were WELL AWARE that we booked this room less than 24 hours before we checked out after 1 night. They have literally hid behind some bogus No Refund Policy. They knew our situation, that we had to book something in a panic while on the Tarmac in Cairo given our other reservation basically had to cancel and that we had literally nowhere to go upon landing minutes before take off so booked to ensure we got a room in Malaga…We went by the booking.com STAR rating of 5 and assumed we would be ok. they knew ALL of this 24 hours later when we left this hotel after 1 horrible night. The room was COMPLETELY not why we wanted, NOR was it ANYTHING remotely close to a 5 Star hotel - 3.5 star at best. ..however they kept our money we paid for the following 4 nights. Basically we are out $2,000CDN from these horrid hoteliers. What did we like about this hotel…..nothing. They leaned on this policy even though we booked LESS THAN 24 HOURS earlier. We cost them absolutely NOTHING and have the screenshots of the subsequent nights and availability for that hotel for the remainder of the week to prove we didn’t cost them a penny. Everything. The chemical smell in the room, the bad air circulation. The fact there are no window screens. The dark walls. THe bites on my wife’s leg likely from whatever flew in during the night with no screen. The militant attitude of your reservation manager who would rather help you steal from people rather than be fair and just to people who don’t expect to start their Spain vacation in such an awful and upsetting way. 5 star hotel? NOT EVEN CLOSE! What a misrepresentation that was!!! BY the way, I WILL be the squeaky wheel.i really don’t enjoy being ripped off by some unscrupulous hotel chain. I WILL also be writing very detailed reviews. And booking.com has not heard the last of this either. I strongly question their rating schematic after this nightmare.

annmariemacdonald9 (6/5): Not 5 star - Style over comfort…several things need to be addressed for usability. Lighting in rooms, position and size of tv, makeup/ shaving mirrors. Had much much better in lower rated hotels. The best thing was the bed was very comfortable. The staff were ok, tutored at their job but with no sincerity.
